Abstract
本发明属于保健食品领域,公开了一种补血健体蔬菜面,该蔬菜面由以下成分组成:富锰紫薯7‑9份、富铜菠菜4‑6份、富铁胡萝卜5‑7份、小麦粉80‑100份、玉米粉20‑30份、西芹5‑7份,本发明利用植物的生物转化技术,培育出富锰紫薯、富铜菠菜、富铁胡萝卜,并将其添加至面条的制作中,使面条不仅富含营养物质,还富含有机锰、铜、铁元素,食用后,能改善机体的造血功能,抑制骨髓有核细胞减少,促进骨髓的造血机能,从而具有补血造血的功能,同时还能提高免疫器官重量,提高免疫功能从而起到扶正固本的作用。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种补血健体蔬菜面。
背景技术
微量元素在生命过程中显著的作用特点之一是机体需要量小作用巨大,微量元素在体内通过与蛋白质和其他有机基团结合,形成了酶、激素、维生素等生物大分子,在机体中发挥着重要的生理、生化功能。微量元素首先构成了机体内重要的载体与电子传递***,还可作为酶的活性部位或酶的激活剂参与体内正常的生化反应,参与激素与维生素的合成,在维持机体正常的能量转换和新陈代谢等方面发挥着极其重要的作用。锰能合成多种代谢相关的酶,能调节和改善人体内的各种代谢活动,促进人体对铜离子的吸收,从而达到间接补充铜离子的目的;铜能与血液蛋白结合形成铜蛋白和铜蓝蛋白,通过促进和调节相关细胞释放铁离子的程度,进一步调控体内铁离子浓度,进而对于血红蛋白的合成有重要作用;铁具有高度的生物学活性,参与血红蛋白、肌红蛋白、细胞色素、细胞色素氧化酶、过氧化物酶及触酶等的合成,并与乙酰辅酶A、琥珀酸脱氢酶、黄嘌呤氧化酶、细胞色素还原酶的活性相关。
中国专利《一种补血面条的制作方法》(专利申请号:CN201410844567.7)、《一种补血面条及其制备方法》(专利申请号:CN201410716617.3)、《一种降糖补碘荞麦营养面条》(专利申请号:CN201611009884.2)均公开了一种添加铁元素,具有补血功效的面条,但添加无机元素难以被人体吸收,且忽略了其他微量元素与铁元素之间的配伍作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种补血健体蔬菜面,利用植物的生物转化技术,培育出富锰紫薯、富铜菠菜、富铁胡萝卜,并将其添加至面条的制作中,使面条富含有机锰、铜、铁元素,食用后,能参与调节人体新陈代谢及血红蛋白的合成,从而达到补血健体的功效。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:

优选地,所述富锰紫薯的种植包括如下操作:
(1)按常规种植方式进行下种与苗期培育,待紫薯苗成长到6片叶子后再进一步培育半周即可准备移植到阳光充足、水分充足、土壤质量较好的地方;
(2)于移植前往土壤拌入40kg/亩草木灰、2kg/亩碳酸锰,静置10天后施基肥,其中有机肥1700kg/亩,磷酸二氢钙3kg/亩,尿素9kg/亩,施基肥后过一周即可将紫薯苗移植入田中;
(3)按常规种植方式继续培育,最终收获得到的即为富锰紫薯。
优选地,所述富铜菠菜的种植包括如下操作:
(1)选取质量好的菠菜种子,使用添加有万分之一浓度的硫酸铜溶液的清水进行一次浸泡,待种植吸足水分后,静置,并于3天内早晚浸泡一次清水,3天后备用;
(2)选择优良土地深翻,并以常规肥料作为基肥和底肥,按50厘米一垄,每垄两排菠菜种入浸种结束的种子,每株相隔5厘米,并浇灌清水至土壤均浸湿;
(3)在生长过程除了以尿素作为追肥,同时也要对叶片喷灌一次万分之一浓度的硫酸铜作为铜离子补充与杀菌;
(4)按常规种植方法进行剩余种植与采摘,得到所述富铜菠菜。
优选地,所述富铁胡萝卜的种植包括如下操作:
(1)取优选的胡萝卜种子,使用20~25℃的温水浸泡,促使其复苏;
(2)种植于肥沃且疏松的土壤中,施一次稀薄的沼液水,并采用每周一次的喷灌方式浇灌;
(3)于根茎大于1厘米厚采用复合肥进行追肥,追肥每周2次,每次1700公斤/亩常规复合肥、60公斤/亩过磷酸钙、0.5公斤/亩硫酸铁、27公斤/亩硫酸钾,并且在追肥前将全部成分混匀;
(4)其余步骤按常规习惯进行种植和收获,得到所需富铁胡萝卜。
本发明还提供一种补血健体蔬菜面的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料处理:
①取收获得到的富锰紫薯,去皮并揉捏成泥备用,得到紫薯泥;
②取新鲜的富铜菠菜、西芹,洗净后切碎,加入适当水分进行磨浆,得到蔬菜汁;
③取新鲜的富铁胡萝卜,洗净后去皮磨浆,得到胡萝卜汁;
(2)将小麦粉和玉米粉送入和面机中,加入紫薯泥、蔬菜汁和胡萝卜汁进行搅拌,2小时后得到面团备用;
(3)将面团连续辊压1小时后,得到辊压后的面饼,并进一步用面条机压成条状;
(4)将压成的条状物在40~45℃下进行干燥,得到所述一种补血健体蔬菜面。
本发明所述各主要功效成分作用机理如下:
胡萝卜含丰富的维生素、矿物质等营养物质,通过富铁种植,能将无机铁转化为有机铁并富集在胡萝卜上,通过食用该胡萝卜制成的蔬菜面,能使人体很好的补充铁元素,从而增强免疫力、改善细胞供氧和血细胞质量。
菠菜富含类胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质、辅酶Q10等多种营养素,通过对菠菜的富铜种植,能有效生产出具有较高铜离子的菠菜,通过食用该富铜菠菜制成的蔬菜面,能进一步补充铜离子,维持人体抗氧化平衡,促进铁离子的吸收,调节造血功能。
紫薯营养丰富且具有特殊保健功能,通过对紫薯进行富锰种植,能收获具有足够锰离子的紫薯,通过将其进一步制备成蔬菜面,食用后能提高人体锰离子的含量,对于改善人体代谢,加强人体铜离子的吸收具有重大意义。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的蔬菜面通过添加富锰紫薯,长期食用,能为人体补充锰离子并调节体内锰离子,对改善人体代谢平衡有一定的帮助;
(2)本发明的蔬菜面中添加了富铜菠菜,能帮助人体合成抗氧化酶和各类铜蛋白,对改善人体的抗氧化和物质输送具有很大的帮助;
(3)本发明的蔬菜面中还添加了富铁胡萝卜,能帮助补充人体缺少的铁离子,加强血细胞和血蛋白的合成,改善人体循环及各种贫血或代谢毒素累积导致的中毒表现,从而具有改善缺铁性贫血的作用;
(4)本发明通过复配富锰紫薯、富铜菠菜和富铁胡萝卜,以相互协同的作用,对人体代谢与内循环产生一定的改善,最终达到补血健体的作用,其中锰元素主要改善人体代谢,同时能进一步促进铜离子的代谢与吸收,而铜离子一方面改善体内的氧化平衡,另一方面能形成各类酶,从而帮助体内物质的输送,最终体现在铁离子的吸收与利用,使血细胞和血蛋白的合成与运输得到一定的调节,进而达到整体改善人体贫血与虚弱的表现。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明一种补血健体蔬菜面的实施例1-5配方如表1所示:

上述富锰紫薯的种植包括如下操作:

对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,原料配方中没有添加富锰紫薯。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,原料配方中没有添加富铜菠菜。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于,原料配方中没有添加富铁胡萝卜。
功效验证
取小鼠100只,体重23g,雄性,分笼饲养,通用饲料喂养,自由饮水,自然光照,温度20-30℃,每天通风1次,每次2h,适应环境2天后进行实验。
将小鼠随机分成10组,每组10只,取一组由实验开始至结束喂食基础日粮作为空白对照组,一组喂食基础日粮,造模后继续喂食基础日粮作为模型组,剩余8组分别喂食由实施例1-5和对比例1-3制备的面条,饲养第5天起,每日腹腔注射环磷酰胺100mg/kg,连续4天,空白对照组注射等量生理盐水,末次进食12h后将10组小鼠鼠尾泡于60℃水浴中断尾0.1-0.2cm,采血0.5ml,取血后用棉球压迫止血,采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测外周血中白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)含量,其结果如表2所示:

由表2可知,与空白对照组相比,模型组白细胞数、红细胞数和血红蛋白含量明显降低,具有显著的差异,与模型组相比,实施例1-5组明显升高白细胞、红细胞数量及血红蛋白,差异显著,而对比例1-3组虽有升高白细胞、红细胞数和血红蛋白含量的趋势,但无统计学差异。
将所有小鼠颈椎脱位处死,剥离取出右侧股骨折断,用3%醋酸溶液10ml反复冲洗骨髓腔,取洗涤液加入血球计数板进行骨髓有核细胞计数;处死小鼠后,解剖取出脾脏、胸腺,去掉脂肪组织,使用精密电子天平称其重量,测定胸腺指数及脾脏指数,其结果如表3所示:

由表3可知,与空白对照组比较,模型组的胸腺及脾脏重量明显降低,差异显著,与模型组相比,实施例1-5组的胸腺及脾脏重量明显升高且差异显著,而对比例1-3组则无统计学意义。与空白对照组相比,模型组的骨髓有核细胞数量显著降低,与模型组相比,实施例1-5组能明显升高骨髓有核细胞数量,对比例1-3组无明显差异。
综上所述,本发明制备的补血健体蔬菜面能改善血虚模型的造血功能,抑制骨髓有核细胞减少,促进骨髓的造血机能,从而具有补血造血功能,能改善贫血症状,同时本发明制备的补血健体蔬菜面还能提高免疫器官重量,可提高免疫功能从而起到扶正固本的作用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
