Claims (4)

1. An electric leakage indication protection mechanism of an electric leakage breaker, comprising: the electric leakage lock comprises a shell (1), a handle (2), an indication button (3), an indication button spring (4), an electric leakage lock catch (5), an electric leakage lock catch spring (6), a release ejector rod (7), a jump buckle (8), a lock catch (9) and a traction rod (10);
the indication button (3) can be movably arranged in a vertical groove formed in the shell (1) up and down; the top end of the indication button spring (4) is fixedly connected with a cylinder (11) fixedly arranged on the shell (1), and the bottom end of the indication button spring (4) is fixedly connected with a barb (31) arranged on the indication button (3), so that a pulling force for upward movement is applied to the indication button (3);
the electric leakage lock catch (5) is provided with a positioning through hole (56), and the positioning through hole (56) is connected with a positioning cylinder fixedly arranged on the shell (1), so that the electric leakage lock catch (5) can do circular motion around the positioning cylinder;
one end of the electric leakage lock catch spring (6) is hung on a 1 st barb column (12) arranged on the shell (1), the other end of the electric leakage lock catch spring is connected with a 2 nd barb column (51) arranged on the electric leakage lock catch (5), and the electric leakage lock catch spring (6) applies torque which rotates clockwise around the positioning cylinder to the electric leakage lock catch (5);
the release ejector rod (7) is arranged at the left side of the electric leakage lock catch (5), and the release ejector rod (7) can move left and right; when the release ejector rod (7) does not act, the indication button (3) pressed by the external force is meshed with the electric leakage lock catch (5); when the release ejector rod (7) moves rightwards, the electric leakage lock catch (5) is pushed to rotate anticlockwise against the spring force of the electric leakage lock catch spring (6), in the rotating process, the electric leakage lock catch (5) and the indication button (3) can not be in meshed contact any more, and the indication button (3) moves upwards to pop up under the action of the spring force of the indication button spring (4);
the handle (2) is rotatably arranged on the shell (1); the jump button (8) is fixedly arranged in the shell (1), one end of the traction rod (10) is hinged with the handle (2), and the other end of the traction rod (10) is hinged with the jump button (8); the lock catch (9) is rotatably arranged in the shell (1) through a lock catch rotating shaft (92);
when the release ejector rod (7) does not act, the electric leakage lock catch (5) is not contacted with the lock catch (9), the lock catch (9) is meshed with the jump catch (8), and the shell (1), the handle (2), the traction rod (10), the jump catch (8) and the lock catch (9) form a four-bar structure; when the release ejector rod (7) moves rightwards, the electric leakage lock catch (5) is pushed to rotate anticlockwise, the electric leakage lock catch (5) further pushes the lock catch (9) to rotate anticlockwise around the lock catch rotating shaft (92), and therefore the lock catch (9) and the jump catch (8) are not meshed any more, and therefore the shell (1), the handle (2), the traction rod (10), the jump catch (8) and the lock catch (9) cannot form a four-bar structure;
wherein the indication button (3) is provided with an indication button lower stop surface (32); the electric leakage lock catch (5) is provided with an electric leakage lock catch upper stop surface (53) matched with the indication button lower stop surface (32); the lower stop surface (32) of the indication button is meshed with the upper stop surface (53) of the leakage lock catch;
wherein the shell (1) is provided with a 2 nd limiting surface (14); the indication button (3) is provided with an indication button upper stop surface (34); when the indicating button (3) pops up, after the upper stop surface (34) of the indicating button is contacted with the 2 nd limiting surface (14), the indicating button (3) does not move upwards any more.
2. A leakage indication protection method of a leakage indication protection mechanism of a leakage breaker according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step 1, when an indication button (3) is pressed down under the action of an external force, the indication button (3) is meshed with an electric leakage lock catch (5) under the action of an electric leakage lock catch spring (6), meanwhile, the electric leakage lock catch (5) rotates under the action of the spring force of the electric leakage lock catch spring (6) until a left tripping surface (52) of the electric leakage lock catch is contacted with a 1 st limiting surface (13) arranged on a shell (1), at the moment, a right tripping surface (54) of the electric leakage lock catch (5) is not contacted with a tripping arc surface (91) of a lock catch (9), at the moment, the electric leakage tripping mechanism is in an unlocking state, the lock catch (9) is meshed with a jump buckle (8), the shell (1), a handle (2), a traction rod (10), the jump buckle (8) and the lock catch (9) form a four-link structure, and the handle (2) is operated to enable the electric leakage circuit breaker to be closed through the four-link structure;
step 2, when electric leakage occurs, the release ejector rod (7) moves rightwards and pushes the left release surface (52) of the electric leakage lock catch (5), the electric leakage lock catch (5) overcomes the spring force of the electric leakage lock catch spring (6) to rotate anticlockwise, in the rotating process, the electric leakage lock catch (5) and the indication button (3) can not be in meshed contact any more, at the moment, the small arc surface (55) of the electric leakage lock catch (5) is in contact with the 3 rd limit surface (33) of the indication button (3), and the indication button (3) moves upwards to pop up under the spring force of the indication button spring (4), so as to achieve the electric leakage fault indication effect;
meanwhile, when the electric leakage lock catch (5) rotates anticlockwise, the lock catch (9) is pushed to rotate anticlockwise around the rotating shaft, so that the lock catch (9) and the jump buckle (8) are not meshed any more, and the shell (1), the handle (2), the traction rod (10), the jump buckle (8) and the lock catch (9) cannot form a four-bar structure, at the moment, the electric leakage release mechanism is in a self-locking state, and the handle (2) is operated, so that the electric leakage circuit breaker cannot be closed.
