Abstract

本发明公开了一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)以丙纶短纤和涤纶短纤为原料进行开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀纤网;(2)对均匀纤网采用针刺固结,其中一面进行针刺起绒;(3)针刺加固起绒后通过上胶装置,对均匀纤网未起绒的一面涂覆胶液,胶液由羧基丁苯胶、碳酸钙、增稠剂和水组成,均匀纤网在上胶装置中的行走速度为3.5~4m/min;(4)将涂覆胶液的均匀纤网进行烘干。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:以废旧化学短纤为原料,通过针刺背胶等工艺,克服了耐冲洗性能差、克重小的技术难题,制备了一款具有较高出金量的河沙用淘金毡,促进了废旧纺织品的回收利用。

Description

一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毡的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前河沙淘金用针刺毯的制造工艺是以聚酯类化纤短纤为原料,通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网工序形成均匀纤网,再采用针刺固结、正面起绒形成坯布,再经过背面上胶,烘干定型成成品地毯。但普遍存在克重小,耐冲洗性能差,出金量低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够克服耐冲洗性能差、克重小的技术难题。
本发明提供了一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以丙纶短纤和涤纶短纤为原料进行开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀纤网;
(2)对均匀纤网采用针刺固结,其中一面进行针刺起绒;
(3)针刺加固起绒后通过上胶装置,对均匀纤网未起绒的一面涂覆胶液,胶液由羧基丁苯胶、碳酸钙、增稠剂和水组成,均匀纤网在上胶装置中的行走速度为3.5~4m/min;
(4)将涂覆胶液的均匀纤网进行烘干。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述的丙纶短纤的质量分数为90%~96%,所述的涤纶短纤的质量分数为4%~10%。
优选的是,步骤(3)中所述上胶装置包括依次连接的导辊、轧液辊、浸渍辊、刮刀装置、传动辊以及输出辊。
优选的是,步骤(3)中所述胶液中的羧基丁苯橡胶的质量百分数为9%~16%、碳酸钙的质量百分数分别为65%~76.5%、增稠剂质量百分数为2%~2.5%,余量为水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:以废旧化学短纤为原料,通过针刺背胶等工艺,克服了耐冲洗性能差、克重小的技术难题,制备了一款具有较高出金量的河沙用淘金毡,促进了废旧纺织品的回收利用。

具体实施方式
下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能解释为对本发明的限制。
本发明的实施例:一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以丙纶短纤和涤纶短纤为原料进行开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀纤网;
(2)对均匀纤网采用针刺固结,其中一面进行针刺起绒;
(3)针刺加固起绒后通过上胶装置,对均匀纤网未起绒的一面涂覆胶液,胶液由羧基丁苯胶、碳酸钙、增稠剂和水组成,均匀纤网在上胶装置中的行走速度为3.5~4m/min;
(4)将涂覆胶液的均匀纤网进行烘干。
步骤(1)中所述的丙纶短纤的质量分数为90%~96%,所述的涤纶短纤的质量分数为4%~10%。
如图1所示,步骤(3)中所述上胶装置包括依次连接的导辊1、轧液辊2、浸渍辊3、刮刀装置4、传动辊5以及输出辊6。轧液辊2与浸渍辊3在输送坯布的过程中以相反方向转动,对浸渍过胶液的淘金毯坯布进行挤压,从而将淘金毯坯布中多余的胶液挤出,节约原料。
步骤(3)中所述胶液中的羧基丁苯橡胶的质量百分数为9%~16%、碳酸钙的质量百分数分别为65%~76.5%、增稠剂质量百分数为2%~2.5%,余量为水。羧基丁苯胶是用于纸板涂布行业所需的全系列胶乳,具有较高的的结膜强度和粘结力,抗水可印刷性与耐磨性强,稳定性、流动性俱佳,填充量大,成模性好,机械、化学与冻融稳定性优异,与颜料、填料相容性好,贮存稳定性均佳。增稠剂是一种流变助剂,不仅可以使涂料增稠,防止上胶过程中出现流挂现象,而且能赋予料液优异的机械性能和贮存稳定性。碳酸钙用于橡胶的填充料。

Claims (4)

1.一种废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)以丙纶短纤和涤纶短纤为原料进行开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀纤网;
(2)对均匀纤网采用针刺固结,其中一面进行针刺起绒;
(3)针刺加固起绒后通过上胶装置,对均匀纤网未起绒的一面涂覆胶液,胶液由羧基丁苯胶、碳酸钙、增稠剂和水组成,均匀纤网在上胶装置中的行走速度为3.5~4m/min;
(4)将涂覆胶液的均匀纤网进行烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的丙纶短纤的质量分数为90%~96%,所述的涤纶短纤的质量分数为4%~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述上胶装置包括依次连接的导辊、轧液辊、浸渍辊、刮刀装置、传动辊以及输出辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废旧纺织品再生淘金毯的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述胶液中的羧基丁苯橡胶的质量百分数为9%~16%、碳酸钙的质量百分数分别为65%~76.5%、增稠剂质量百分数为2%~2.5%,余量为水。
