Abstract

随着工业的发展,产生的工业垃圾也越来越多,特别是污水排放越来越多,其中很大一部分污水来自于工业清洗。为了减少污水排放,碳氢清洗技术在工业上也得到大量的应用。但由于碳氢清洗剂对油污的清洗能力有限,特别对于重油污一般都清洗不彻底,无法满足清洗要求较高的工业产品,大大限制了其推广使用。本发明利用一种新型的水基清洗剂,配合碳氢清洗剂及清洗回收设备,形成了一套污水排放少,清洗能力强的自动化清洗工艺。在清洗能力及废水排放上达到了一个新的高度。

一种高效强力清洗剂及其环保清洗工艺
技术领域
本发明属于化工产品技术及工艺领域,是关于工业产品清洗特别是拉伸油等重油污的清洗剂及其使用工艺。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,产生的工业垃圾也越来越多,特别是污水排放越来越多,其中很大一部分污水来自于工业清洗。为了减少污水排放,碳氢清洗技术在工业上也大量应用。但由于碳氢清洗剂对油污的清洗能力有限,一般都清洗不彻底,无法满足清洗要求较高的工业产品,大大限制了其推广使用。
发明内容
本发明利用一种新型的水基清洗剂,配合碳氢清洗剂及清洗回收设备,形成了一套污水排放少,清洗能力强的自动化清洗工艺。在清洗能力及废水排放上达到了一个新的高度。本发明中的这种强力高效清洗剂具有超强的去油污能力,同时在清洗后无需水洗、干燥即可进入碳氢清洗剂继续清洗,组成连续清洗线,碳氢可把产品上带入的水基清洗剂完全脱除,并清洗残留的油污,而且带入碳氢中的水基清洗剂能够和碳氢快速分开并沉在底部,不会影响碳氢的使用效果,最后通过碳氢清洗的产品直接烘干即可。

DMF 50%

草酸 5%。
清洗剂实施例二
乙二醇单丁醚 40%
TX-10 30%
聚醚L-64 10%
聚醚1010 10%
草酸 10%。
工艺实施例一
本工艺包括四个连续的工作槽。每槽配置如下:
槽一需配置超声波发生器,以5%浓度的清洗剂水溶液并加热到50℃作为清洗工作液;
槽二需配置超声波发生器和溶剂减压蒸馏回收***,以D40型溶剂油作为清洗工作液;
槽三与槽二相同;
槽四为减压烘干槽。
操作方式:待清洗产品依次放入槽一,槽二,槽三和槽四各5分钟。
工艺实施例二
本工艺包括六个连续的工作槽。每槽配置如下:
槽一需配置超声波发生器,以10%浓度的清洗剂水溶液并加热到50℃作为清洗工作液;
槽二需配置超声波发生器,以2%浓度的清洗剂水溶液并加热到60℃作为清洗工作液;
槽三需配置超声波发生器和溶剂减压蒸馏回收***,以D80型溶剂油作为清洗工作液;
槽四与槽三相同;
槽五与槽四相同;
槽六为减压烘干槽。
操作方式:待清洗产品依次放入槽一,槽二,槽三,槽四,槽五和槽六各4分钟。
实用性
已按照此工艺设置自动化清洗线,并达到了预期的清洗效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种强力高效清洗剂含有一种或多种有机溶剂,含量为30-60%,优选40-50%。
2.一种强力高效清洗剂含有一种或多种表面活性剂,含量为20-50%,优选30-40%。
3.一种强力高效清洗剂含有草酸含量为3-20%,优选5-10%。
4.如权利一所述有机溶剂包括二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),二甲基亚砜(DMSO),乙二醇单丁醚。
5.如权利二所述表面活性剂包括NP-10, TX-10,AEO-9,聚醚1010,聚醚L-64。
6.环保清洗工艺包括一个或多个带超声波并可加热的水基清洗槽。
7.环保清洗工艺包括至少两个带超声波的碳氢清洗槽。
8.环保清洗工艺包括至少一套碳氢回收***。
9.环保清洗工艺包括至少一个减压烘干***。
10.所述碳氢清洗剂为D40、D60、D80或120#溶剂油。
