Abstract

本发明公开了一种蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉50‑60份、豆粕20‑40份、棉籽粕20‑40份、胡萝卜粉10‑30份、鱼粉10‑30份、骨粉10‑30份、苜蓿粉10‑30份、食盐10‑20份、中草药添加剂5‑10份、抗氧化剂2‑4份。制备方法包括:玉米粉的制备;胡萝卜粉的制备;中草药添加剂的制备;抗氧化剂的制备;物料混匀,制粒。本发明所得蛋鸡饲料的原料易得、制备方法简单、安全无毒副作用,其中添加的中草药添加剂,能提高蛋鸡的免疫力和产蛋率;本发明中还添加了两种化合物组成的抗氧化剂,更有效的保护其余原料中亚油酸、蛋白质、维生素等营养物质,长期食用,不仅能提高蛋鸡抗病能力还可以提高其产蛋率。

技术领域
本发明属于畜牧养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
蛋鸡,指饲养起来专门生蛋以供应蛋只的鸡,鸡蛋是饲养蛋鸡的主要收入来源,跟肉用鸡不同。人们饲养蛋鸡的主要目的是提高鸡蛋质量和保持或提高产蛋量,而并非提高鸡肉品质。开产前数周是母鸡从生长期进入产蛋期的过渡阶段。此阶段不仅要进行转群上笼、选留淘汰、免疫接种、饲料更换和增加光照等一系列工作,给鸡造成极大应激,而且这段时间母鸡生理变化剧烈,敏感,适应力较弱,抗病力较差,如果饲养管理不当,极易影响产蛋性能。开产前的饲养不仅影响产蛋率上升和产蛋高峰持续时间,而且影响死淘率。
随着畜禽饲养及饲料工业的发展,喂养的饲料中由于抗生素等化学合成药物的大量使用,使得化学合成药和抗生素类型的饲养饲料在生产中表现出的耐药性和药残等问题日益突出。饲料中化学药物添加造成的环境污染和在机体组织、畜产品中的残留以及对人类健康的负效应,已经引起科学界的普遍关注。中草药具有资源丰富、加工方便、成本低、无抗药性、毒副作用小、效果显著等优点受到人们的关注。近年来,中草药已广泛用于动物养殖中,在预防疾病、加速生长、提高生产性能和改善产品品质等方面,具有西药难以达到的某些综合效应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种原料易得、制备方法简单、安全无毒副作用,长期食用能提高蛋鸡抗病力、产蛋率的蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案具体如下:
一种蛋鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉50-60份、豆粕20-40份、棉籽粕20-40份、胡萝卜粉10-30份、鱼粉10-30份、骨粉10-30份、苜蓿粉10-30份、食盐10-20份、中草药添加剂5-10份、抗氧化剂2-4份。
优选的,所述蛋鸡饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉55份、豆粕30份、棉籽粕30份、胡萝卜粉20份、鱼粉20份、骨粉20份、苜蓿粉20份、食盐15份、中草药添加剂8份、抗氧化剂3份。
优选的,所述中草药添加剂是将黄芪、熟地、白术、大枣、仙鹤草、陈皮、白鲜皮、南瓜子、花椒、松针按重量比为5:5:5:4:4:4:4:3:3:3混匀,打粉,过80~100目筛后得到的粉末。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂是将乙氧基喹啉、丁羟甲苯、丁羟甲氧苯中的一种与柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸中的一种按重量比1:1混匀制成。
上述蛋鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米粉碎,过80~100目筛,得玉米粉,待用;
(2)将胡萝卜切小块,低温烘焙,粉碎,过80~100目筛,得胡萝卜粉,待用;
(3)按重量比为5:5:5:4:4:4:4:3:3:3取黄芪、熟地、白术、大枣、仙鹤草、陈皮、白鲜皮、南瓜子、花椒、松针,混匀,打粉,过80~100目筛,得中草药添加剂,待用;
(4)将乙氧基喹啉、丁羟甲苯、丁羟甲氧苯中的一种与柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸中的一种按重量比为1:1混匀,得抗氧化剂,待用;
(5)按比例取豆粕、棉籽粕、鱼粉、骨粉、苜蓿粉、食盐和步骤(1)所得玉米粉、步骤(2)所得胡萝卜粉、步骤(3)所得中草药添加剂、步骤(4)所得抗氧化剂,于饲料搅拌机内加水搅拌50-70min,搅拌结束后,放入粉碎机中制粒,然后烘干或膨化,制成粒径为2mm的饲料颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所得蛋鸡饲料的原料易得、制备方法简单、安全无毒副作用,其中添加的中草药添加剂,能提高蛋鸡的免疫力和产蛋率;本发明中还添加了两种化合物组成的抗氧化剂,更有效的保护其余原料中亚油酸、蛋白质、维生素等营养物质,长期食用,不仅能提高蛋鸡抗病能力还可以提高其产蛋率。

实施例1
一种蛋鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉50份、豆粕20份、棉籽粕20份、胡萝卜粉10份、鱼粉10份、骨粉10份、苜蓿粉10份、食盐10份、中草药添加剂5份、抗氧化剂2份。
上述蛋鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米粉碎,过80目筛,得玉米粉,待用;
(2)将胡萝卜切小块,低温烘焙,粉碎,过80目筛,得胡萝卜粉,待用;
(3)按重量比为5:5:5:4:4:4:4:3:3:3取黄芪、熟地、白术、大枣、仙鹤草、陈皮、白鲜皮、南瓜子、花椒、松针,混匀,打粉,过80目筛,得中草药添加剂,待用;

(5)按比例取豆粕、棉籽粕、鱼粉、骨粉、苜蓿粉、食盐和步骤(1)所得玉米粉、步骤(2)所得胡萝卜粉、步骤(3)所得中草药添加剂、步骤(4)所得抗氧化剂,于饲料搅拌机内加水搅拌50min,搅拌结束后,放入粉碎机中制粒,然后烘干或膨化,制成粒径为2mm的饲料颗粒。

(4)将丁羟甲氧苯与苹果酸按重量比为1:1混匀,得抗氧化剂,待用;
(5)按比例取豆粕、棉籽粕、鱼粉、骨粉、苜蓿粉、食盐和步骤(1)所得玉米粉、步骤(2)所得胡萝卜粉、步骤(3)所得中草药添加剂、步骤(4)所得抗氧化剂,于饲料搅拌机内加水搅拌50-70min,搅拌结束后,放入粉碎机中制粒,然后烘干或膨化,制成粒径为2mm的饲料颗粒。

2.根据权利要求1所述蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉55份、豆粕30份、棉籽粕30份、胡萝卜粉20份、鱼粉20份、骨粉20份、苜蓿粉20份、食盐15份、中草药添加剂8份、抗氧化剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂是将黄芪、熟地、白术、大枣、仙鹤草、陈皮、白鲜皮、南瓜子、花椒、松针按重量比为5:5:5:4:4:4:4:3:3:3混匀,打粉,过80~100目筛后得到的粉末。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂是将乙氧基喹啉、丁羟甲苯、丁羟甲氧苯中的一种与柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸中的一种按重量比1:1混匀制成。
