本发明涉及了一种液化天然气加气机。
背景技术
目前的液化天然气加气机,在管路中均存在气液混合的情况,流量计在气液混合比超过一定值时,计量的误差非常大,经常会发生贸易纠纷,不能达到贸易结算的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的缺点,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种实用的可提高计量准确度的液化天然气加气机,加气流程不会受到液化天然气气化的影响,从而确保了加气精度,满足了贸易结算的要求,完全可以投入商业应用。
为达成以上所述的目的,本发明的液化天然气加气机采取如下技术方案:
液化天然气加气机,包括低温泵、第一流量计、第一控制阀、加***,气液分离器、第二流量计和第二控制阀,其特征在于,所述低温泵的泵出口通过所述第一控制阀与所述气液分离器的气液输入口相连,所述气液分离器的液相输出口通过所述第一流量计与所述加***相连,所述气液分离器的气相输出口与所述第二流量计的输入口相连,所述第二流量计的输出口与第一流量计的输出口汇总后通过所述第二控制阀与回储罐相连。
采用如上技术方案的本发明,具有如下有益效果:
由于采用了气液分离器,将液态的天然气和常态的天然气分开,并且对液态和气态的天然气分别计量,将本次的加气量等于本次的液相计量值减去上次的气相计量值。这样,本加气机的加气流程不会受到液化天然气气化的影响,从而确保了加气精度,满足了贸易结算的要求,完全可以投入商业应用。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合附图进一步进行说明:
如图1所示,本发明的液化天然气加气机,包括:低温泵1、第一流量计2、第二流量计3、气液分离器4、第一控制阀5、第二控制阀6和加***7,低温泵1的泵出口通过第一控制阀5与气液分离器4的气液输入口相连,气液分离器4的液相输出口通过第一流量计2与加***7相连,气液分离器4的气相输出口与第二流量计3的输入口相连,第二流量计3的输出口与第一流量计2的输出口汇总后通过第二控制阀6与回储罐8相连。实际应用时,加气机还包括有控制器。
本发明工作原理是:液化天然气通过第一控制阀5进入到气液分离器4中,然后,由气液分离器4的液相输出口经过第一流量计2至加***7进行加气;加气过程中,第二控制阀6处于关闭状态,通过第一流量计2进行液体计量,加气结束,第一控制阀5关闭,第二控制阀6打开,通过第二流量计3计量气相流量。这样就可以通过以下方式计算出准确的加气量,第一次的气相计量值假设为QT01,液体计量值为YT01,第二次的计量气相计量值QT02,液体计量值YT02,那么,第二次加气时的准确计量值就等于YT02-QT01,这个原理是:整个管路每次加气时都是处于液体状态,前后两次加气状态一致,里面所包含的液体质量也一致,那么两次加气间隔中间气化部分,如果有一个值可以计量出来的话,那么第二次加气的液体计量值一前面气化的部分计量值,就可以得出相对精确的计量值。

1.液化天然气加气机,包括低温泵、第一流量计、第一控制阀、加***,气液分离器、第二流量计和第二控制阀,其特征在于,所述低温泵的泵出口通过所述第一控制阀与所述气液分离器的气液输入口相连,所述气液分离器的液相输出口通过所述第一流量计与所述加***相连,所述气液分离器的气相输出口与所述第二流量计的输入口相连,所述第二流量计的输出口与第一流量计的输出口汇总后通过所述第二控制阀与回储罐相连。
