本发明公开了一种注塑过程中参数监控方法,包括:S1、调节注塑机的注塑力使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内;S2、获取注塑机的实时注塑力,判断注塑机的实时注塑力是否大于预设注塑力阈值,当判断结果为是时,执行S3;否则,执行S4;S3、对注塑模具进行升温,并获取注塑模具实时温度,判断注塑模具实时温度是否大于预设温度阈值,当判断结果为是时,发出警报;S4、采集注塑模具的多视角图像,根据注塑模具的多视角图像判断注塑模具是否锁紧,当判断结果为否时,增大注塑机的锁模力;S5、获取注塑机的实时锁模力,判断注塑机的实时锁模力是否大于预设锁模力阈值,当判断结果为是时,发出警报通知。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑技术领域,尤其涉及一种注塑过程中参数监控方法。
背景技术
随着塑料产品的日益丰富,对注塑加工的工艺要求也不断提高,需要调整好注塑机的注塑力、熔体流速、模具温度、注塑机的锁模力等注塑工艺参数,才能保证制品的成型精度满足加工要求。
目前注塑机的生产过程中,一般是由熟练的技术人员利用回忆、借鉴或直觉方式在注塑机设定出原始工艺参数,由技术人员逐步将注塑工艺参数进行优化及微调。这种处理方式不但费时、费力、费料,而且因为技术人员的变动,工艺参数难以有效管理;在生产加工的环境参数(例如环境温度、环境湿度、环境空气污染指数等)有所不同时,其对应满足加工要求的注塑工艺参数也会发生相应变化,但这些环境参数的变化往往容易被技术人员所忽视,并且技术人员也难以直观的对环境参数进行较为准确的量化参考,从而影响技术人员在试模过程中的判断。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种注塑过程中参数监控方法;
本发明提出的一种注塑过程中参数监控方法,包括:
S1、调节注塑机的注塑力使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内;
S2、获取注塑机的实时注塑力,判断注塑机的实时注塑力是否大于预设注塑力阈值,当判断结果为是时,执行S3;否则,执行S4;
S3、对注塑模具进行升温,并获取注塑模具实时温度,判断注塑模具实时温度是否大于预设温度阈值,当判断结果为是时,发出警报;
S4、采集注塑模具的多视角图像,根据注塑模具的多视角图像判断注塑模具是否锁紧,当判断结果为否时,增大注塑机的锁模力;
S5、获取注塑机的实时锁模力,判断注塑机的实时锁模力是否大于预设锁模力阈值,当判断结果为是时,发出警报通知。
优选地,步骤S1,具体包括:
预设注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系;
获取注塑机内熔体的实时流速;
根据注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系,调节注塑机的注塑力,使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内。
优选地,所述注塑模具的多视角图像,具体包括:注塑模具左视图、注塑模块右视图、注塑模块前视图和注塑模具后视图。
优选地,步骤S4,具体包括:
判断注塑模具的多视角图像中任一个视角图像中注塑模具的上盖板和下盖板之间的缝隙是否大于预设值,当判断结果为是时,判断注塑模具未锁紧,增大注塑机的锁模力。
优选地,步骤S3中,所述发出警报,具体包括:通过预设的声光报警设备发出声光警报。
优选地,步骤S5中,所述发出警报通知,具体包括:向预设联系人的手机发送警报通知。
本发明实时获取注塑机的注塑力、熔体流速、模具温度和注塑机的锁模力,对注塑过程进行监控,在保持注塑机内熔体流速在预设范围内的情况下,通过监控注塑机的注塑力变化判断熔体温度是否过低,在判断熔体温度过低时,对模具进行升温,防止熔体提前凝固,影响注塑,同时监控模具温度,当模具温度大于温度阈值时,说明注塑机发生故障,发出安全警报通知工作人员;其次监控注塑模具是否锁紧,在未锁紧的情况下,增大注塑机的锁模力,防止模具未锁紧影响产品质量,同时监控注塑机的锁模力,当注塑机的锁模力大于锁模力阈值时,说明注塑机发生故障,发出安全警报通知工作人员,进而自动化的对注塑过程中参数进行监控和调整,以提高注塑产品的质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明提出的一种注塑过程中参数监控方法,包括:
步骤S1,调节注塑机的注塑力使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内,具体包括:
预设注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系;
获取注塑机内熔体的实时流速;
根据注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系,调节注塑机的注塑力,使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内。
在具体方案中,根据预设的注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系,调节注塑机的注塑力,使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内。
步骤S2,获取注塑机的实时注塑力,判断注塑机的实时注塑力是否大于预设注塑力阈值,当判断结果为是时,执行S3;否则,执行S4;
步骤S3,对注塑模具进行升温,并获取注塑模具实时温度,判断注塑模具实时温度是否大于预设温度阈值,当判断结果为是时,通过预设的声光报警设备发出声光警报。
在具体方案中,在保持注塑机内熔体流速在预设范围内的情况下,判断注塑机的注塑力是否大于预设注塑力阈值,当判断结果为是时,说明模具内熔体温度过低,此时对模具进行升温,防止熔体提前凝固影响注塑,同时监控模具温度,当模具温度大于温度阈值时,说明模具需要的额外升温的温度过高,判断此时注塑机发生故障,发出安全警报通知工作人员。
步骤S4,采集注塑模具的多视角图像,根据注塑模具的多视角图像判断注塑模具是否锁紧,当判断结果为否时,增大注塑机的锁模力,具体包括:判断注塑模具的多视角图像中任一个视角图像中注塑模具的上盖板和下盖板之间的缝隙是否大于预设值,当判断结果为是时,判断注塑模具未锁紧,增大注塑机的锁模力,所述注塑模具的多视角图像包括:注塑模具左视图、注塑模块右视图、注塑模块前视图和注塑模具后视图。
在具体方案中,通过摄像机获取注塑模具左视图、注塑模块右视图、注塑模块前视图和注塑模具后视图,并判断注塑模具左视图、注塑模块右视图、注塑模块前视图和注塑模具后视图中任一个视角图像中注塑模具的上盖板和下盖板之间的缝隙是否大于预设值,当判断结果为是时,说明注塑模具未锁紧,此时增大注塑机的锁模力,防止模具未锁紧影响产品质量。
步骤S5,获取注塑机的实时锁模力,判断注塑机的实时锁模力是否大于预设锁模力阈值,当判断结果为是时,向预设联系人的手机发送警报通知。
在具体方案中,监控注塑机的锁模力,当注塑机的锁模力大于锁模力阈值时,说明注塑机发生故障,发出安全警报通知工作人员。
本实施方式实时获取注塑机的注塑力、熔体流速、模具温度和注塑机的锁模力,对注塑过程进行监控,在保持注塑机内熔体流速在预设范围内的情况下,通过监控注塑机的注塑力变化判断熔体温度是否过低,在判断熔体温度过低时,对模具进行升温,防止熔体提前凝固,影响注塑,同时监控模具温度,当模具温度大于温度阈值时,说明注塑机发生故障,发出安全警报通知工作人员;其次监控注塑模具是否锁紧,在未锁紧的情况下,增大注塑机的锁模力,防止模具未锁紧影响产品质量,同时监控注塑机的锁模力,当注塑机的锁模力大于锁模力阈值时,说明注塑机发生故障,发出安全警报通知工作人员,进而自动化的对注塑过程中参数进行监控和调整,以提高注塑产品的质量。

1.一种注塑过程中参数监控方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1、调节注塑机的注塑力使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内;
S2、获取注塑机的实时注塑力,判断注塑机的实时注塑力是否大于预设注塑力阈值,当判断结果为是时,执行S3;否则,执行S4;
S3、对注塑模具进行升温,并获取注塑模具实时温度,判断注塑模具实时温度是否大于预设温度阈值,当判断结果为是时,发出警报;
S4、采集注塑模具的多视角图像,根据注塑模具的多视角图像判断注塑模具是否锁紧,当判断结果为否时,增大注塑机的锁模力;
S5、获取注塑机的实时锁模力,判断注塑机的实时锁模力是否大于预设锁模力阈值,当判断结果为是时,发出警报通知;
步骤S4中,所述注塑模具的多视角图像,具体包括:注塑模具左视图、注塑模具右视图、注塑模具前视图和注塑模具后视图。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑过程中参数监控方法,其特征在于,步骤S1,具体包括:
预设注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系;
获取注塑机内熔体的实时流速;
根据注塑机注塑力与熔体流速的对应关系,调节注塑机的注塑力,使注塑机内熔体实时流速处于预设流速范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑过程中参数监控方法,其特征在于,步骤S4,具体包括:
判断注塑模具的多视角图像中任一个视角图像中注塑模具的上盖板和下盖板之间的缝隙是否大于预设值,当判断结果为是时,判断注塑模具未锁紧,增大注塑机的锁模力。
