本发明涉及一种高柔软型防水卷材,包括防水层、电缆料层以及保护层,防水层由无纺布层和改性沥青层构成,保护层为聚酯无纺布;电缆料层按质量百分含量主要包括以下成分:铜丝网格20~30%、蓄能硅微粒5~7%、电缆料37~44%、轻质碳酸钙 11~25%、氯化石蜡 4.15~4.38%、增塑剂4.38~4.5%、稳定剂1.32~1.41%、硬酯酸0.05~0.07%、色浆2.0~2.3%。通过设置改性沥青层,增强了防水卷材的延展性、抗牵拉强度和抗变性能,延长使用寿命。电缆料层由铜丝网格、蓄能硅微粒、电缆料等物质组成,使得整个电缆料层的柔软度高、抗变性能好,而无纺布层和改性沥青层可以进一步增强防水效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高柔软型防水卷材,属于建筑卷材领域。
背景技术
随着我国建筑行业的迅速发展以及能源危机的日益突出,建筑物的节能降耗就越发重要。我国的建筑能耗约占全国能源总消费量的27%,居全国各类能耗之首。采暖和空调的能耗占建筑总能耗的55%,而且还在以每年1 个百分点的速度增加。因些,研究和开发建筑隔热涂料具有重大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
防水卷材分为沥青类或高分子类防水卷材,现有的防水卷材,主要由塑料防水层和无纺布层组成,抗变性能差,温度变化大,影响防水卷材使用寿命和防水效果。
因此有必要设计一种高柔软型防水卷材,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种抗变性能好、使用寿命长、防水效果好高柔软型防水卷材。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种高柔软型防水卷材,包括防水层、电缆料层以及保护层,所述防水层由无纺布层和改性沥青层构成,所述保护层为聚酯无纺布;其中,所述电缆料层按质量百分含量主要包括以下成分:铜丝网格20~30%、蓄能硅微粒5~7%、电缆料37~44%、轻质碳酸钙 11~25%、氯化石蜡 4.15~4.38%、增塑剂4.38~4.5%、稳定剂1.32~1.41%、硬酯酸0.05~0.07%、色浆 2.0~2.3%。
进一步地,所述改性沥青层上覆盖有防老化层。
进一步地,所述防老化层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层。
进一步地,所述电缆料层按质量百分含量主要包括以下成分:铜丝网格20%、蓄能硅微粒5%、电缆料37%、轻质碳酸钙 11%、氯化石蜡 4.15%、增塑剂4.38%、稳定剂1.41%、硬酯酸0.05%、色浆 2.0%。

进一步地,所述改性沥青层上覆盖有防老化层。所述防老化层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层。其中,所述改性沥青层是以基质沥青为原料,加入一定比例的SBS改性剂,通过剪切、搅拌等方法使SBS均匀地分散于沥青中,同时,加入一定比例的专属稳定剂,形成SBS共混材料,具有良好的延展性和抗变性能。通过设置改性沥青层,可大大增强了防水卷材的延展性、抗牵拉强度和抗变性能,延长了使用寿命。
其中,所述电缆料层按质量百分含量主要包括以下成分:铜丝网格20~30%、蓄能硅微粒5~7%、电缆料37~44%、轻质碳酸钙 11~25%、氯化石蜡 4.15~4.38%、增塑剂4.38~4.5%、稳定剂1.32~1.41%、硬酯酸0.05~0.07%、色浆 2.0~2.3%。采用铜丝网格、蓄能硅微粒、电缆料为主配料,色浆、轻质碳酸钙为填料,氯化石蜡、增塑剂、硬酯酸为助剂,不仅可增强柔软度,还能有效降低渗水机率,同时具有隔热节能防水效果,施工简便。电缆料为橡胶或尼龙。
在本较佳实施例中,进一步地,所述电缆料层按质量百分含量主要包括以下成分:铜丝网格20%、蓄能硅微粒5%、电缆料37%、轻质碳酸钙 11%、氯化石蜡 4.15%、增塑剂4.38%、稳定剂1.41%、硬酯酸0.05%、色浆 2.0%。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述电缆料层按质量百分含量主要包括以下成分:铜丝网格25%、蓄能硅微粒7%、电缆料40%、轻质碳酸钙 15%、氯化石蜡 4.15%、增塑剂4.4%、稳定剂1.35%、硬酯酸0.06%、色浆 2.0%。
