背景技术
为了自行车的有效行驶,通常在自行车的曲柄及后轮轴设置有变速装置。

偏心引导件242为圆柱形状,在中心偏离规定距离的位置形成偏心孔242a。偏心引导件242固定安装于轴配件210的另一侧,配置在环齿轮234的中心部。此时,中孔212与偏心孔242a的中心一致。
偏心齿轮244沿着偏心引导件242的外周面进行旋转。偏心齿轮244的一部分与环齿轮234相啮合,与此部分相对面的其他部分与后述的太阳齿轮270相啮合。

直连棘轮离合器254安装于环齿轮234的一侧。在直连棘轮离合器254的内周面交叉形成有根据圆周方向收容操作凸起252a的收容部254a及支撑操作凸起252a的支撑区254b。在外周面沿着圆周方向等间距隔离具备多个弹性棘轮254c。多个弹性棘轮254c在曲柄盖260向逆时针方向旋转时,与离合器棘轮锯齿264进行啮合。
曲柄盖260为杯盖(Drinking Lid)形状。中央垂直地设有与中轴B的主轴BS相结合的结合轴262。在内侧壁面,以高度方向叠层形成与直连棘轮单元250啮合的离合器棘轮锯齿264及直连棘轮锯齿266。
离合器棘轮锯齿264与直连棘轮锯齿266的方向相反。曲柄盖260的外周面的规定位置上形成曲柄臂268。
曲柄盖260安装于链环外壳230的一侧。此时,结合轴262贯通轴配件210的中孔212,与主轴BS结合。
太阳齿轮270安装于曲柄盖260的结合轴262上,且只能向顺时针方向进行旋转。为此,优选在太阳齿轮270内部设有一方向棘轮单元。如上所述,太阳齿轮270一部分与减速齿轮单元240的一部分相啮合。
参照图7及图9说明如上所述构成的本发明的变速机制。
首先,参照图7观察直连棘轮单元250的操作,向逆时针方向旋转曲柄盖260时,离合器棘轮锯齿264与弹性棘轮254c相啮合,曲柄盖260将直连棘轮离合器254向逆时针方向进行旋转。
此时,链环外壳230由逆旋转防止单元280阻断逆旋转。由此,直连棘轮离合器254在固定的环齿轮234滑行旋转。
另外,每当直连棘轮离合器254每次以规定角度旋转时,相邻在直连棘轮离合器254内周面的操作凸起252a收容在收容部254a或被支撑区254b支撑,展开或者折叠直连棘轮252。
具体来地,操作凸起252a收容在收容部254a时,直连棘轮252由具有弹性的机械要素向环齿轮234的外部展开,展开的直连棘轮252与直连棘轮锯齿266相啮合。此时,环齿轮234与曲柄盖260直连,可由相同的转速数进行旋转。
操作凸起252a被支撑区254b支撑时,直连棘轮252被加压而折叠,与直连棘轮锯齿266的啮合被解除。此时,环齿轮234通过减速齿轮单元240与太阳齿轮270相连接,可比低于曲柄盖260的旋转数进行旋转。
参照图9的(a)说明本发明的变速机制为高档位时,在环齿轮234直连棘轮252被展开的状态下,向顺时针方向(正向)旋转曲柄盖260时,直连棘轮锯齿266与直连棘轮252相啮合,曲柄盖260将环齿轮234以相同的旋转数直连旋转。
此时,太阳齿轮270通过减速齿轮单元240逆向接收环齿轮234的旋转力,可比曲柄盖260快的旋转数进行空转。
参照图9的(b)说明变速机制为低档位时,在环齿轮234直连棘轮252被折叠的状态下,向顺时针方向(正向)旋转曲柄盖260时,太阳齿轮270与减速齿轮单元240相啮合,曲柄盖260以减速的旋转数旋转链齿轮234。
综上所述,本发明以逆时针方向旋转曲柄盖260来操作直连棘轮单元250,将环齿轮234与曲柄盖260相同的旋转数进行直连旋转(驱动)或者将环齿轮234可由通过太阳齿轮270及减速齿轮单元240减速的旋转数进行旋转(驱动)。
本发明通过减速齿轮单元及直连棘轮单元来实现变速机制,无需多个链环及另外的变速杆,由此,具有产品的小型化及轻量化的效果。而且,具有变速过程中链不会从链环脱离的效果。另外,本发明具有可迅速而直观地变速齿轮的效果。
以上,参照附图详细说明了本发明的优选实施例,但可以理解为本领域的技术人员在不超出本发明技术思想的范围内,可对本发明进行多种修改及变更。

Claims (4)

1.一种自行车曲柄传动装置,其特征在于,包括:
轴配件,带有中孔;
底板,一侧与所述轴配件相结合,另一侧固定安装于具备主轴的中轴;
链环外壳,旋转地结合在所述轴配件,在内部固定安装环形齿轮;
减速齿轮单元,配置在所述环形齿轮的中心,其中,所述减速齿轮单元包括:偏心引导件,固定安装于所述轴配件,配置在所述环形齿轮的中心部;及偏心齿轮,沿着所述偏心引导件的外周面进行旋转,锯齿向一侧延长,且从所述偏心引导件的偏心孔距离远的所述偏心齿轮的锯齿部外侧与所述环形轮进行啮合;
直连棘轮单元,安装在所述环形齿轮,其中,所述直连棘轮单元在所述环形齿轮的外周面,沿着圆周方向以等间距隔离地被安装,向半径方向展开,且所述直连棘轮单元包括:多个直连棘轮,在一侧形成有操作凸起;及直连棘轮离合器,层叠安装在所述环形齿轮的一侧,在内周面交叉等间距地隔离沿着圆周方向***述操作凸起的收容部和支撑所述操作凸起的支撑球,在外周面等间距隔离有多个弹性棘轮;
曲柄盖,在中央垂直地设置与所述主轴相结合的结合轴,在内侧壁面以高度方向并列的形成与所述直连棘轮单元进行啮合的棘轮离合器锯齿及向所述环形齿轮的半径方向展开的与所述直连棘轮啮合的直连棘轮锯齿;及
太阳齿轮,安装于所述结合轴,只向顺时针方向进行旋转,与离所述偏心引导件的偏心孔距离近的所述偏心齿轮的延长而成的锯齿部内侧啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车曲柄变速装置,其特征在于,
在所述底板具备可装卸的拧夹持器,所述拧夹持器便于将所述底板结合在所述中轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自行车曲柄变速装置,其特征在于,
在所述底板与所述链环外壳之间具有逆旋转防止单元,使得在一定的旋转力范围以内,所述链环外壳以所述轴配件为基准无法进行逆时针方向的旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自行车曲柄变速装置,其特征在于,
所述逆旋转防止单元包括:
内接棘轮齿轮,形成在所述底板;
外接棘轮齿轮,形成在所述链环外壳;及
逆旋转防止环,在外周面及内周面分别具有多个弹性卡扣,且配置在所述内接棘轮齿轮与所述外接棘轮齿轮之间。
