4. A method of processing and assembling the embedded roman column of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, milling a die pressing plate: milling a cylinder groove on the upper surface of the die pressing plate through a numerical control machining center, so that the cylinder groove is consistent with the appearance of the decorative head piece and the appearance of the clamping plate;
s2, forming a decorative head piece: the metal alloy material is formed by die casting, cooling, sharp cutting, tapping, polishing and electroplating in sequence, and mounting holes with internal threads are tapped on the upper side and the lower side of the central line of the decorative head piece;
s3, clamping plate forming: adopting metal alloy materials to be formed by casting, extruding and anodic oxidation in sequence, and spraying powder and fluorocarbon on the outer side surface of the clamping plate in sequence;
s4, forming and assembling the seal: fully mixing polyvinyl chloride powder with a formulation, sequentially forming by a granulator and an injection mold, printing and drying the formed seal, and inserting the seal into a concave groove of a clamping plate;
s5, integrally assembling:
1) Pressing a clamping plate with a seal inserted therein into the middle of a cylinder groove;
2) The decorative head piece is clamped into the upper part of the cylinder groove, the upper end of the seal is clamped in a pressing groove formed in the inner side surface of the decorative head piece, and the decorative head piece is fixedly arranged in the cylinder groove of the die pressing plate by using a connecting piece;
3) The pressing strip fixedly arranged on one surface of the bottom plate presses the seal strip, the surface of the bottom plate provided with the pressing strip is attached to the bottom end surface of the die pressing plate, and the bottom plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the die pressing plate by the connecting piece.
