目前,对于商品苗木的嫁接繁育由于受多种因素的影响,嫁接成活率往往很低,不仅对苗木发展形成了一定的制约,而且造成了弊端,一是多次补嫁接,商品苗的培育周期变长,使育苗成本大幅提高;二是推迟了商品苗上市的最佳时期,造成苗木销售价格偏低、经济效益不高。其中,苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖在嫁接繁育的成活率有很重要的作用,但是现有技术中,因为苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖方法不当或是不重视导致苗木成活率低成为苗木嫁接时需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、嫁接前20-30天,用修剪刀剪取1-2年生的苗木上的枝条作为接穗,将枝条剪成8-12cm长的接穗,采集后的接穗全穗用石蜡蜡封,放入含水量在70-88%的湿沙中置于阴凉处保存;
S2、选择根系发达、生长健壮、抗性强的2-3年生苗木为砧木,在砧木距离地面50-60cm处平切,切面与枝干生长方向垂直,保留3-4片复叶;
S3、用嫁接刀在砧木上切开切口,上切口平切、下切口斜切,嫁接前1-2.5h用药剂浸泡接穗15-25min,然后将接穗下端削成与砧木上相应的切口,再迅速将处理后的接穗***砧木切口中,使两者紧密接合,涂抹凡士林后,严密包扎接口,再用塑料袋罩住接穗及嫁接部位,形成保湿罩,在砧木的外部搭遮阴网;
S4、嫁接后管理:
a抹芽与除萌:在整个生长季节要及时去除砧木上发出来的萌芽和根基萌蘖;
b嫁接后定期的对嫁接苗施肥、浇水、病虫害防治,在嫁接20-30天后解开塑料条。

S2、选择根系发达、生长健壮、抗性强的2-3年生苗木为砧木,在砧木距离地面58cm处平切,切面与枝干生长方向垂直,保留3-4片复叶;
S3、用嫁接刀在砧木上切开切口,上切口平切、下切口斜切,嫁接前2.3h用药剂浸泡接穗23min,然后将接穗下端削成与砧木上相应的切口,再迅速将处理后的接穗***砧木切口中,使两者紧密接合,涂抹凡士林后,严密包扎接口,再用塑料袋罩住接穗及嫁接部位,形成保湿罩,在砧木的外部搭遮阴网;
S4、嫁接后管理:
a抹芽与除萌:在整个生长季节要及时去除砧木上发出来的萌芽和根基萌蘖;当接穗成活后,对嫁接口以下及接口上面的活支柱上长出的萌蘖除去,每隔14天抹芽一次,不要完全抹掉芽,活支柱上要保留1-2个新梢;
b嫁接后定期的对嫁接苗施肥、浇水、病虫害防治,在嫁接28天后解开塑料条。
其中,步骤S3的药剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪提取液17份、虎尾兰提取液18份、黄柏提取液18份、茶皂素21份、***钠10份、吲哚乙酸10份、左旋龙脑1.2份、多菌灵1.3份、水180份;
凡士林含有占凡士林质量1.7%多菌灵、占凡士林质量1.8%的尿素。

Claims (6)

1.一种苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、嫁接前20-30天,用修剪刀剪取1-2年生的苗木上的枝条作为接穗,将枝条剪成8-12cm长的接穗,采集后的接穗全穗用石蜡蜡封,放入含水量在70-88%的湿沙中置于阴凉处保存;
S2、选择根系发达、生长健壮、抗性强的2-3年生苗木为砧木,在砧木距离地面50-60cm处平切,切面与枝干生长方向垂直,保留3-4片复叶;
S3、用嫁接刀在砧木上切开切口,上切口平切、下切口斜切,嫁接前1-2.5h用药剂浸泡接穗15-25min,然后将接穗下端削成与砧木上相应的切口,再迅速将处理后的接穗***砧木切口中,使两者紧密接合,涂抹凡士林后,严密包扎接口,再用塑料袋罩住接穗及嫁接部位,形成保湿罩,在砧木的外部搭遮阴网;
S4、嫁接后管理:
a抹芽与除萌:在整个生长季节要及时去除砧木上发出来的萌芽和根基萌蘖;
b嫁接后定期的对嫁接苗施肥、浇水、病虫害防治,在嫁接20-30天后解开塑料条。
2.根据权利要求1所述苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,其特征在于,步骤S1所述湿沙的含水量为80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,其特征在于,步骤S3所述药剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪提取液10-20份、虎尾兰提取液10-20份、黄柏提取液10-20份、茶皂素10-25份、***钠5-12份、吲哚乙酸5-12份、左旋龙脑0.5-1.5份、多菌灵0.5-1.5份、水100-200份。
4.根据权利要求3所述苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,其特征在于,所述药剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪提取液12-17份、虎尾兰提取液13-18份、黄柏提取液12-18份、茶皂素15-21份、***钠7-10份、吲哚乙酸7-10份、左旋龙脑0.8-1.2份、多菌灵0.8-1.3份、水120-180份。
5.根据权利要求1所述苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,其特征在于,步骤S3所述凡士林含有占凡士林质量1-2%多菌灵、占凡士林质量0.5-2%的尿素。
6.根据权利要求1所述苗木嫁接后除去萌蘖的方法,其特征在于,步骤S4所述抹芽与除萌为:当接穗成活后,对嫁接口以下及接口上面的活支柱上长出的萌蘖除去,每隔10-15天抹芽一次,不要完全抹掉芽,活支柱上要保留1-2个新梢。
