可以通过如下方式将透明覆盖件76安装在框架26上:分别地抵靠上和下壁52和54的前向面放置透明覆盖件76并使用上和下装饰条78和80将透明覆盖件76保持在其内。可以使用铆钉、螺钉或其它适合的紧固件82将上和下装饰条紧固到上和下壁52和54。可以在框架26和透明覆盖件76之间放置垫圈81。
可以使用紧固件85将端盖83附接到框架26的末端44。可以将垫圈87放置在端盖83与框架26之间。可以使用紧固件91将前部末端装饰件89附接到端盖83。类似末端部件可以被附接到框架26的另一末端42。
在一个实施例中,上和下支撑垫块84和86可以被分别附接到上和下装饰条78和80并分别从上和下装饰条78和80向前突出。如在图3和4中最佳地看到的,支撑垫块(诸如84和86)被定位成沿着框架26的笔直中央部分28。支撑垫块被定位成更接近第一和第二弯曲端部30和32而不是框架26的中心线88。在照明设备12的组装和安装期间,如果照明设备10被面朝前地放置在工作台或其它支撑表面上,则支撑垫块84和86可以为照明设备10提供支撑。
如在图7中看到的,框架26的截面形状使得翅片50的后端的截面轮廓(如由连结翅片50的后端的虚线轮廓线90示出)在邻近所述截面的、分别由上和下壁52和54限定的上和下边缘处具有在92处示出的翅片长度的陡然减小。
如在图1和2中最佳地示出的,照明设备12分别包括第一和第二末端支架93和94。
图8A是支架94的透视图,该透视图示出了上凸缘96和唇缘98,上凸缘96被构造成附接到框架26的末端44,唇缘98被构造成在卡车驾驶室14的乘客侧上附接到A柱22。图8B和8C分别是支架94的侧视立面和端视立面图。
现在参考图6,示出了如下部分的前视立面放大图:照明设备12的经放大的一部分,并且特别是覆盖框架26的笔直中央部分28和框架26的第二弯曲端部32之间的过渡段的部分。假想线100示意性地示出了框架26的靠线100右侧的笔直中央部分28和框架26的靠线100左侧的第二弯曲端部32之间的分界线。
如在图6中看到的,框架26的笔直中央部分28承载多个中央光源,多个中央光源包括上灯62和下灯64的相应的上和下水平阵列。安装在笔直中央部分28上的光源(诸如62和64)可以被统称为多个中央光源102。类似地,安装在框架26的第二弯曲端部32上的上和下光源62和64可以被称为多个第二端部光源104。类似地,安装在框架26的第一端部30上的光源可以被称为多个第一端部光源106。这些组合102、104和106被最佳地示出在图5A中。
优选地选择安装在照明设备12的框架26的数个部分上的光源,从而利用框架26的特定几何结构以致提供与先前的照明设备相比得到改善的照射模式。
所述照明模式被最佳地示出在图9中。安装在框架26的笔直中央部分28上的多个中央光源102优选地使其光源中的每个被安装成从而具有光发射轴线108,光发射轴线108从中央部分长度28向前地且与中央部分长度28垂直地投射,以使得多个中央光源102的光发射轴线108全部彼此平行地且从框架26以及从照明设备12被安装在其上的车辆10向正前方投射。
相反地,安装在第二弯曲端部30上的第二端部光源104中的每个具有光发射轴线110,光发射轴线110从第二弯曲端部38向前地且与第二弯曲端部38垂直地投射,以使得轴线110彼此叉开。类似地,第一端部光源106中的每个具有轴线112,轴线112从第一弯曲端部30向前地且与第一弯曲端部30垂直地投射并彼此叉开。
另外地,中央光源102中的至少大部分并且优选地中央光源102的全部是点光源,而第一端部光源106和第二端部光源104中的至少大部分是漫射光源。如本文中所使用的,术语点光源和漫射光源是相对于彼此定义的,点光源比漫射光源更加定向地会聚。
如在图6中最佳地示出的,在图6的最左侧分别地示出的上和下光源62A和64A是漫射光源,其中,它们的反射器68A和69A具有粗糙化的、带凹陷的内部表面,以便漫射由它们各自的LED 66发射的光线。相反地,中央光源102的所有光源62和64使它们的反射器构建成是相对光滑且光亮的,以便更加径直地向外反射来自它们的LED的光线。
通过将点光源与照明设备12的框架26的笔直中央部分28组合,并且将漫射光源与照明设备12的框架26的弯曲端部30和32组合,如在图9中示意性地示出的,在照明设备12和车辆10的前方直接地提供了宽的均匀的深的照射路径114。再次地如在图9中示意性地示出的,较短的但经更宽地漫射的***照明路径116和118被提供到照明设备12和车辆10的侧方。
更普遍地,本发明的优选实施例可以提供:多个中央部分光源102中的大部分各自是点光源,并且多个第一端部光源106和第二端部光源104中的至少大部分各自是漫射光源。
在另一实施例中,所有中央光源可以是点光源。
在另一实施例中,诸如在图6中看到的多个第二端光源104可以在邻近中央光源102处包括如62B和64B所示的至少一个点光源。在这个实施例中,因为弯曲框架部分(诸如30和32)在邻近分界线100的光源62B和64B的位置处仅仅形成了非常轻微的弯曲,所以可以选择性地将分界线100附近的光源选择为点光源以有助于宽的均匀的深的照射路径114,或者将分界线100附近的光源选择为漫射光源以有助于较短的但更宽地分散的***光线路径116和118。要注意的是,在图6中,多个第二端光源104的每个上和下排光源中的仅一个光源62B和64B被示为是点光源。在图5A中,在多个第二端光源104中存在有三个上和三个下点光源。
因此,看到的是,本文所公开的设备容易地实现所提到的目的和优点以及其内固有的目的和优点。虽然出于本公开的目的已经示出了并描述了本发明的某些优选的实施例,但本领域的技术人员可以对一些部分的布置和构造作出许多改变,该改变被包含在所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围和精神内。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于安装在车辆驾驶室上的照明设备,所述设备包括:
框架,所述框架具有笔直中央部分以及第一和第二弯曲端部,所述第一和第二弯曲端部在所述笔直中央部分的任一末端上,所述笔直中央部分具有中央部分长度,所述框架具有面朝前的灯安装表面,所述第一和第二弯曲端部相对于所述笔直中央部分向后地弯曲;
多个中央光源,所述多个中央光源安装在所述笔直中央部分上,所述中央光源各自具有从所述中央部分长度向前地且与所述中央部分长度垂直地投射的光发射轴线,以使得所述多个中央光源的光发射轴线彼此平行地投射;
多个第一端部光源,所述多个第一端部光源被安装在所述第一弯曲端部上;以及
多个第二端部光源,所述多个第二端部光源被安装在所述第二弯曲端部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中:
所述中央光源中的至少大部分各自是点光源;
所述第一端部光源中的至少大部分各自是漫射光源;并且
所述第二端部光源中的至少大部分各自是漫射光源;
其中,所述点光源和漫射光源是相对于彼此定义的,所述点光源比所述漫射光源更加定向地会聚。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中:
所述中央光源的全部是点光源。
4.如权利要求3所述的设备,其中:
所述多个第一端部光源在邻近所述中央光源处包括至少一个点光源;并且
所述多个第二端部光源在邻近所述中央光源处包括至少一个点光源。
5.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中:
所述多个第一端部光源在邻近所述中央光源处包括至少一个点光源;并且
所述多个第二端部光源在邻近所述中央光源处包括至少一个点光源。
6.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中:
所述第一端部光源各自具有从所述第一弯曲端部向前地且与所述第一弯曲端部垂直地投射的光发射轴线;并且
所述第二端部光源各自具有从所述第二弯曲端部向前地且与所述第二弯曲端部垂直地投射的光发射轴线。
7.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中:
所述框架具有框架长度,所述框架长度从所述第一弯曲框架部分的末端至所述第二弯曲框架部分的末端,并且所述中央框架部分长度是所述框架长度的至少40%。
8.如权利要求7所述的设备,其中:
所述框架具有框架长度,所述框架长度从所述第一弯曲框架部分的末端至所述第二弯曲框架部分的末端,并且所述中央框架部分长度是所述框架长度的至少45%。
9.如权利要求7所述的设备,其中:
所述中央部分框架长度是至少22英寸。
10.如权利要求9所述的设备,其中:
所述框架的第一和第二弯曲端部中的每个具有至少12英寸的端部长度。
11.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中:
所述框架是从所述第一弯曲端部的末端至所述第二弯曲端部的末端的连续挤出件。
12.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中:
所述框架包括向后延伸的冷却翅片,所述框架具有截面形状,使得所述翅片的后端的截面轮廓在邻近所述截面的上和下边缘处具有翅片长度的陡然减小。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
透明覆盖件,所述透明覆盖件在所述光源前方被安装在所述框架上;
上和下装饰条,所述上和下装饰条被附接到所述框架的上和下前部边缘以保持所述透明覆盖件;以及
上和下支撑垫块,所述上和下支撑垫块分别从所述上和下装饰条向前突出,所述支撑垫块沿着所述框架的笔直中央部分被定位成更接近于所述第一和第二弯曲端部而不是所述框架的中心。
14.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
第一和第二末端支架,每个支架具有上凸缘,所述上凸缘被构造成附接到所述框架的第一和第二弯曲端部的末端,并且每个支架具有唇缘,所述唇缘被构造成附接到所述设备将被安装在其上的卡车的A柱。
