Abstract

本发明公开一种具有平衡调整装置的碳纤维叶片,碳纤维叶片的根部与下部的轮毂通过螺栓固定;所述螺栓设置在碳纤维叶片根部的通孔内,所述通孔上部设置阶梯槽,所述碳纤维叶片的根部与轮毂接触的面设置配重槽,所述配重槽内设置配重片。本发明的优点是:由于采用了在碳纤维叶片的内部,且具有径向调整的机构,可保证配重块的旋转半径较大;不破坏碳纤维叶片的表面形状,保证了叶片的强度不受到影响。

一种具有平衡调整装置的碳纤维叶片
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,具体说是一种碳纤维叶片。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,很多大型机械设备上的叶片的材料由铝改为碳纤维,这是因为碳纤维具有强度高、韧性好的特点。但碳纤维也有一定的弊端,如碳纤维的叶片不能打孔,否则,非常容易从打孔处发生连锁破坏,破坏了碳纤维内部的结构,造成碳纤维叶片的损坏。但由于需要在碳纤维叶片使用过程中保持动平衡,而在轮毂处增加配重块,配重块的旋转半径较小,起不到很好的调节作用,因此,如何设置碳纤维叶片的配重结构是本发明所面临的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可调节半径较大的配重结构,并且不破坏碳纤维叶片的表面形状,具体技术方案如下:
一种具有平衡调整装置的碳纤维叶片,碳纤维叶片的根部与下部的轮毂通过螺栓固定;所述螺栓设置在碳纤维叶片根部的通孔内,所述通孔上部设置阶梯槽,所述碳纤维叶片的根部与轮毂接触的面设置配重槽,所述配重槽内设置配重片。
所述阶梯槽处的螺栓上穿套配重环。
所述配重槽为圆柱形,槽体的侧面设置螺纹,配重片设置在配重槽内,外部由旋紧在螺纹上的配重盖压紧。
所述配重环为弹簧垫片。
为了可以任意调节配重片的深度(即旋转半径),采用两个配重盖旋接在配重槽内,两个配重盖间设置配重片。
本发明的优点是:由于采用了在碳纤维叶片的内部,且具有径向调整的机构,可保证配重块的旋转半径较大;不破坏碳纤维叶片的表面形状,保证了叶片的强度不受到影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图1、图2所示,碳纤维叶片1的根部与下部的轮毂6通过螺栓5固定;所述螺栓5设置在碳纤维叶片根部的通孔2内,所述通孔2上部设置阶梯槽3,所述碳纤维叶片的根部与轮毂接触的面设置配重槽7,所述配重槽7内设置配重片8。
另外一种配重模式是:所述阶梯槽处的螺栓5上穿套配重环4。为防止螺栓松动,所述配重环为弹簧垫片。这样,就将防止松动与调整配重形成了统一。
此外,另外一种配重形式是:如图3所示,为保证配重片的旋转半径较大,尽可能地将配重片设置在远离旋转中心的叶片内部,由此,所述配重槽为圆柱形,槽体的侧面设置螺纹,配重片设置在配重槽内,外部由旋紧在螺纹上的配重盖9压紧。该结构还可以采用两个配重盖旋接在配重槽内,两个配重盖9间设置配重片,这样,就可以任意调节配重片的深度(即旋转半径)。

1.一种具有平衡调整装置的碳纤维叶片,其特征在于:碳纤维叶片的根部与下部的轮毂通过螺栓固定;所述螺栓设置在碳纤维叶片根部的通孔内,所述通孔上部设置阶梯槽,所述碳纤维叶片的根部与轮毂接触的面设置配重槽,所述配重槽内设置配重片;所述配重槽为圆柱形,槽体的侧面设置螺纹,配重片设置在配重槽内,外部由旋紧在螺纹上的配重盖压紧;采用两个配重盖旋接在配重槽内,两个配重盖间设置配重片;配重槽不破坏碳纤维叶片的表面形状,保证了叶片的强度不受到影响;所述阶梯槽处的螺栓上穿套配重环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有平衡调整装置的碳纤维叶片,其特征在于:所述配重环为弹簧垫片。
