Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this embodiment is: the six push rod motors 14 can be driven to move in the horizontal direction through the moving device, so that the material conveying device 15 is driven to move in the horizontal direction; the material conveying device 15 can be driven to vertically move through the push rod motor 14, so that the material conveying device 15 is conveniently driven to enter the acid liquor pool 16, the water washing pool 17 and the drying pool 18 for acid washing, cleaning and drying; the six push rod motors, the box door 152, the fixing block 153, the rotating groove 154, the rotating column 155, the feeding pipe 156, the fixing seat 157, the ball head placing groove 158, the ball head 159 and the groove 1510 are matched to drive the transportation box 151 to incline and drive the box door 152 to open, so that waste plastics in the transportation box 151 are poured into the feeding hopper 19; the waste plastics can be processed by the crusher 20, the double-screw extruder 21 and the granulator; the liquid splashed from the acid liquid pool 16 and the water washing pool 17 can be collected through the matching of the water collecting device, the protective plate, the water guide pipe and the water collecting hole. The embodiment can concentrate and recover waste plastic for processing, has simple processing technology, low processing cost and high automation degree, saves a large amount of labor cost, improves the quality of regenerated plastic particles, and has simple structure and convenient use.
The processing device, the processing technology and the conventional processing technology of the embodiment are tested, and the test result shows that the quality improvement percentage of the recycled plastic particles of the processing device and the processing technology of the embodiment compared with the conventional processing technology is 5.3-5.9%, and the processing cost reduction percentage of the processing device and the processing technology of the embodiment compared with the conventional processing technology is 9.3-10.2%.
