技术领域
本发明属于熔融石英陶瓷制品生产领域,尤其涉及一种以熔融石英硅微粉为原料生产熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的方法。
背景技术
熔融石英陶瓷是一种以熔融石英为原料,采用陶瓷生产工艺制成的熔融石英材料,其特点是:热膨胀系数小、热稳定性好、电绝缘性好、耐化学侵蚀性好;石英陶瓷最大的优点是在l1O0℃ 以下时,其强度随着温度的升高而增加,从室温至1100 ℃时,其强度可增加33%,在1250℃时产品仍可正常使用。熔融石英陶瓷的主要产品种类繁多,如玻璃水平钢化炉用石英陶瓷辊、浮法玻璃窑用闸板砖、浮法玻璃退火炉用空心辊、铸钢用水口、金属带材热处理炉用空心辊、玻璃及冶金窑炉用水口、冲头、坩埚、炉体、科硫、匀科筒、搅拌棒、料盆、旋转管、焦炉炉门及上升管内衬以及绝缘插件、微波屏、灭弧罩、高效间歇炉用热绝缘器、激光反射器和其它光学零件、石英光源用光反射和吸收零件等.此外,在导弹、火箭、雷达等方面也有少量应用。这些产品使用的主要原料都是熔融石英硅微粉,不同点仅是硅微粉的粒度不同、辅料不同、产品的形状不同而已。本发明是一种焦炉炉门,对焦炉炉门的要求是密封性好,耐高温,尽量降低制造成本,传统的焦炉炉门多使用金属制造,但近年来,发现熔融石英陶瓷具有诸多优点,完全可以满足焦炉炉门对产品性能的苛刻要求,且生产成本大大降低。本发明产品在生产中拟解决的关键技术问题有,一是熔融石英陶瓷粉的颗粒度的最佳配比;二是石英陶瓷外加剂对熔融石英陶瓷烧结性能的影响;三是辅料的最佳组合,辅料的组合将直接影响到熔融石英陶瓷粉颗粒的结合度,对减小空隙,提高产品的质量至关重要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的生产方法,生产该产品使用的原料重量配比为:5-10目熔融石英硅微粉60-62%、30-40目熔融石英硅微粉33-35%、碳化硼2.5%、氮化硅0.5%、纳米胶0.5%、过硫酸铵0.2%,四甲基乙二胺0.2%,聚乙二醇200 0.1%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
(1)在搅拌罐中先将配方量的纳米胶、过硫酸铵、四甲基乙二胺、聚乙二醇200加入搅拌罐中,常温下搅拌混合均匀,再将配方量的5-10目熔融石英硅微粉、30-40目熔融石英硅微粉、碳化硼、氮化硅送入球磨机球磨2.6-2.8小时,将搅拌罐中的混合物加热至30-35℃后加入球磨机,掺混均匀;
(2)将球磨机中的物料加注入熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门模具,采用边浇铸边震动的方法浇铸成型,然后加压放置32-34小时后脱去模具,再自然晾干30-32小时;
(3)将晾干的熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门送入窑炉开始加热升温,先经3.3-3.5小时的时间将烧结温度缓慢的从0℃升至400℃后,再在5.5小时时间内将烧结温度从400℃升至1210-1220℃,维持此温度31-32小时后停止加热,逐步降温至常温后得到熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料;
(4)将熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料送入平面磨床,将其外表面磨至规定尺寸即得成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
步骤(3)所述的窑炉为煤气发生梭式窑炉。
步骤(3)所述的窑炉内的烧结温度为1215℃,烧结的总时间为31.5小时。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的生产方法,该生产方法具有使用设备少、工艺简单、无污染废弃物排放、产品质量好等一系列优点;产品熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门在1200℃以下具有优异的热性能、化学稳定性能和电绝缘性能,主要在焦炉上使用。

通过以下实施例进一步描述本发明。
实施例1:
在搅拌罐中先将占总量为0.5%的纳米胶、0.2%的过硫酸铵,0.2%的四甲基乙二胺,0.1%的聚乙二醇200加入搅拌罐中,常温下搅拌混合均匀,再将占总量为60%的5-10目熔融石英硅微粉、占总量为36%的30-40目熔融石英硅微粉、占总量为2.5%的碳化硼、占总量为0.5%的氮化硅送入球磨机球磨2.6小时,将搅拌罐中的混合物加热至30℃后加入球磨机,掺混均匀;将球磨机中的物料加注入熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门模具,采用边浇铸边震动的方法浇铸成型,然后加压放置32小时后脱去模具,再自然晾干32小时;将晾干的熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门送入窑炉开始加热升温,先经3.3小时的时间将烧结温度缓慢的从0℃升至400℃后,再在5.5小时时间内将烧结温度从400℃升至1210℃,维持此温度32小时后停止加热,逐步降温至常温后得到熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料;将熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料送入平面磨床,将其外表面磨至规定尺寸即得成品。
实施例2:
在搅拌罐中先将将占总量为0.5%的纳米胶、0.2%的过硫酸铵,0.2%的四甲基乙二胺,0.1%的聚乙二醇200加入搅拌罐中,常温下搅拌混合均匀,再将占总量为61%的5-10目熔融石英硅微粉、占总量为35%的30-40目熔融石英硅微粉、占总量为2.5%的碳化硼、占总量为0.5%的氮化硅送入球磨机球磨2.7小时,将搅拌罐中的混合物加热至32.5℃后加入球磨机,掺混均匀;将球磨机中的物料加注入熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门模具,采用边浇铸边震动的方法浇铸成型,然后加压放置33小时后脱去模具,再自然晾干31小时;将晾干的熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门送入窑炉开始加热升温,先经3.4小时的时间将烧结温度缓慢的从0℃升至400℃后,再在5.5小时时间内将烧结温度从400℃升至1215℃,维持此温度31.5小时后停止加热,逐步降温至常温后得到熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料;将熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料送入平面磨床,将其外表面磨至规定尺寸即得成品。
实施例3:
在搅拌罐中先将将占总量为0.5%的纳米胶、0.2%的过硫酸铵,0.2%的四甲基乙二胺,0.1%的聚乙二醇200加入搅拌罐中,常温下搅拌混合均匀,再将占总量为62%的5-10目熔融石英硅微粉、占总量为34%的30-40目熔融石英硅微粉、占总量为2.5%的碳化硼、占总量为0.5%的氮化硅送入球磨机球磨2.8小时,将搅拌罐中的混合物加热至35℃后加入球磨机,掺混均匀;将球磨机中的物料加注入熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门模具,采用边浇铸边震动的方法浇铸成型,然后加压放置34小时后脱去模具,再自然晾干30小时;将晾干的熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门送入窑炉开始加热升温,先经3.5小时的时间将烧结温度缓慢的从0℃升至400℃后,再在5.5小时时间内将烧结温度从400℃升至1220℃,维持此温度31小时后停止加热,逐步降温至常温后得到熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门毛坯料;将熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的毛坯料送入平面磨床,将其外表面磨至规定尺寸即得成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门的生产方法,其原料配方按重量百分比计算:5-10目熔融石英硅微粉60-62%、30-40目熔融石英硅微粉33-35%、碳化硼2.5%、氮化硅0.5%、纳米胶0.5%、过硫酸铵0.2%,四甲基乙二胺0.2%,聚乙二醇200 0.1%;其特征是:
(1)在搅拌罐中先将配方量的纳米胶、过硫酸铵、四甲基乙二胺、聚乙二醇200加入搅拌罐中,常温下搅拌混合均匀,再将配方量的5-10目熔融石英硅微粉、30-40目熔融石英硅微粉、碳化硼、氮化硅送入球磨机球磨2.6-2.8小时,将搅拌罐中的混合物加热至30-35℃后加入球磨机,掺混均匀;
(2)将球磨机中的物料加注入熔融石英陶瓷焦炉炉门模具,采用边浇铸边震动的方法浇铸成型,然后加压放置32-34小时后脱去模具,再自然晾干30-32小时;
