According to the signal lamp, the signal lamp can be remotely controlled through the wireless communication device, the signal lamp can be field controlled through the touch screen, and the first solar cell panel and the second solar cell panel can be inclined, so that the storage battery is charged. When cleaning is needed at intervals, the electric push rod can be driven to enable the first solar cell panel and the second solar cell panel to be clung to the first side wall as shown in fig. 3. And then the driving motor drives the sliding block to move up and down, and in the moving process, the sponge part wipes the surfaces of the first solar cell panel and the second solar cell panel, so that the surfaces of the solar cell panels are cleaned. The operation of cleaning the solar cell panel may be programmed to be performed once at intervals. And through manual inspection, the sponge part is cleaned or replaced after a specific time (for example, half a month or one month), so that the cleaning effect of the sponge part is ensured. Of course, the sponge part can be replaced by a brush part with brush hair; or the sponge part is replaced by a rubber scraping strip. The cleaning effect can be achieved as well.
