Background
The molding of the injection molding with the insert is a molding method in which a dissimilar insert is pre-installed in a mold and then resin is injected, so that the molten resin material is bonded and solidified with the insert to form the injection molding. With the wide demand of injection molding parts, people also put higher and higher requirements on the molding of the injection molding parts with the inserts. In particular, in order to meet the requirements of assembling electronic components and the like, parts of many components are injection-molded parts, and inserts such as metal nuts and the like are arranged on the parts.
The existing injection molding part with the insert is formed by loading the insert into a mold through auxiliary feeding equipment such as manpower or a mechanical arm, the injection molding part forming process with the insert needs to be implemented by means of external auxiliary feeding equipment, the injection molding period is long, and the insert is easy to fall off in the injection molding process to cause the problem of compression molding.
Therefore, how to provide a simple and quick forming die for an injection molding part with an insert, which can effectively prevent the insert sizing material from crushing the die, becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a new technical scheme of a forming mould of an injection molding part with an insert, which is simple, convenient and quick and can effectively prevent the mould from being crushed by insert rubber.
According to a first aspect of the invention, a molding die for injection molded parts with an insert is provided.
The forming die for the injection molding part with the insert comprises a first template, a second template and a third template, wherein the first template is detachably connected with the second template, and the second template is connected with the third template in a sliding fit manner; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

The invention provides a forming die of an injection molding part with an insert, and aims to solve the problems that the injection molding cycle is long and the insert is easy to fall off in the injection molding process to cause a pressing die.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the mold for molding an injection-molded article with an insert includes a first mold plate 1, a second mold plate 2, and a third mold plate 3. The first form 1 and the second form 2 are detachably coupled so that the first form 1 and the second form 2 can be separated from each other as relatively independent parts. The detachable connection between the first template 1 and the second template 2 may be realized by means of a bolted connection or a shutter connection or the like. The second template 2 and the third template 3 are connected in a sliding fit, so that the relative position between the second template 2 and the third template 3 can be changed. The connection between the second template 2 and the third template 3 can be realized by the matching of rods and holes or the sliding way and the like.
The first template 1 is provided with a first forming part 11. The second template 2 is provided with a second molding portion 21 and an insert hole 22. The second molding portion 21 and the first molding portion 22 correspond to constitute the injection molding cavity 4. For the technical skill in the art, the first molding part 11 and the second molding part 21 may be referred to as a cavity or an insert in the mold field, and the injection-molded part may be molded in the injection-molding cavity 4 formed by the first molding part 11 and the second molding part 21.
An insert hole 22 is provided for prepositioning the insert 7, and the insert hole 22 corresponds to the injection molding cavity 4. The insert 7 may be moved from outside the insert hole 22 into the insert hole 22 by means of ejection, suction, or the like. The insert 7 may be a clearance fit or a sliding fit with the insert bore 22 to ensure free movement of the insert 7 within the insert bore 22.
The third mold plate 3 is provided with an ejector rod 31, and the ejector rod 31 corresponds to the insert hole 22, so that the ejector rod 31 ejects and positions the insert 7 in the insert hole 22 in the injection molding cavity 4 during mold closing. The ejector rod 31 may be a sliding fit or a clearance fit with the insert bore 22. As shown in fig. 1, before mold clamping, the ejector rod 31 is not in contact with the insert in the insert hole 22; as shown in fig. 2, after the mold is closed, the ejector rod 31 ejects the insert 7 in the insert hole 22 into the injection molding cavity 4, and positions the insert 7 in the injection molding cavity 4.
When the forming die is used, the second die plate 2 is separated from the third die plate 3, the insert 7 can be moved into the insert hole 22 in the second die plate 2, and the ejector rod 31 on the third die plate 3 is not contacted with the insert 7 in the insert hole 22. And then the first template 1 and the second template 2 which are connected together are driven to move towards the third template 3, when the ejector rod 31 of the second template 2 which is moved to the third template 3 is contacted with the insert 7 in the insert hole 22, the insert 7 in the insert hole 22 moves towards the direction far away from the third template 3 under the action of the ejector rod 31, namely, the insert 7 moves towards the injection molding cavity 4 which is jointly formed by the first template 1 and the second template 2. When the first template 1 and the second template 2 which are connected together move to the position of being matched with the third template 3, the ejector rod 31 positions the insert 7 in the injection molding cavity 4, and at the moment, plastic materials can be injected into the injection molding cavity 4, so that the molding of the injection molding part with the insert is realized. After the injection-molded part is molded, the first mold plate 1 and the second mold plate 2 are separated to take out the injection-molded part in the injection-molding cavity 4 (between the first molding portion 11 and the second molding portion 21).
The forming die of the injection molding piece with the inserts can realize the forming of the plastic piece with the inserts without using external auxiliary feeding equipment through the matching among the first template 1, the second template 2 and the third template 3, and the injection molding period is short. And the insert 7 can be positioned in the injection molding cavity 4 by the ejector rod 31, and the problem that the insert 7 falls off does not exist in the injection molding process.
Optionally, a shutter slot is provided on the first template 1, and a shutter 23 is provided on the second template 2, and the shutter 23 is matched with the shutter slot. In this way, the first template 1 and the second template 2 can be detachably connected by the shutter 23. The mode that realizes dismantling the connection through the shutter is with low costs, easy dismounting.
Optionally, a second form limiting rod 32 is disposed on the third form 3, and the second form 2 is in sliding fit with the second form limiting rod 32. The second pattern plate stopper rod 32 is provided with a stopper portion for restricting the movement position of the second pattern plate 2. The limiting part can be realized through a nut or a circumferential bulge and the like. The provision of the second form-defining stop 32 is advantageous in avoiding complete separation of the second form 2 from the third form 3.
Further, the first mold plate 1 is further provided with a receiving groove 12 for receiving a portion of the second mold plate stopper rod 32, so as to reduce the volume of the molding die.
Optionally, an injection channel 5 is provided in the mold for the injection molded part with the insert. The injection molding channel 5 penetrates through the second template 2 and the third template 3, and the injection molding channel 5 is communicated with the injection molding cavity 4. The injection channel 5 is arranged in the second template 2 and the third template 3, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the forming mold.
Optionally, the ejector rod 31 is a sliding fit with the insert hole 22.
Optionally, the mold for molding injection-molded parts with inserts also comprises an insert pocket 6. The insert box 6 has an insert chamber 61 for accommodating a plurality of inserts 7 and an insert outlet (not shown in the figure) for leading out the inserts 7 in the insert chamber 61. The number of insert boxes 6 can be set according to the actual requirements, for example, the number of insert boxes 6 is the same as the number of inserts 7 on the injection-molded part. In general, the insert case 6 may have a case body and a lid, and the insert 7 may be inserted into the insert case 6 by opening and closing the lid. During specific implementation, the depth of the box body can be slightly larger than the height of the insert 7 so as to ensure that the insert 7 can be placed in the insert box 6 accurately. Taking the insert 7 as a nut for example, the depth of the box body can be 0.2mm greater than the height of the nut.
The second template 2 is provided with an insert box positioning groove for positioning the insert box 6 on the second template 2, and the insert outlet corresponds to the insert hole 22. The insert box 6 can be inserted into the insert box positioning groove. In addition, the insert box 6 can be fixed in the insert box positioning groove in an interference fit manner, or fixed in the insert box positioning groove through a positioning pin. The insert outlet corresponds to the insert hole 22 in the second template 2 so that the insert 7 in the insert pocket 6 is transferred more easily from the insert pocket 6 into the insert hole 22.
Further, the insert box 6 is provided with an insert box positioning hole 62, and the second mold plate 2 is provided with a positioning pin (not shown) matching with the insert box positioning hole 62.
Further, an insert output mechanism 24 for outputting the insert 7 in the insert box 6 to the insert hole 22 is further provided in the second die plate 2. The insert output mechanism 24 may be, for example, an ejection mechanism or an air suction mechanism, etc. By the insert output mechanism 24, the insert 7 can be continuously supplied from the insert cassette 6 into the insert hole 22, thereby improving the efficiency of the molding die.
Further, the insert output mechanism 24 is a suction mechanism. The suction mechanism is provided for sucking the insert 7 in the insert pocket 6 out of the insert outlet into the insert bore 22. In specific implementation, an air path for air circulation may be provided in the second mold plate 2, and the insert 7 is sucked out from the insert box 6 into the insert hole 22 by the suction of the suction mechanism.
