Because the four corners are seriously extruded after the glass is subjected to hot bending, the strength is low, and cracking is easily caused in the use process, the flat glass with the four cut corners is subjected to hot bending, only two sides of the flat glass are subjected to hot bending, and the glass at two ends of the flat glass continuously keeps flat. Resulting in a plate 100 and sidewalls 210. The hot bending method avoids the situation that four corners are extruded when the plate glass is hot bent. The end wall 220 is made of transparent polymer material, so that the casing 10 has a complete open box-shaped structure. The end wall 220 is made of a transparent polymer material, and can be made of polycarbonate (PC plastic), acrylic or epoxy resin, so that the transparency of the end wall 220 is similar to that of the glass shell, the obvious layering phenomenon can be avoided, the strength of the shell 10 is increased, and the shell 10 is not easy to break.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, before the glass is hot-bent, the glass at four corners is cut, and both sides of the flat glass are hot-bent along a hot-bending line, so as to obtain the flat plate 100 and the side walls 210. The sidewall 210 is perpendicular or obtuse to the plate 100 and has a smooth transition. In the length direction of the housing, the length of the sidewall 210 is smaller than that of the flat plate 100, and both ends of the sidewall 210 are located between both ends of the flat plate 100. The end surface of the flat plate is the first end surface 101, the end surface of the sidewall 210 is the second end surface 211, and the first end surface 101 is a U-shaped surface and protrudes from the second end surface 211.
As shown in fig. 4, 8 and 12, end walls 220 are located at both ends of plate 100, and the end faces of end walls 220 include a third end face 221 and a fourth end face 222 (shown in fig. 13). The third end surface 221 is the same shape and size as the second end surface 211 of the sidewall 210; the fourth end surface 222 is a U-shaped surface, and has the same shape and size as the first end surface 101 of the flat plate 100. In the state where the end wall 220 is coupled to the flat plate 100 and the side wall 210, the third end surface 221 is attached to the second end surface 211 of the side wall 210, and the fourth end surface 222 is attached to the first end surface 101 of the flat plate 100.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, a connection part 230 is further included, and the connection part 230 is disposed on an inner surface of at least one of the flat plate 100 and the side wall 210 and connected to the end wall 220. The connecting portion 230 is integrally formed with the end wall 220 and the end wall 220. As shown in fig. 5 and 9, the connecting portion 230 is a strip connected between the two side walls 210 and the two end walls 220, four strips are shown on the inner surface of the flat plate 100 end to end, two strips are shown on the side walls 210 symmetrically, and the cross section of the connecting portion 230 is L-shaped (shown in fig. 2). In other embodiments, the connection part 230 has a U-shaped cross section and is attached to the inner surfaces of the flat plate 100 and the bent edge 200, and the connection part 230 is attached to all the inner surfaces of the housing 10. In one embodiment, the inner surface of the casing 10 is provided with a decorative layer, which can improve the aesthetic appearance and texture of the casing 10.
