Abstract

本发明公开一种醚基功能性离子液体及其制备方法。所述的醚基功能性离子液体具有如(Ⅰ)所示的结构式。本发明的醚基功能离子液体制备方法简单,纯度高,成本低,可有效吸收酸性气体,拓展了离子液体的种类和加大了离子液体可调性及实用性。

一种醚基功能性离子液体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及离子液体领域,具体的涉及一种醚基功能性离子液体及其制备方法。
背景技术
作为新型绿色介质的离子液体,因为有着特殊的物理性质和化学性质以及良好的设计性,引起了广泛的关注和众多学者的研究。离子液体是指在室温下呈液态的有机盐,这种液态盐由有机阳离子和有机阴离子或者无机阴离子构成。这种呈液态的熔融盐却又不同于其他离子化合物。离子液体有着较低的蒸汽压、难挥发、沸点低、极性强、溶解性强和较宽的化学电位。
随着人类生产生活的发展,全球气候变暖,温室气体的排放加剧,酸雨破坏力度的加大,引起了广泛的关注。同时如何有效的处理酸性气体,成为首要的任务。通常处理酸性气体有着物理吸收分离法、化学吸收分离法、吸附分离法、膜分离法等等。离子液体具有极大的可调性和可做性,这样就大大增加了离子液体的种类和用途。而现阶段的离子液体的研究还不是完善,对于新型的离子液体也在不断的出现。因此如何拓展离子液体的种类和用途是本领域不断研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作简单,成本低,纯度高,稳定性强的含有醚基的功能型的离子液体。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种醚基功能性离子液体,具有如(Ⅰ)所示的结构式:
一种醚基功能性离子液体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将N‐甲基咪唑和2‐氯乙基醚类化合物,在氮气的保护下,78‐82℃反应45‐50h,所得反应物放置冰箱中冷冻10‐15h,分液去除上层液体,加入适量有机溶剂洗涤,再旋转蒸发除去有机溶剂,得到醚基功能性氯盐离子液体;
2)将醚基功能性氯盐离子液体加入到阴离子交换树脂中反应2‐4h,得到氢氧型醚基功能性离子液体;
3)将氢氧型醚基功能性离子液体和适量的氨基酸混合,室温下反应70‐75h,旋转蒸发,干燥,得醚基功能性离子液体。
优选的,N-甲基咪唑和2-氯乙基醚类化合物的摩尔比为1:1.1。
优选的,所述的2-氯乙基醚类化合物为2-氯乙基甲基醚。
优选的,所述的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和乙腈按体积比1:(1-2)的混合液。
优选的,所述的阴离子交换树脂为717型阴离子交换树脂。
优选的,氢氧型醚基功能性离子液体和氨基酸的摩尔比为1:1.05。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明合成的氨基酸类醚基功能性离子液体,拓展了离子液体的种类,提高了产品的纯度。

具体的实施方式
下面通过具体的实例来进一步说明本发明。本发明不限于实施例,在不脱离所述的范围下,可以有微小的变动。
实施例1一种醚基功能性离子液体
制备方法如下:
1)将1mol N‐甲基咪唑加入到三口烧瓶中,冰盐浴的条件下,缓慢加入1.1mol 2‐氯乙基甲基醚,转移至油浴锅,通入氮气,升温至80℃,搅拌48h。反应物放置冰箱中,0℃以下冷冻10‐15h,分液去除上层液体,固体物用8ml的乙酸乙酯和乙腈的混合液(v:v=1:1)洗涤三次,过滤,旋蒸蒸发去除有机溶剂,所得产物于65℃下,干燥8‐10h,重复洗涤、旋转蒸发,干燥步骤三次,最后于真空干燥箱中干燥8‐10小时,得1‐(2‐甲氧基乙基)‐3‐甲基咪唑氯盐离子液体。
2)取717型阴离子交换树脂,经过活化再生,处理得到氢氧型阴离子交换树脂,将氢氧型阴离子交换树脂装柱,水洗至中性,放干。将1‐(2‐甲氧基乙基)‐3‐甲基咪唑氯盐离子液体加入到氢氧型阴离子交换树脂中,反应2‐4h,得到氢氧型1‐(2‐甲氧基乙基)‐3‐甲基咪唑离子液体,并迅速标定。
3)将1mol氢氧型1‐(2‐甲氧基乙基)‐3‐甲基咪唑离子液体和1.05mol苏氨酸混合,室温下反应72h,旋转蒸发,干燥,得1‐(2‐甲氧基乙基)‐3‐甲基咪唑苏氨酸盐离子液体,结构式如下,产率为85.6%,纯度为98%。产物的核磁氢谱如图1。

1.一种醚基功能性离子液体,其特征在于,具有如(Ⅰ)所示的结构式:
2.权利要求1所述的一种醚基功能性离子液体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将N‐甲基咪唑和2‐氯乙基醚类化合物,在氮气的保护下,78‐82℃反应45‐50h,所得反应物放置冰箱中冷冻10‐15h,分液去除上层液体,加入适量有机溶剂洗涤,再旋转蒸发除去有机溶剂,得到醚基功能性氯盐离子液体;
2)将醚基功能性氯盐离子液体加入到阴离子交换树脂中反应2‐4h,得到氢氧型醚基功能性离子液体;
3)将氢氧型醚基功能性离子液体和适量的氨基酸混合,室温下反应70‐75h,旋转蒸发,干燥,得醚基功能性离子液体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1),N-甲基咪唑和2-氯乙基醚类化合物的摩尔比为1:1.1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1),所述的2-氯乙基醚类化合物为2-氯乙基甲基醚。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1),所述的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和乙腈按体积比1:(1-2)的混合液。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2),所述的阴离子交换树脂为717型阴离子交换树脂。
7.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3),氢氧型醚基功能性离子液体和氨基酸的摩尔比为1:1.05。
