本发明涉及一种数码印花的牛仔服装的生产方法。
背景技术
牛仔从工装到时装经历了上百年的砺炼,牛仔服装一直深受广大消费者特别是年轻人的喜爱。但随着现代人生活意识的改变,人们对牛仔服装也提出了个性化要求,生产企业开始在传统的牛仔服装生产工艺中引人数码冷转移印花新技术。
数码冷转移印花是将花样图案通过数字形式输人到计算机,计算机印花分色扫描***进行编辑处理,再由计算机控制微压电式喷墨嘴把专用活性染液喷射到印花纸上,形成所需图案,随后,通过冷转移方法把图案转移到服装上。数码印花技术带来纺织印染业的技术革命,能最大限度地满足人们追求个性化需求。数码印花技术与传统牛仔服装生产工艺结合起来,形成一种全新的印花牛仔时装,迎合了追求时尚消费者需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在传统加工的牛仔服装上,再进行数码冷转移印花的牛仔服装的生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种数码印花的牛仔服装的生产方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)牛仔服装退浆、漂洗、烘干、喷马骝、酸洗、烘干;
(2)在纸上用K型活性染料墨水进行数码印花,用激光分割机裁割成独立图案;
(3)在牛仔服装上手工上浆,印花纸图案面贴在浆面上,图案转印到牛仔服装上;
(4)转印有图案的牛仔服装先后进行汽蒸、水洗、皂洗、水洗、柔软整理、脱水、烘干。
喷马骝时,马骝水组成:高锰酸钾20~50g/L ,磷酸20~50g/L,余量为水;用喷枪将马骝水喷在已烘干的牛仔服装表面;酸洗时,采用硫酸羟胺0.5~1g/L,浴比10:1,室温水洗10min。
在牛仔服装上手工上浆时,上浆液配方为:海藻酸钠20~50g/L,小苏打30~60g/L,尿素100~150g/L,元明粉30~50g/L,余量为水。
汽蒸时,在102℃下,汽蒸8~10min。
本发明生产方法易操作,产品新颖时尚。

实施例1:
一种浅色数码印花的轻露白牛仔服装的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)牛仔服装退浆、漂洗、烘干、喷马骝、酸洗、烘干;
(2)在纸上用K型活性染料墨水进行数码印花,用激光分割机裁割成独立图案;
(3)在牛仔服装上手工上浆,印花纸图案面贴在浆面上,图案转印到牛仔服装上;
(4)转印有图案的牛仔服装先后进行汽蒸、水洗、皂洗、水洗、柔软整理、脱水、烘干。
喷马骝时,马骝水组成:高锰酸钾20~30g/L(例20 g/L、25 g/L、30 g/L),磷酸20~30g/L(例20 g/L、25 g/L、30 g/L),余量为水;用喷枪将马骝水喷在已烘干的牛仔服装表面;酸洗时,采用硫酸羟胺0.5~0.7g/L(例0.5 g/L、0.6 g/L、0.7 g/L),浴比10:1,室温水洗10min。
在牛仔服装上手工上浆时,上浆液配方为:海藻酸钠20~50g/L(例20 g/L、35 g/L、50 g/L),小苏打30~45g/L(例30 g/L、35 g/L、45 g/L),尿素100~120g/L(例100 g/L、110 g/L、120 g/L),元明粉30~40g/L(例30 g/L、35 g/L、40 g/L),余量为水。
汽蒸时,在102℃下,汽蒸8~10min。
实施例2:
一种深色数码印花的中等以上露白牛仔服装的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)牛仔服装退浆、漂洗、烘干、喷马骝、酸洗、烘干;
(2)在纸上用K型活性染料墨水进行数码印花,用激光分割机裁割成独立图案;
(3)在牛仔服装上手工上浆,印花纸图案面贴在浆面上,图案转印到牛仔服装上;
(4)转印有图案的牛仔服装先后进行汽蒸、水洗、皂洗、水洗、柔软整理、脱水、烘干。
喷马骝时,马骝水组成:高锰酸钾35~50g/L(例30 g/L、40 g/L、50 g/L),磷酸35~50g/L(例35 g/L、40 g/L、50 g/L),余量为水;用喷枪将马骝水喷在已烘干的牛仔服装表面;酸洗时,采用硫酸羟胺0.8~1.0g/L(例0.8 g/L、0.9 g/L、1 g/L),浴比10:1,室温水洗10min。
在牛仔服装上手工上浆时,上浆液配方为:海藻酸钠20~50g/L(例20 g/L、55 g/L、50 g/L),小苏打45~60g/L(例45 g/L、55 g/L、60 g/L),尿素130~150g/L(例130 g/L、140 g/L、150 g/L),元明粉40~50g/L(例40 g/L、45 g/L、50 g/L),余量为水。
汽蒸时,在102℃下,汽蒸8~10min。
Claims (2)
1.一种数码冷转移印花的牛仔服装,其特征是:由下列生产方法制成:
(1)牛仔服装退浆、漂洗、烘干、喷马骝、酸洗、烘干;
(2)在纸上用K型活性染料墨水进行数码印花,用激光分割机裁割成独立图案;
(3)在牛仔服装上手工上浆,印花纸图案面贴在浆面上,图案通过冷转移转印到牛仔服装上;
(4)转印有图案的牛仔服装先后进行汽蒸、水洗、皂洗、水洗、柔软整理、脱水、烘干;
在牛仔服装上手工上浆时,上浆液配方为:海藻酸钠20~50g/L,小苏打30~60g/L,尿素100~150g/L,元明粉约30~50g/L,余量为水;
喷马骝时,马骝水组成:高锰酸钾20~50g/L ,磷酸20~50g/L,余量为水;用喷枪将马骝水喷在已烘干的牛仔服装表面;酸洗时,采用硫酸羟胺0.5~1g/L,浴比10:1,室温水洗10min。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种数码冷转移印花的牛仔服装,其特征是:汽蒸时,在102℃下,汽蒸8~10min。
