A power cord mounting assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The power cord mounting assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a home appliance to facilitate mounting and assembly of the power cord 11.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the power line mounting assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the invention may be mounted on a mounting plate 3, the mounting plate 3 is provided with a mounting hole 31 for matching with the power line mounting assembly 100, and it should be noted that the power line mounting assembly 100 may be mounted on other structures as long as the mounting hole 31 can be formed, thereby facilitating the mounting and assembling of the power line 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, a power cord mounting assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a cord assembly 1 and a fitting 2.
Specifically, the wire assembly 1 may include a power wire 11 and a mounting portion 12 provided on the power wire 11, the fitting member 2 may be detachably provided in the mounting hole 31, a through hole 23 penetrating along an axial direction of the fitting member 2 is provided in the fitting member 2, the fitting member 2 may be detachably mounted on the mounting portion 12, the mounting portion 12 is fitted in the mounting hole 31, and both ends of the power wire 11 penetrate through the through hole 23. Thus, the wire assembly 1 is fixed to the fitting member 2 through the mounting portion 12, the through holes 23 are extended from both ends of the power wire 11, and the fitting member 2 is fitted to the mounting hole 31, so that the wire assembly 1 can be mounted on the mounting plate 3.
Wherein the mounting portion 12 may be formed as a standard piece, i.e. the mounting portion 12 may be formed as a unified piece, whereby the power lines 11 may have different wire diameters and sizes, and the mounting portion 12 is formed as a unified structure, i.e. the mounting portions 12 of different wire diameters may have standard pieces, e.g. the diameter sizes of the power lines 11 of different wire diameters are different, but the structural sizes of the mounting portions 12 outside the power lines 11 are the same, thereby achieving the mounting assembly of the power lines 11 of different wire diameters with the mating member 2. Further, the fitting part 2 can also be formed into a standard part matched with the mounting part 12, and the size of the mounting hole 31 on the mounting plate 3 is matched with the fitting part 2, so that the wire assembly 1 is mounted on the mounting plate 3 through the fitting part 2, the wire assembly is not affected by the wire diameter of the power wire 11, the structure is uniform, the production efficiency can be improved, other tools are not needed, and the assembly is simple and good in reliability.
Therefore, according to the mounting assembly of the power cord 11 of the embodiment of the invention, the mounting part 12 is matched and assembled with the mating part 2, and the mounting part 12 and the mating part 2 can be set to be standard parts, so that the production and the manufacture are facilitated, the production efficiency is improved, the influence of the wire diameter of the power cord 11 is avoided, other tools are not needed, the assembly is simple, and the reliability is good.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fitting 2 may be provided with a locking portion 25 and a stopping portion 24, and the stopping portion 24 and the locking portion 25 are oppositely and spaced apart to form an installation space. In this way, when the power cord mounting assembly 100 is mounted and assembled, the structure fitted and assembled with the power cord mounting assembly 100 can be fitted in the mounting space, and the power cord mounting assembly 100 can be mounted and fixed by the locking portion 25 and the stopper portion 24. Specifically, the components assembled in a matching manner with the power line mounting assembly 100 can be clamped in the mounting space, and the clamping portion 25 and the stopping portion 24 respectively stop against the matched components, so that the power line mounting assembly 100 is fixed, other tools are not needed, and the assembly is simple and stable.
As shown in fig. 7 to 13, the catching portion 25 and the stopping portion 24 are spaced apart from each other by a certain distance in the axial direction of the mating member 2 to form a mounting space, wherein in the example shown in fig. 7, the mounting space is formed in a ring shape, so that the stability of the power cord mounting assembly 100 at the time of assembly can be ensured.
In the example shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fitting member 2 is inserted into the mounting hole 31, the stopping portion 24 is stopped at one side of the mounting plate 3, that is, the stopping portion 24 cannot pass through the mounting hole 31, the locking portion 25 passes through the mounting hole 31 and then stops at the opposite side of the mounting plate 3, and at least a portion of the mounting plate 3 surrounding the mounting hole 31 is locked in the mounting space, so that the stopping portion 24 and the locking portion 25 respectively stop at both sides of the mounting plate 3, and the fitting member 2 and the wire assembly 1 can be firmly fixed on the mounting plate 3.
Alternatively, the number of the locking portions 25 may be plural, and the structural strength may be further improved by providing the plural locking portions 25. The plurality of buckling parts 25 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fitting piece 2, so that the force between the fitting piece 2 and the mounting plate 3 is more uniform, and the firmness of the structure between the fitting piece 2 and the mounting plate 3 is more favorably ensured.
In the example shown in fig. 5 to 9, the side wall of the mating member 2 is formed with a card hole 29, the latch portion 25 is formed in the card hole 29, the latch portion 25 is movable in the card hole 29, specifically, one end of the latch portion 25 is fixedly connected to the mating member 2, the other end of the latch portion 25 is formed as a free end, when the latch portion 25 passes through the mounting hole 31, the latch portion 25 is pressed by the mounting plate 3 and pressed toward the inside of the card hole 29, after the latch portion 25 passes through the mounting hole 31, the pressure applied to the latch portion 25 disappears, and the latch portion 25 pops out toward the outside so as to pass through the mounting hole 31 and stop against the other side of the mounting plate 3.
In some examples of the present invention, the catching portion 25 may be an elastic catch having a guide slope 253 formed on an outer wall surface of the catching portion 25 and extending obliquely outward in a direction opposite to the fitting direction of the mating member 2. Thus, in the elastic snap-fitting process, the installation and fitting of the snap portion 25 can be guided by the guide slope 253, thereby facilitating the installation of the power cord installation assembly 100.
As shown in fig. 4, the mating member 2 is inserted into the mounting hole 31 along the insertion direction (i.e. from right to left as shown in fig. 4), the guiding inclined surface 253 is formed on the outer wall surface of the engaging portion 25, and in the direction from right to left as shown in fig. 4, the guiding inclined surface 253 extends obliquely outward, i.e. the guiding inclined surface 253 extends obliquely away from the through hole 23, so that during the assembly process of the mating member 2, the guiding inclined surface 253 has a guiding function, and the mating member 2 is inserted along the guiding inclined surface 253, so that the mating member 2 can be smoothly inserted into the mounting hole, thereby facilitating the fitting and installation of the engaging portion 25 and the mounting plate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the locking portion 25 may include a hook wall 251 and a hook 252, one end of the hook wall 251 is connected to the mating member 2, the other end of the hook wall 251 is connected to the hook 252, in other words, one end of the hook wall 251 is a fixed end, the hook wall 251 is fixedly connected to the mating member 2, the other end of the hook wall 251 is a free end, the hook 252 is disposed on the free end of the hook wall 251, and the guiding inclined surface 253 is formed on the hook 252. Thus, when the mating member 2 is assembled, the member engaged with the mating member 2 moves along the guide slope 253, the latching portion 25 is pressed inward, and after the latching portion 25 passes through the mounting hole 31, the latch is ejected to stop against the mounting plate 3. Preferably, the hook wall 251 may be an elastic member (e.g., a rubber member, a silicone member, a plastic member, etc.), so that the elasticity of the hook may be improved, the assembling process of the mating member 2 is smooth, and the fastening portion 25 is not easily plastically deformed or broken.
Alternatively, the stopper portion 24 may be provided at one end of the fitting 2 (the right end of the fitting 2 as shown in fig. 7 and 8) and formed as a boss extending in the circumferential direction of the fitting 2. From this, backstop 24 backstop of fitting piece 2 one end is in one side of mounting hole 31, and the other end of fitting piece 2 passes mounting hole 31, and backstop 24 forms the boss, and the boss backstop is in one side of mounting panel 3 to can strengthen the structural strength of fitting piece 2 and mounting panel 3, strengthen the atress degree of power cord installation component 100, when power cord 11 received the pulling force, thereby can further prevent that power cord 11 subassembly from droing from mounting panel 3. In the example shown in fig. 7, a boss may be formed by extending outward from an end of one end of the fitting 2, the boss being formed in a ring shape, and the diameter of the ring-shaped boss is larger than that of the mounting hole 31, so that the stopper portion 24 is stopped at one side of the mounting hole 31 and cannot pass through the mounting hole 31.
Alternatively, the cross section of the fitting member 2 may be gradually reduced in the direction opposite to the fitting direction of the fitting member 2, for example, the fitting member 2 is formed in a substantially columnar shape, and the dimension in the radial direction of the fitting member 2 is gradually reduced in the direction opposite to the fitting direction of the fitting member 2, thereby facilitating fitting attachment of the fitting member 2 to the mounting hole.
