本发明是一种纱线复合加捻方法。
背景技术
目前最常用的纱线加捻方法大多使用环锭加捻技术或空心锭加捻技术,相对产品结构比较简单,外观比较单一。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种纱线复合加捻的制作方法,该方法同时使用了空心锭包绕技术与环锭加捻技术。其纱线结构为包覆纱在内,外层纱以合股加捻的方式在外,外观上呈现花式效果。
本发明的技术方案是:一种纱线复合加捻的制作方法,芯纱由芯纱罗拉喂入,穿过空心锭,空心锭旋转,中间纱包绕在芯纱上,得到螺纹状的包覆纱,外层纱由外层罗拉喂入,并调整芯纱罗拉与外层罗拉的速比,外层纱与包覆纱在输出罗拉处汇合,并经输出罗拉输出后由环锭加捻卷绕机构完成加捻并卷绕。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:在同一设备上同时完成了包绕加捻工艺和环锭加捻工艺,所得到的是一种新的纱线结构,其外观效果也有了明显的变化,芯纱、中间纱和外层纱分别使用不同功能性材料可以纺制功能性纱线;芯线、中间纱和外层纱分别使用不同颜色可以得到花色纱线效果。

1.一种纱线复合加捻方法,其特征在于:芯纱1由芯纱罗拉2喂入后,穿过空心锭4由中间纱3包绕成包覆纱9;外层纱5由外层罗拉6喂入后和包覆纱9汇合通过输出罗拉7,经环锭加捻卷绕机构8构成复合加捻纱10。
