The working process of the application comprises the following steps:
1) Pushing the baffle plate 64 to block the through holes of the barrel body 65, pouring the water surface mixture into the barrel body 65, stirring and forming dough by the dough mixing mechanism 4, lifting the dough mixing mechanism 4 after the completion, placing the dough pressing mechanism 5, and pulling the baffle plate 64 to expose the through holes of the barrel body 65.
2) The second motor 23 of the lifting and rotating mechanism 2 rotates 180 degrees clockwise to rotate the flour scattering mechanism 3 to the position above the workbench mechanism 9, the openings on the flour cage 331 of the flour scattering mechanism 3 are sequentially aligned with a group of six circular holes on the workbench 92, and the flour scattering mechanism 3 descends to the position, 5 mm away from the workbench, of the flour cage cover 332 under the driving of the second motor 23, and starts the flour scattering process.
3) After the round groove of one dumpling plate 91 finishes flour receiving, the working bench 92 is driven by the motor six 93 to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, and the round groove of the next dumpling plate 91 is replaced with flour receiving, and the working bench reciprocates in sequence.
4) When a group of dumpling wrapper plates 91 containing flour rotates to the position right below the mouth of the guide surface device 61, the dough pressing mechanism 5 quantitatively extrudes dough, a first cutter 72 of a dough cutting mechanism 7 arranged at the mouth of the guide surface device 61 moves forwards under the drive of a motor five 79 to cut dough columns, the cut dough cakes fall into round grooves of the dumpling wrapper plates 91, after the completion, a working bench 92 continuously rotates clockwise for 90 degrees under the drive of a motor six 93, the next group of dumpling wrapper plates 91 round grooves are replaced for dough cake connection, and the dough column is sequentially reciprocated; a set of dumpling wrappers 91 on which the tortilla is placed is prepared for a second time of sprinkling flour.
5) When one group of dumpling wrapper plates 91 for placing the flour cakes finishes sprinkling flour for the second time, the motor II 23 of the lifting and rotating mechanism 2 rapidly rotates clockwise for 180 degrees, the dumpling wrapper forming mechanism 1 is rotated to be right above the group of dumpling wrapper plates 91 for placing the flour cakes, the cross flour pressing wheel 13 rotates under the drive of the motor II, meanwhile, the dumpling wrapper forming mechanism 1 continues to downwards under the drive of the motor II 23 to spin the flour cakes into the dumpling wrapper with the thickness of 2 millimeters, after the completion, the dumpling wrapper forming mechanism 1 is lifted to the position of 5 millimeters from the bottom surface of the cross flour pressing wheel 13 to the working bench 92 under the drive of the motor II 23, the motor of the lifting and rotating mechanism 2 rapidly rotates clockwise for 180 degrees, the flour sprinkling mechanism 3 is positioned right above 5 millimeters from the working bench 92 again, the working bench 92 continues to rotate clockwise for 90 degrees under the drive of the motor II, and the next group of dumpling wrapper plates 91 for placing the flour cakes are spun into the dumpling wrapper by flour and the flour cakes in a reciprocating mode.
6) The dumpling wrapper tray 91 for containing the dumpling wrapper is pulled out of the square groove of the workbench frame 92 and poured into a box for containing the dumpling wrapper, and then the dumpling wrapper tray 91 is inserted into the square groove of the workbench frame 92, so that the dumpling wrapper making process is completed.
The above procedures are repeated, and qualified dumpling wrappers are rapidly and massively produced.
The dumpling wrapper making machine that this application relates to has the advantage:
1. the dumpling wrapper making speed is high, and the qualification rate is high. The one-step forming of the dumpling wrappers is several times that of the conventional dumpling wrapper making machine, the whole dumpling wrapper making process is performed manually, and the produced dumpling wrappers are equal in size, uniform in thickness and better in taste.
2. The degree of automation is higher. Compared with the existing dumpling wrapper making machine, the automatic dough kneading machine has the advantages that the lifting mechanism is additionally arranged, the dough kneading mechanism, the dough kneading barrel device, the dough pressing mechanism, the flour scattering mechanism, the control device and the optimized cutter mechanism are arranged, the dumpling wrapper forming mechanism and the workbench mechanism replace manual dough kneading, dough cutting, flour scattering, dough pressing and dough rolling operations, so that the dumpling wrapper making operation is more convenient and accurate, labor cost is saved, and time and labor are saved.
3. The utilization rate of raw materials is high. Compared with the existing dumpling wrapper making machine, the method has the advantages that residual wrapper cannot be generated in the dumpling wrapper making process, flour and good dough are quantitatively fed through control of the control device on motors of all mechanisms, a dough column is cut on time, and the accurate and rapid spinning dough cake is the dumpling wrapper.
4. High continuous production capacity. Compared with the dough kneading mechanism added by the conventional dumpling wrapper making machine, the dough kneading mechanism has the advantages that the large-capacity dough kneading barrel can provide required dough amount for making dumpling wrappers on time according to the amount of customers, the dumpling wrapper making is more flexible, and the problems of insufficient dough amount and excessive dough amount are avoided.
5. The application range is wide. The novel restaurant has the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, small occupied area, good cost performance and low noise, and can be widely applied to various restaurants.
When the components in each mechanism are arranged, the quantity of dumpling wrappers can be manufactured according to one time, specifically, one or more dumpling wrappers can be manufactured at one time, and the corresponding components are arranged in corresponding quantity.
