本发明公开了一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,其原料包括:面层料、发泡底层料;其中,面层料原料包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂、聚氨酯增稠剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、手感剂;发泡底层料原料包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂、填料、发泡剂、交联剂。本发明的手柄胶料具有耐磨和透气透湿性能优异、手感好的特点,透气透湿效果好,适合棒球棒使用。

本发明涉及聚氨酯材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种棒球棒用手柄胶料。
背景技术
棒球棒是棒球比赛中击球员用来击球的棒子,呈圆柱形,棒面平滑无截面接头。目前,常用棒球棒以金属材料的棒球棒为主流,金属棒的两端必须密封,棒长不得超过1.07米,最粗处直径不得超过7厘米,握棒部分的棒帽末端可以直径不超过为2.45厘米。为便于握棒,在握棒的一端起至45.7厘米的长度内可用布条、胶布带或橡胶包缠。然而,以布条、胶布带或橡胶作为棒球棒手柄包缠料的耐磨、防滑、手感性能差,不能满足人们需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,具有手感好、耐磨、防滑、可透气透湿的特点。
本发明提出一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,其原料按重量份包括:面层料20-40份,发泡底层料60-80份;其中,面层料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂80-120份,聚氨酯增稠剂1.5-3.5份,消泡剂1-1.5份,润湿剂0.8-1.6份,手感剂0.5-2份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂80-120份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂2-4份,填料3-6份,发泡剂3-6份,交联剂1.5-4.5份。
优选地,水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂的固含量为40-60%,水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂的固含量为30-60%。
优选地,消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和/或聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选地,润湿剂为脂肪酸酯硫酸盐和/或聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚。
优选地,填料为纳米白炭黑和/或纳米硅藻土。
优选地,发泡剂为微球发泡粉,优选为松本微球发泡粉。
优选地,交联剂为碳化二亚胺和/或氮丙啶。
优选地,面层料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂95-105份,聚氨酯增稠剂2-3份,消泡剂1.2-1.4份,润湿剂1.0-1.4份,手感剂1.0-1.5份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂90-110份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂2.5-3.5份,填料4-5份,发泡剂4-5份,交联剂2-3份。
本发明以水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为基料,配合聚氨酯增稠剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、手感剂制得手柄胶料面层料,以水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂为基料,配合聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂、填料、发泡剂、交联剂制得手柄胶料发泡底层料,其中,水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂的耐磨、抗氧化、抗撕裂性能优异,手感好、可透气透湿;水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂的耐水性能好、手感柔软,发泡剂的发泡作用可显著提高底层料的透气透湿性能,填料具有很好的支撑作用,提高底层料的肉感,交联剂促进发泡过程中水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂分子链的交联,提高底层料的强度;本发明以水性聚氨酯树脂为面底料原料,配合助剂制得手柄胶料,具有耐磨和透气透湿性能优异、手感好的特点,适合棒球棒使用。

一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,其原料按重量份包括:面层料20份,发泡底层料60份;其中,面层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为40%的水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂19.1份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.35份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.24份,脂肪酸酯硫酸盐0.2份,手感剂0.11份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为30%水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂53.6份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂1.3份,纳米白炭黑2份,微球发泡粉2份,碳化二亚胺1.1份。
实施例2
一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,其原料按重量份包括:面层料40份,发泡底层料80份;其中,面层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为60%的水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂37.32份,聚氨酯增稠剂1.1份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.47份,聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚0.5份,手感剂0.61份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为60%水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂68.33份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂2.28份,纳米硅藻土3.42份,微球发泡粉3.42份,氮丙啶2.55份。
实施例3
一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,其原料按重量份包括:面层料25份,发泡底层料75份;其中,面层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为45%的水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂23.5份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.59份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.28份,脂肪酸酯硫酸盐0.28份,手感剂0.35份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为40%水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂65.22份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂1.96份,纳米白炭黑2.93份,微球发泡粉2.93份,碳化二亚胺1.96份。
实施例4
一种棒球棒用手柄胶料,其原料按重量份包括:面层料35份,发泡底层料65份;其中,面层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为55%的水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂33份,聚氨酯增稠剂0.74份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.51份,聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚0.37份,手感剂0.38份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:固含量为50%水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂57.2份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂1.82份,纳米硅藻土2.08份,微球发泡粉2.08份,氮丙啶1.82份。
将实施例1-4制得手柄胶料涂覆在基布上,经耐磨、透湿及手感测试,测得数据如下表1:

2.根据权利要求1所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂的固含量为40-60%,水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂的固含量为30-60%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和/或聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,润湿剂为脂肪酸酯硫酸盐和/或聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,填料为纳米白炭黑和/或纳米硅藻土。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,发泡剂为微球发泡粉,优选为松本微球发泡粉。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,交联剂为碳化二亚胺和/或氮丙啶。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述棒球棒用手柄胶料,其特征在于,面层料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂95-105份,聚氨酯增稠剂2-3份,消泡剂1.2-1.4份,润湿剂1.0-1.4份,手感剂1.0-1.5份;发泡底层料原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂90-110份,聚丙烯酸酯增稠剂2.5-3.5份,填料4-5份,发泡剂4-5份,交联剂2-3份。
