When the movable valve plate 22 closes the exhaust port 11, the water vapor in the inner container 1 is sealed in the inner container 1 to be fully contacted with food, so that the baking taste of the food is improved, when the movable valve plate 22 is separated from the exhaust port 11 (arrow direction in fig. 4), the exhaust port 11 is opened, and the water vapor in the inner container 1 is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port 11.
The connecting rod 23 is a bent rod, and has a plurality of corners, and specifically, the connecting rod 23 includes a first straight rod segment 231 connected to the movable valve plate 22, a second straight rod segment 232 vertically connected to the first straight rod segment 231, the second straight rod segment 232 is rotatably connected to the fixed support 21 and can rotate around its own axis, a third straight rod segment 233 vertically connected to the second straight rod segment 232, and a fourth straight rod segment 234 connected to the third straight rod segment 233 and parallel to the second straight rod segment 232. The fixed supporting piece 21 is a sheet metal part and is fixedly connected with the liner 1, preferably by a screw; a pair of protruding supporting ribs 211 are formed on the sheet metal part by punching, a mounting hole is respectively formed on the two supporting ribs 211, and the connecting rod 23 penetrates through the two mounting holes and can rotate in the mounting holes.
Preferably, one side of the mounting hole near one side of the movable valve plate 22 is an open opening, the connecting rod 23 can be clamped into the mounting hole from one side, the other mounting hole is a circular hole, the connecting rod 23 is inserted into the mounting hole of the circular hole in a penetrating mode, in another embodiment, one sides of the two mounting holes are open openings, the open openings of the two mounting holes are arranged on one sides of different orientations, the direction of the open opening of the mounting hole near one side of the pull rod motor 24 is perpendicular to the direction of the acting force of the pull rod motor 24, so that the pull rod motor 24 can be prevented from pushing the connecting rod 23 out of the mounting hole, a limiting spring is further arranged between the connecting rod 23 and the fixed support 21, one end of the limiting spring is connected with the connecting rod 23, the other end of the limiting spring is connected with the fixed support 21, and the limiting spring is used for pulling the connecting rod 23 towards the fixed support 21 to prevent the connecting rod 23 from being separated from the mounting hole.
