Abstract
The invention discloses a carburetor for a general gasoline engine, which comprises a carburetor body (2) with a main air passage (1), wherein one end of the carburetor body (1) is a carburetor mounting surface (3), and is characterized in that: an air passage with one end communicated with the outside is arranged in the carburetor body (2) and above the main air passage (1); an air inlet hole (4) communicated with the air passage and an air vent hole (5) communicated with the inner cavity of the carburetor body (2) are respectively arranged on the carburetor mounting surface (3); a separation box (7) with a cover plate (6) is arranged on the carburetor mounting surface (3), and the vent hole (5) is communicated with the air inlet hole (4) through the separation box (7). The invention has the advantages of ingenious structural design, low cost and reliable use, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of gasoline ejection of the carburetor under the conditions of high temperature, high vibration and inclination, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the general gasoline engine.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a carburetor, in particular to a carburetor for a general purpose engine.
Background
At present, a carburetor is used as one of key parts on a general gasoline engine, plays a crucial role on the performance of the general gasoline engine, and particularly has influence on dynamic performance, starting performance, discharge level and the like.
The existing carburetor mainly comprises a carburetor body with a main air passage, wherein an air passage communicated with the main air passage is vertically arranged in the carburetor body, and the carburetor balances the gasoline pressure in an oil quilt by means of the air passage. Although the carburetor is feasible, the carburetor can be finally applied to the terminal after being mounted on the general gasoline engine, the terminal is severe in operation environment, high in use temperature, very large in vibration and large in inclination angle, and therefore the carburetor can be subjected to oil injection phenomenon in the operation process and after shutdown, operation is unstable, and the general gasoline engine cannot work normally.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a carburetor for a general purpose engine, which can effectively prevent oil injection.
The invention aims at realizing the technical scheme that the carburetor for the general gasoline engine comprises a carburetor body with a main air passage, wherein one end of the carburetor body is a carburetor mounting surface, and an air passage with one end communicated with the outside is arranged above the main air passage in the carburetor body; an air inlet communicated with the air duct and an air vent communicated with the inner cavity of the carburetor body are respectively arranged on the carburetor mounting surface; the carburetor mounting surface is provided with a separation box with a cover plate, and the vent hole is communicated with the air inlet hole through the separation box.
The separation box comprises a box body, an opening is formed in one side of the box body, and the cover plate is arranged on the opening; the inner cavity of the box body is provided with diamond-shaped bumps with air holes A, the cover plate is provided with air holes B, air outlet holes and inlet holes are respectively formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the air holes B, the air holes are communicated with the lower portion of the inner cavity of the box body through the inlet holes, and the air inlet holes are communicated with the upper portion of the inner cavity of the box body through the air outlet holes.
Further described, a baffle plate is arranged in the box body and above the diamond-shaped convex blocks; the partition board comprises a partition board A and a partition board B which are symmetrically arranged, wherein the upper end of the partition board A and the upper end of the partition board B are connected with the inner wall of the top of the box body, and the partition board A and the partition board B are arranged in an inverted splayed manner; the lower ends of the partition plates A and B are provided with gaps with the upper end faces of the diamond-shaped bulges.

In order to further prevent gasoline from being sprayed out, two ends of the longitudinal air passage are respectively provided with an air vent nozzle, and the air vent nozzle is arranged in a horizontal vertical longitudinal air passage or in a vertical longitudinal air passage.
Further, an air outlet pipeline A and an air outlet pipeline B are respectively arranged on the aeration nozzle.
The air outlet end of the air outlet pipeline A or/and the air outlet end of the air outlet pipeline B are arranged upwards or/and downwards according to different actual use conditions.
In order to further prevent the oil vapor from carrying out of the gasoline, opposite ends of the air outlet pipeline A and the air outlet pipeline B are connected through a tee joint.
In order to filter oil and block gasoline in steam, a filter screen is arranged in the box body or/and the transverse air passage or/and the longitudinal air passage or/and the air outlet pipeline A or/and the air outlet pipeline B.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages of ingenious structural design, low cost and reliable use, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of gasoline ejection of the carburetor under the conditions of high temperature, high vibration and inclination, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the general gasoline engine.

The following detailed description of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings, but the invention is not limited to these embodiments, but is intended to cover any modifications or alternatives within the basic spirit of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, a carburetor for a general gasoline engine comprises a carburetor body 2 with a main air passage 1, wherein one end of the carburetor body 1 is a carburetor mounting surface 3, and an air passage with one end communicated with the outside is arranged in the carburetor body 2 and above the main air passage 1; an air inlet 4 communicated with the air duct and an air vent 5 communicated with the inner cavity of the carburetor body 2 are respectively arranged on the carburetor mounting surface 3; the carburetor mounting surface 3 is provided with a separation case 7 with a cover plate 6, and the ventilation hole 5 communicates with the air intake hole 4 through the separation case 7.
Wherein the separation box 7 comprises a box body, an opening is arranged on one side of the box body, and the cover plate 6 is arranged on the opening; the inner cavity of the box body is provided with a diamond-shaped lug 9 with an air hole A8, the cover plate 6 is provided with an air hole B11, an air outlet hole 13 and an air inlet hole 12 are respectively arranged above and below the air hole B11, the air hole 5 is communicated with the lower part of the inner cavity of the box body through the air inlet hole 12, and the air inlet hole 4 is communicated with the upper part of the inner cavity of the box body through the air outlet hole 13.

Further, in order to enhance the separation of oil and gas, two ends of the diamond-shaped protruding block 9 are respectively and obliquely provided with a baffle A15 and a baffle B16, and the baffle A15 and the baffle B16 are arranged in a splayed shape; the lower end of the baffle A15 and the lower end of the baffle B16 are respectively provided with a gap with the inner wall of the box body.

Further, an air outlet pipe a20 and an air outlet pipe B21 are provided on the aeration nozzle 19, respectively.
In the invention, when the general gasoline engine normally operates, the temperature of the carburetor can be continuously increased, so that the gasoline in the carburetor is continuously volatilized, and the carburetor continuously vibrates under the normal operation of the general gasoline engine, so that the volatilization of the gasoline is accelerated, the volatilized oil vapor enters the lower part in the separation box 7 through the vent hole 5 and the inlet hole 12, then enters the transverse air passage 17 and the longitudinal air passage 18 through the air outlet hole 13 and the inlet hole 4, and finally enters the atmosphere, thereby realizing the balance between the internal oil plane of the carburetor and the external atmospheric pressure. Because the running path of the oil vapor is long, the oil vapor is separated in the separation box 7 or the transverse air passage 17 or the longitudinal air passage 18, and finally the gas is discharged, and the gasoline can not be sprayed out.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, aeration nozzles 19 are respectively arranged at two ends of the longitudinal air passage 18, and the aeration nozzles 19 are vertically arranged on the longitudinal air passage 18.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 5, the outlet end of the outlet pipe a12 and the outlet end of the outlet pipe B13 may be disposed downward at the same time.
Example 4: as shown in fig. 6, the outlet end of the outlet pipe a12 and the outlet end of the outlet pipe B13 may be disposed upward at the same time.
Example 5: as shown in fig. 7, the outlet end of the outlet pipe a12 is disposed downward, and the outlet end of the outlet pipe B13 is disposed upward.
Example 6: as shown in fig. 8, the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe a12 is disposed upward, and the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe B13 is disposed downward.
Example 7: as shown in fig. 9, to further prevent the oil vapor from carrying out of the gasoline, the opposite ends of the air outlet pipe a20 and the air outlet pipe B21 are connected by a tee 22 joint.
