本发明公开了一种高耐裂无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维37‑50份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂24‑35份、椰壳纤维8.5‑13份、温石棉21.5‑25.5份、玉米纤维2‑8份、海藻提取物3‑7.5份、粘合剂2.5‑5份、硅油1‑4份、阻燃剂1.5‑3份。本发明具有优异的耐裂性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布,具体涉及一种高耐裂无纺布。
背景技术
手术衣根据使用情况主要分为重复性使用手术衣和一次性手术衣。重复使用手术衣主要选用材质为普通棉织物、高密度聚酯纤维织物及PE、TPU、PTFE多层贴合膜复合手术衣。一次性手术衣主要为SMS\SMMS手术衣为主,SMS或SMMS无纺布手术衣,加强片为无纺布复合材料。
现有的无纺布手术衣的耐裂性能不高,不能满足市场的需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高耐裂无纺布。本发明具有优异的耐裂性能。
本发明提出的一种高耐裂无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维37-50份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂24-35份、椰壳纤维8.5-13份、温石棉21.5-25.5份、玉米纤维2-8份、海藻提取物3-7.5份、粘合剂2.5-5份、硅油1-4份、阻燃剂1.5-3份。
优选地,所述聚醋酸乙烯树脂为改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂,所述改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂的制备方法为:将碳纳米管、纳米硅、硅灰石纤维与聚醋酸乙烯树脂混合均匀,进行剪切搅拌,得到改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂。
优选地,所述剪切搅拌的温度为160-180℃。
优选地,所述剪切搅拌的时间为1-1.5h。
优选地,所述剪切搅拌的速度为4000-5000r/min。
优选地,所述海藻提取物的质量分数为50-75wt%。
优选地,所述阻燃剂为纳米阻燃剂。
本发明可按照常规方法进行制备。
本发明的原料包括:黄麻纤维、聚醋酸乙烯树脂、椰壳纤维、温石棉、玉米纤维、海藻提取物、粘合剂、硅油、阻燃剂,且在优选方案中,在高温剪切的作用下,采用碳纳米管、纳米硅、硅灰石纤维对聚醋酸乙烯树脂进行复合改性,随着温度的升高,碳纳米管形成拉伸方向的纤维,与硅灰石纤维逐渐在聚醋酸乙烯树脂内部形成紧密的交联网络结构,并以桥接方式抑制裂缝扩展,延长本发明的疲劳寿命,而纳米硅与聚醋酸乙烯树脂在网络层间分布,两者具有协效作用,能够进一步提高其抗剪切强度,同时纳米硅分散于聚醋酸乙烯树脂中具有增黏作用,能够降低本发明的拉伸延展性,进一步提高本发明的抗裂性。本发明中添加黄麻纤维、椰壳纤维与聚醋酸乙烯树脂配合,能够进一步优化本发明的耐裂性能,同时增强本发明的韧性;添加温石棉与硅油配合作用,能够提高本发明的保温和透气性能;添加海藻提取物与玉米纤维配合作用,能够提升本发明的抗菌性能。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种高耐裂无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维37份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂35份、椰壳纤维8.5份、温石棉25.5份、玉米纤维2份、海藻提取物7.5份、粘合剂2.5份、硅油4份、阻燃剂1.5份。
实施例2
一种高耐裂无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维50份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂24份、椰壳纤维13份、温石棉21.5份、玉米纤维8份、海藻提取物3份、粘合剂5份、硅油1份、阻燃剂3份;
其中,所述聚醋酸乙烯树脂为改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂,所述改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂的制备方法为:将碳纳米管、纳米硅、硅灰石纤维与聚醋酸乙烯树脂混合均匀,进行剪切搅拌,得到改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂。
实施例3
一种高耐裂无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维45份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂30份、椰壳纤维10份、温石棉23份、玉米纤维5份、海藻提取物5.5份、粘合剂4份、硅油3份、阻燃剂2.5份;
其中,所述聚醋酸乙烯树脂为改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂,所述改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂的制备方法为:将碳纳米管、纳米硅、硅灰石纤维与聚醋酸乙烯树脂混合均匀,进行剪切搅拌,得到改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂;
所述剪切搅拌的温度为170℃;
所述剪切搅拌的时间为1.2h;
所述剪切搅拌的速度为4500r/min;
所述海藻提取物的质量分数为60wt%;
所述阻燃剂为纳米阻燃剂。
实施例4
一种高耐裂无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维40份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂27份、椰壳纤维9份、温石棉22份、玉米纤维4份、海藻提取物4份、粘合剂3份、硅油2份、阻燃剂2份;
其中,所述聚醋酸乙烯树脂为改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂,所述改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂的制备方法为:将碳纳米管、纳米硅、硅灰石纤维与聚醋酸乙烯树脂混合均匀,进行剪切搅拌,得到改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂;
所述剪切搅拌的温度为160℃;
所述剪切搅拌的时间为1.5h;
所述剪切搅拌的速度为4000r/min;
所述海藻提取物的质量分数为75wt%;
所述阻燃剂为纳米阻燃剂。

所述剪切搅拌的时间为1h;
所述剪切搅拌的速度为5000r/min;
所述海藻提取物的质量分数为50wt%;
所述阻燃剂为纳米阻燃剂。
对比例1
一种无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:黄麻纤维48份、聚醋酸乙烯树脂33份、椰壳纤维12份、温石棉24份、玉米纤维7份、海藻提取物6.5份、粘合剂4.5份、硅油3.5份、阻燃剂2.8份;
其中,所述海藻提取物的质量分数为50wt%;
所述阻燃剂为纳米阻燃剂。
试验例1
分别对实施例5、对比例1制成的无纺布以及市面上的无纺布进行耐裂性能测试,依次记为试验组和对照组1-2;测试结果如下表:

由上表可以看出,对聚醋酸乙烯树脂进行改性后,能够有效提高本发明的耐裂性,且本发明的耐裂性能远优于市面上的无纺布。

2.根据权利要求1所述高耐裂无纺布,其特征在于,所述聚醋酸乙烯树脂为改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂,所述改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂的制备方法为:将碳纳米管、纳米硅、硅灰石纤维与聚醋酸乙烯树脂混合均匀,进行剪切搅拌,得到改性聚醋酸乙烯树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述高耐裂无纺布,其特征在于,所述剪切搅拌的温度为160-180℃。
