It should be noted that, in order not to affect the rotation of the connecting rod 1, that is, not to affect the up and down movement of the sealing rubber stopper 7, the screw thread direction of the extension rod 13 is opposite to the screw thread direction of the screw rod 6, for example, the embodiment may rotate the extension rod 13 clockwise to separate the sealing rubber ring 5 in the sealed water seal restoring device from the fixed ring 4, and rotate the extension rod 13 clockwise to make the connection between the extension rod 13 and the connecting rod 1 more and more firm, thereby avoiding that the lower end of the extension rod 13 is separated from the upper end of the connecting rod 1 while separating the sealing rubber ring 5 from the fixed ring 4; in practice, for convenience of operation, before the water seal recovery device is inserted into the drain pipe 17, the connecting rod 1 may be rotated to insert the sealing rubber plug 7 into the inner hole 401 of the fixed ring, and then the connecting rod 1 may be fixed to be screwed with the extension rod 13.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention provides a water seal recovery method of an emergency drainage device of an external floating roof oil tank, which comprises the following steps:
a. injecting water with a water injection amount larger than the design water injection amount of the emergency drainage device into the drainage pipe 17, and then standing for a preset time;
b. inserting a water seal recovery device into the drain pipe 17 until the water seal recovery device approaches the oil level in the drain pipe 17, and then injecting water into the drain pipe 17, wherein a sealing rubber plug 7 of the water seal recovery device seals and fixes the circular ring 4;
c. when the water surface in the drain pipe 17 is higher than the oil surface by a preset distance, slowly draining the water seal recovery device until reaching the bottom of the drain pipe 17;
d. rotating the connecting rod 1 to move the sealing rubber plug 7 upwards until the sealing rubber plug 7 leaves the fixed circular ring 4;
e. the water seal recovery device is slowly lifted up until it leaves the drain pipe 17, and then the water injection is stopped.
In step a, before water is injected into the drain pipe 17, the cover 14 of the emergency drain device is opened, the seal ring 16 is removed, and the float 19 in the drain pipe 17 is taken out. Further, the water injection amount of the water greater than the design water injection amount of the emergency water discharge device is injected into the water discharge pipe 17 to replace the oil in the water seal tank 18 with water, and the principle is as follows: the water injected into the drain pipe 17 enters the bottom of the water seal tank 18 because of being insoluble in oil and having a higher density than the oil, and as the amount of injected water increases, the water in the water seal tank 18 increases and presses the oil located above it into the outer floating roof tank 21, and when the inside of the water seal tank 18 is all water, the oil inside the water seal tank 18 has been completely replaced by the water, and the oil inside the drain pipe 17 is always located inside the drain pipe. If the step b is directly started without injecting water into the drain pipe 17, which is larger than the designed water injection amount of the emergency drain device, the water seal tank 18 still stores oil, because when the seal recovery device reaches the bottom of the drain pipe 17, the oil in the water seal tank 18 is fully introduced into the outer floating roof tank 21, and the oil in the drain pipe 17 is introduced into the water seal tank 18, even if the oil in the drain pipe 17 is replaced with water, the water in the water seal tank 18 enters the drain pipe 17 due to the density of the oil being smaller than that of the water, so that the oil surface of the drain pipe 17 is directly contacted with air, and the water seal effect is not achieved.
It should be noted that in actual operation, water is generally injected into the drain pipe 17 of the emergency drain device by using a water gun, which causes water entering the bottom of the water seal tank 18 to carry a small amount of oil, in order not to make the oil level in the water seal tank 18, the emergency drain device should be kept stationary for 10 minutes according to production experience, so that the oil in the water seal tank 18 floats on the upper portion of the water seal tank 18, and likewise, a very small amount of oil floats on the upper portion of the drain pipe 17, and when the seal recovery device reaches the bottom of the drain pipe 17, the oil in the upper portion of the water seal tank 18 is squeezed into the outer floating roof tank 21.
In step c, according to production experience, when the water level in the drain pipe 17 is about 50cm higher than the oil level in the drain pipe 17, the water seal recovery device is slowly released until reaching the bottom of the drain pipe 17. The slow-down water seal recovery device is used for enabling the oil in the drain pipe 17 to enter the bottom of the water seal tank 18, and then fully float to the top of the water seal tank 18 due to the fact that the density of the oil is smaller than that of water, and then enter the outer floating roof storage tank 21 along with the downward movement of the water seal recovery device, so that when the water seal recovery device reaches the bottom of the drain pipe 17, the oil in the drain pipe 17 enters the outer floating roof storage tank 21.
Because the drain pipe 17 is formed by welding tubular columns with different inner diameters, in order to ensure that the water surface in the drain pipe 17 is always about 50mm higher than the oil surface, water is continuously injected into the drain pipe 17 in the process of lowering the water seal recovery device.
In step d, the connecting rod 1 is rotated to move the sealing rubber stopper 7 upward until the sealing rubber stopper 7 is separated from the fixed ring 4, so that water on the sealing surfaces formed by the fixed ring 4, the sealing rubber ring 5 and the sealing rubber stopper 7 on the drain pipe 17 is introduced into the drain pipe 17 through the inner hole 401 of the fixed ring, and further oil in the drain pipe 17 is replaced with water. In this process, water should be continuously injected into the drain pipe 17 to ensure that the water level in the drain pipe 17 is about 50mm higher than the oil level.
After the above steps are completed, it is checked whether the liquid level in the drain pipe 17 is the oil level or the water level, and if the liquid level is the oil level and a large amount of oil exists, the steps a to e are continued until the drain pipe 17 is completely filled with water.
Therefore, the water seal recovery method of the emergency drainage device of the external floating roof oil tank provided by the embodiment of the invention not only can effectively replace the oil in the emergency drainage device into water completely, but also can recover the water seal function; and the operation is convenient, a large amount of time is saved, and the potential safety hazard caused by the operation of the storage tank is eliminated.
Any combination of the above-mentioned optional solutions may be adopted to form an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, which is not described herein in detail.

a connecting rod (1);
the support ring (2) is sleeved at the middle lower part of the connecting rod (1), and the connecting rod (1) horizontally rotates along the inner wall of the support ring (2);
a plurality of support rods (3) vertically connected with the support ring (2);
a fixed ring (4) connected with the lower end part of the supporting rod (3);
the sealing rubber ring (5) is connected with the fixed ring (4), and the outer diameter of the sealing rubber ring (5) is larger than the inner diameter of the drain pipe (17) and larger than the outer diameter of the fixed ring (4);
a screw (6) connected to the lower end of the connecting rod (1);
the sealing rubber plug (7) is connected with the lower end part of the screw rod (6), the sealing rubber plug (7) is positioned between the supporting circular ring (2) and the fixing circular ring (4), the cross section of the sealing rubber plug (7) is trapezoid, the maximum diameter of the sealing rubber plug (7) is larger than the inner diameter of the fixing circular ring (4), and the minimum diameter of the sealing rubber plug (7) is smaller than the inner diameter of the fixing circular ring (4);
a first fastening ring (8) and a second fastening ring (9) which are positioned on the upper surface and the lower surface of the sealing rubber plug (7) and are respectively in spiral connection with the lower end part of the screw rod (6);
an anti-rotation baffle (10) connected between the sealing rubber plug (7) and the supporting rod (3);
and the extension rod (13) is in threaded connection with the upper end part of the connecting rod (1), and the thread direction of the extension rod (13) is opposite to the thread direction of the screw rod (6).
2. The water seal restoration device according to claim 1, wherein the anti-rotation baffle (10) is composed of a first ring (1001), a second ring (1002) and a connection frame (1003) connected between the first ring (1001) and the second ring (1002);
the first circular ring (1001) is sleeved outside the supporting rod (3), the second circular ring (1002) is sleeved outside the screw rod (6), and the second circular ring (1002) is fixed between the first fastening ring (8) and the sealing rubber plug (7).
3. The water seal restoration device according to claim 2, wherein the upper end portion of the support rod (3) passes through the support ring (2) and is screwed with nuts respectively positioned on the upper and lower surfaces of the support ring (2).

The water seal recovery device according to claim 1, wherein a third ring (101) and a fourth ring (102) are welded at the middle lower part of the connecting rod (1), the third ring (101) is positioned on the upper surface of the supporting ring (2), the fourth ring (102) is positioned on the lower surface of the supporting ring (2), and the outer diameters of the third ring (101) and the fourth ring (102) are larger than the inner diameter of the supporting ring (2).

The water seal recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the sealing rubber ring (5) is located on the lower surface of the fixing ring (4), a first fixing ring (11) is connected to the lower surface of the sealing rubber ring (5), and bolts (12) are used for connecting the fixing ring (4), the sealing rubber ring (5) and the first fixing ring (11).
6. The water seal recovery device according to claim 5, wherein the fixed ring (4) is a flange.
7. The water seal restoration device according to claim 6, wherein the lower end portion of the supporting rod (3) is connected with the fixed ring (4) by welding.
8. The water seal recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the sealing rubber stopper (7) gradually decreases from top to bottom.
9. The water seal recovery device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a plurality of handles (1301) are welded uniformly along the circumference of the extension rod (13).
10. A water seal recovery method of an emergency drainage device of an external floating roof tank, characterized in that the method is implemented by using the water seal recovery device of claim 1, and the method comprises the following steps:
a. injecting water with a water injection amount larger than the design water injection amount of the emergency drainage device into the drainage pipe (17), and standing for a preset time;
b. inserting a water seal recovery device into the drain pipe (17) until the water seal recovery device approaches the oil level in the drain pipe (17), and then injecting water into the drain pipe (17), wherein a sealing rubber plug (7) of the water seal recovery device seals and fixes the circular ring (4);
c. slowly lowering the water seal recovery device until reaching the bottom of the drain pipe (17) when the water surface in the drain pipe (17) is higher than the oil surface by a preset distance;
d. rotating the connecting rod (1) to enable the sealing rubber plug (7) to move upwards until the sealing rubber plug (7) leaves the fixed circular ring (4);
e. and slowly lifting the water seal recovery device upwards until the water seal recovery device leaves the drain pipe (17), and then stopping water injection.
