Abstract

本发明公开了一种棉织物荧光橙染色方法,通过先采用阳离子改性剂对棉织物进行改性,再用活性荧光黄FL和酸性荧光红染料对改性棉织物进行染色,活性荧光黄和酸性荧光红同时吸附到棉织物上,吸附到棉织物上的酸性染料与改性棉织物以离子键、氢键和范德华力结合,加入碱剂后活性染料与改性棉织物主要以共价键结合,最终使棉织物获得荧光橙颜色。通过本发明实现棉织物染料染色获得荧光橙颜色,解决了传统涂料荧光橙染色织物的缺点,染色织物手感柔软、牢度优良。

一种棉织物荧光橙染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于染整技术领域,具体涉及一种棉织物耐久性荧光橙染色加工方法。
背景技术
荧光面料最早用于警示服、工作服等,近年来在民用服饰中也有广泛应用,其中荧光橙是最常见的荧光色之一。棉织物因其优良的透湿透气性、柔软的手感是荧光服饰面料的首选。目前,棉织物荧光染料染色所用商品化染料只有活性荧光黄FL,只可以染得荧光黄颜色,无法满足棉织物荧光橙染色要求。荧光橙染色棉织物一般采用涂料荧光橙进行染色,但由于涂料染色需要加入粘合剂,故染色织物手感较差,且摩擦牢度较低,服用性能受到影响。故寻求一种棉织物采用荧光染料进行染色的方法是染整工作者一直研究的课题。发明专利CN 104074068 B公开了一种用于棉织物的酸性荧光染色工艺,取改性剂与荧光染料混合溶液升温至50~100℃保持恒温,将针织布或机织布或纱线浸染于混合溶液中,染色后的针织布或机织布或纱线取出,洗涤,晾干。发明专利CN 101787652 B公开了一种棉针织物的荧光染整方法,通过对棉织物进行前处理、染色、后整理,获得了活性荧光黄FL染色纯棉黄色织物,其荧光色牢度提升到4 级或5 级,达到一定的深度和艳度。发明专利CN 104746359A公开了一种棉织物采用荧光涂料获得荧光色的染色方法,将经过前处理的棉织物,直接用经过阳离子化改性的荧光涂料进行染色、固色处理。多篇文献(李晓春,曹机良.蚕丝/棉织物一浴法同色性染色[J].丝绸,2012,49(06):12-15;唐家瑞,林承帆.毛/涤/天丝混纺织物的开发[J].上海毛麻科技,2016(03):22-24;张广知,汪友年.锦/棉交织物的染色工艺[J].广西纺织科技,2005(01):18-22;曹机良,许志忠,李亚辉,郭雪健,王柯钦.羊毛/棉织物一浴法染色[J].毛纺科技,2012,40(06):35-39;杜方东,杨建国,唐菲菲,詹永宝,党高峰.铜氨/锦纶交织物染整工艺[J].印染,2013,39(08):25-26,32.)报道了活性/酸性染料同浴染色的方法,但该方法主要用于蚕丝/棉、毛/涤/天丝、锦/棉、棉/毛、铜氨/锦纶等混纺或交织物的染色,染色过程中活性染料主要上染纤维素纤维组分,酸性染料主要上染蛋白质纤维或锦纶组分。上述方法中通过将酸性荧光染色改性棉织物可获得荧光色,但染色织物的牢度不可能很高;通过活性荧光黄FL对棉织物染色可获得高牢度的荧光色,但无法获得荧光橙颜色;通过涂料染色方法可使棉织物染色得到荧光橙,但织物的手感和摩擦牢度将会受到影响;通过活性/酸性染料同浴染色使纤维素类混纺织物获得染色。目前未见将活性荧光黄FL和酸性荧光红两种染料混合用于棉织物荧光橙染色获得高牢度和优良手感的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对当前棉织物荧光橙染色通常采用涂料荧光橙或改性棉织物酸性荧光染料染色,染色织物手感较差或牢度不佳的问题,提供一种通过对改性棉织物采用活性荧光黄FL和酸性荧光红进行拼混染色,染色棉织物的牢度得到提高且织物手感柔软的方法,实现棉织物荧光橙染色加工,尤其能实现棉织物荧光橙耐洗和柔软效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将2~50g/L改性剂,4~60g/L碱剂,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:4~1:100的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以0.5~5℃/min的升温速率升温至80~110℃,然后保温10~200min,最后以2~5℃/min的降温速率降温至40~60℃,将织物取出水洗、酸中和、水洗、烘干;
(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 1~5%owf,酸性荧光红染料 0.5~4%owf,调节染液pH 3~7,染色浴比1:6~1:100,20℃升温,以0.4~2℃/min的升温速率升温至50~80℃,然后保温30~90min,再加入2~30g/L固色碱剂,继续保温30~60min,最后以2~5℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。
所述染液配方由活性荧光黄和酸性荧光红组成,使染色棉织物染成荧光橙颜色。
本发明的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,染色过程中所述染液配方中活性荧光黄和酸性荧光红染料同时吸附到棉织物上,但酸性荧光红先与棉纤维以离子键、氢键和范德华力结合,活性荧光染料主要在加碱后与棉纤维形成共价键结合,最终在棉织物上染上荧光橙。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用活性荧光黄FL和酸性荧光红对改性棉织物进行染色,使酸性荧光红与改性棉织物以离子键、氢键和范德华力结合,使活性荧光黄FL与改性棉织物主要以共价键结合,从而制得手感柔软、牢度优良的荧光橙棉织物。本发明的技术方案工艺简单可行,对染料、助剂、织物无特殊要求,利用常规印染厂染色设备就可实现规模生产,具有广阔的应用前景。

本发明的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其步骤如下:

实施例1
一种棉织物荧光橙染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将20g/L阳离子改性剂CH,4g/L氢氧化钠,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:100的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以0.5℃/min的升温速率升温至110℃,然后保温200min,最后以2℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出采用30℃冷水冲洗、60℃热水洗、30℃冷水水洗、5g/L醋酸中和、30℃冷水冲洗、60℃热水洗、30℃冷水水洗、80℃烘干;
(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 5%owf,酸性荧光红E-XB 1%owf,调节染液pH 3,染色浴比1:10,20℃升温,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,然后保温50min,再加入10g/L碳酸钠,继续保温30min,最后以2℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出采用30℃冷水冲洗、60℃热水洗、2g/L醋酸中和、30℃冷水水洗、2g/L标准合成洗涤剂于90℃皂洗10min、再用30℃冷水冲洗、60℃热水洗、30℃冷水水洗、2g/L合成单宁作为固色剂于50℃ pH4固色30min、最后用30℃冷水冲洗、80℃烘干。
实施例2
本实施例的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将50g/L阳离子改性剂CR-2000,20g/L碳酸钠,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:20的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,然后保温10min,最后以2℃/min的降温速率降温至60℃,将织物取出水洗、酸中和、水洗、烘干;
(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 1%owf,酸性荧光红G 0.5%owf,调节染液pH 7,染色浴比1:6,20℃升温,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至50℃,然后保温90min,再加入30g/L碳酸氢钠,继续保温60min,最后以2℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。

(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 3%owf,酸性荧光桃红B 0.7%owf,调节染液pH 5,染色浴比1:40,20℃升温,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,然后保温60min,再加入20g/L碳酸钾,继续保温40min,最后以5℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。

本实施例的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将15g/L阳离子改性剂LD-8202,8g/L氢氧化钾,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:25的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以3.5℃/min的升温速率升温至95℃,然后保温85min,最后以2.5℃/min的降温速率降温至55℃,将织物取出水洗、酸中和、水洗、烘干;
(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 2.5%owf,酸性荧光红E-B 0.5%owf,调节染液pH 6,染色浴比1:55,20℃升温,以0.8℃/min的升温速率升温至75℃,然后保温50min,再加入20g/L硅酸钠,继续保温40min,最后以4℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。

本实施例的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将50g/L阳离子改性剂FK-316,60g/L硅酸钠,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:4的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以5℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,然后保温200min,最后以2℃/min的降温速率降温至60℃,将织物取出水洗、酸中和、水洗、烘干;

(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 4%owf,酸性荧光红G 0.2%owf,酸性荧光桃红B 0.3%owf,调节染液pH 4,染色浴比1:50,20℃升温,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至65℃,然后保温40min,再加入10g/L碳酸钠和5g/L碳酸氢钠,继续保温50min,最后以4℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。

(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 4%owf,酸性荧光红E-B 0.7%owf,调节染液pH 6,染色浴比1:90,20℃升温,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,然后保温40min,再加入10g/L硅酸钠和5g/L碳酸氢钠,继续保温60min,最后以4℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。

本实施例的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将40g/L阳离子改性剂WLS-20,20g/L氢氧化钠,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:6的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,然后保温45min,最后以2℃/min的降温速率降温至50℃,将织物取出水洗、酸中和、水洗、烘干;
(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的阳离子改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 4%owf,酸性荧光红G 0.7%owf,调节染液pH 4,染色浴比1:10,20℃升温,以0.9℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,然后保温40min,再加入10g/L碳酸钠和10g/L碳酸氢钠,继续保温50min,最后以3℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。
本发明的实施效果
经实施例1~8处理后,染色织物对其进行如下测试,测试结果见表1。

在CE-7000A纺织品测色配色仪(美国X-Rite公司)上测量染色织物的表观颜色深度K/S值和是否满足荧光橙强度要求,测色光源D65,10º视场角。
2)染色织物日晒牢度测定
依据GB/T-8427-2008纺织品日晒色牢度测试标准测试织物的日晒牢度。
3)耐洗牢度测定
依据GB/T3921-2008《纺织品色牢度耐皂洗色牢度》进行试验测试。
4)耐摩擦牢度测定
依据GB/T-2008《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐摩擦色牢度》进行试验测试。
表1 实施织物的测试结果
由表1可知,本发明所提供的技术方案能够赋予纺织品较好的染色牢度,织物的摩擦和皂洗牢度均达4级以上,日晒牢度均达4级以上,且织物满足荧光橙强度要求。由此可见,本发明制得的荧光橙染色棉织物染色性能优良,且具有较好的耐洗、耐摩擦和日晒牢度。

Claims (5)

1.一种棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)制备改性棉织物:将2~50g/L改性剂,4~60g/L碱剂,配制成溶液,将棉织物按照1:4~1:100的浴比投入到上述混合溶液中,20℃升温,以0.5~5℃/min的升温速率升温至80~110℃,然后保温10~200min,最后以2~5℃/min的降温速率降温至40~60℃,将织物取出水洗、酸中和、水洗、烘干得到改性棉织物;
(2)对棉织物进行染色:将步骤(1)得到的改性棉织物投入到染色溶液中,染液组成为:活性荧光黄FL 1~5%owf,酸性荧光红染料 0.5~4%owf,调节染液pH 3~7,染色浴比1:6~1:100,20℃升温,以0.4~2℃/min的升温速率升温至50~80℃,然后保温30~90min,再加入2~30g/L固色碱剂,继续保温30~60min,最后以2~5℃/min的降温速率降温至40℃,将织物取出水洗、皂洗、水洗、酸中和、水洗、固色、水洗、烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的改性剂为阳离子改性剂CH、阳离子改性剂CR-2000、阳离子改性剂WLS-20、阳离子改性剂LD-8202或阳离子改性剂FK-316的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的碱剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾或硅酸钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的酸性荧光红染料为酸性荧光红E-XB、酸性荧光红G、酸性荧光桃红B或酸性荧光红E-B中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物荧光橙染色方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的固色碱剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾或硅酸钠中的至少一种。
