Abstract

本发明公开了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,包括以下制备步骤:步骤一、将VAE乳液加入到500ml的烧杯中,水浴加热,然后,边搅拌边向所述VAE乳液中滴加浓度为0.3‑0.5g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后,匀速搅拌15‑20分钟;步骤二、停止加热,冷却至室温,向烧杯中加入TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛和液态聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡,超声10‑15分钟后,制得改性乳液初液;步骤三、将步骤二中制得的所述改性乳液初液与硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水混合均匀后,制得目标粘黏剂。本发明针对现有VAE乳液存在耐水性差、柔韧性不高、粘黏性不强的技术问题进行改进,使得交联后的聚合物具有较高的耐水性、柔韧性和粘黏性。

Description

一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及粘黏剂制备领域,尤其涉及一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法。
背景技术
VAE乳液,是醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液的简称,是以醋酸乙烯和乙烯单体为基本原料,加入乳化剂和引发剂通过高压乳液聚合方法共聚而成的高分子乳液。VAE乳液主要用于胶粘剂、涂料、水泥改性剂和纸加工,具有许多优良的性能。VAE乳液具有永久的柔韧性,它可以看作是聚醋酸乙烯乳液的内增塑产品,由于它在聚醋酸乙烯分子中引入了乙烯分子链,使乙酰基产生不连续性,增加了高分子链的旋转自由度,空间阻碍小,高分子主链变得柔软,并且不会发生增塑剂迁移,保证了产品永久性柔软。VAE乳液具有较好的耐酸碱性,VAE乳液在弱酸和弱碱存在条件下均能够保持稳定性能,因此它不论与弱酸或弱碱混合都不会发生破乳现象,产品应用范围较广。VAE乳液能够耐紫外线老化,由于VAE乳液是采用乙烯作为共聚物的内增塑剂,使VAE聚合物具有内增塑性,增塑剂不会发生迁移,从而避免了聚合物性能老化。因此,不仅是VAE乳液对紫外线有很好的稳定性,就是VAE乳液成膜后同样也可保持这一特点。VAE乳液具有良好的成膜性,乳液性粘合剂只能在某一温度形成透明的薄膜,这个温度叫最低成膜温度。VAE最低成膜温度一般低于5℃,因此能够很好成膜,皮膜对水滴有较好的阻隔性。VAE乳液具有良好的粘接性,它对纤维、木材、纸张、塑料薄膜、铝箔、水泥、陶瓷等制品有很好的粘合作用。但是其本身也存在缺陷,比如其耐水性能、耐溶剂性和耐酸性均不理想。
由于VAE乳液的分子呈线性结构,故相应胶粘剂的耐水性较差。通常需要采用交联法对其进行改性处理,当改性体系在成膜过程中大分子之间由线性结构转变为交联度适宜的立体交联网状结构时,其耐水性及其它诸多性能才能得到明显改善。
本发明针对现有VAE乳液在胶黏剂方面存在的缺陷,通过将其与其它助剂进行交联改性,使得交联后的聚合物具有较高的耐水性、柔韧性和粘黏性,可广泛应用于建筑行业、服装行业及其它工业领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,以解决现有的VAE乳液往往存在耐水性差、柔韧性不高、粘黏性不强的技术问题;
为解决以上技术问题,本发明公开了以下技术方案;
本发明公开了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、将VAE乳液加入到500ml的烧杯中,水浴加热,然后,边搅拌边向VAE乳液中滴加浓度为0.3-0.5g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后,匀速搅拌15-20分钟;
步骤二、停止加热,冷却至室温,向烧杯中加入TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛和液态聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡,超声10-15分钟后,制得改性乳液初液;
步骤三、将步骤二中制得的改性乳液初液与硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水混合均匀后,制得目标粘黏剂;
其中,VAE乳液、氢氧化钠溶液、TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛、液态聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水的用量为:
进一步的,TDI甲苯溶液中溶质的质量分数为28-35%。
进一步的,步骤三中还加入10-15ml的防冻剂,防冻剂为乙二醇。
进一步的,步骤一中,水浴加热的温度控制在60-65℃。
本发明公开了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,通过将VAE乳液与其它助剂进行交联改性,使得交联后的聚合物具有较高的耐水性、柔韧性和粘黏性,可广泛应用于建筑行业、服装行业及其它工业领域。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
实施例1公开了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、将VAE乳液加入到500ml的烧杯中,60℃水浴加热,然后,边搅拌边向VAE乳液中滴加浓度为0.3g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后,匀速搅拌15分钟;
步骤二、停止加热,冷却至室温,向烧杯中加入TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛和液态聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡,超声10分钟后,制得改性乳液初液;
步骤三、将步骤二中制得的改性乳液初液与硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水混合均匀后,制得目标粘黏剂;
其中,VAE乳液、氢氧化钠溶液、TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛、液态聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水的用量为:

实施例2
实施例2公开了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、将VAE乳液加入到500ml的烧杯中,65℃水浴加热,然后,边搅拌边向VAE乳液中滴加浓度为0.5g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后,匀速搅拌20分钟;
步骤二、停止加热,冷却至室温,向烧杯中加入TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛和液态聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡,超声15分钟后,制得改性乳液初液;
步骤三、将步骤二中制得的改性乳液初液与硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水混合均匀后,制得目标粘黏剂;

实施例3
实施例3公开了一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、将VAE乳液加入到500ml的烧杯中,66℃水浴加热,然后,边搅拌边向所述VAE乳液中滴加浓度为0.4g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后,匀速搅拌15分钟;
步骤二、停止加热,冷却至室温,向烧杯中加入TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛和液态聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡,超声15分钟后,制得改性乳液初液;
步骤三、将步骤二中制得的改性乳液初液与硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水混合均匀后,制得目标粘黏剂;

对实施例1-3中通过交联法改性VAE得到的粘黏剂进行实验测试,得到以下数据:

通过对表一的测试数据可以看出,采用交联法改性VAE得到的粘黏剂,在耐水性、拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、粘度以及粘黏速度方面具有较大的提高。由于实施例3中未加入防冻剂乙二醇,使得其耐水性、粘度、凝结速度相比另外两个实施例中的粘黏剂也有不小的波动,但是任然优于为改性的VAE乳液。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出的各种变化,变化后的内容任属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、将VAE乳液加入到500ml的烧杯中,水浴加热,然后,边搅拌边向所述VAE乳液中滴加浓度为0.3-0.5g/ml的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后,匀速搅拌15-20分钟;
步骤二、停止加热,冷却至室温,向烧杯中加入TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛和液态聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡,超声10-15分钟后,制得改性乳液初液;
步骤三、将步骤二中制得的所述改性乳液初液与硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水混合均匀后,制得目标粘黏剂;
其中,所述VAE乳液、氢氧化钠溶液、TDI甲苯溶液、液态乙二醛、液态聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、硅酸盐水泥、硅砂和去离子水的用量为:
2.如权利要求1所述的交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,其特征在于,所述TDI甲苯溶液中溶质的质量分数为28-35%。
3.如权利要求1所述的交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中还加入10-15ml的防冻剂,所述防冻剂为乙二醇。
4.如权利要求1所述的交联法改性VAE乳液制备粘黏剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,水浴加热的温度控制在60-65℃。
