In brief, according to different unlocking levels, the service terminal can select to send only an unlocking control instruction to the intelligent door lock; or the service terminal sends an unlocking control instruction to the intelligent door lock and sends a locking control instruction to the intelligent door lock when the preset time is reached. The different unlocking levels may correspond to different control instructions, and may also correspond to different predetermined time intervals to send the unlocking control instruction and the locking control instruction. As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after the intelligent door lock receives the locking control command sent by the service terminal, performs a locking operation and disables manual unlocking inside the door, so that the intelligent door lock cannot be manually unlocked from inside the door S1042, the method further includes the steps of:

The method comprises the following steps of receiving a detection result sent by the intelligent door lock, and judging whether to send an alarm signal to the portable terminal, wherein the two conditions are as follows: first, when a detection result that the intelligent door lock is successfully locked is received, an alarm signal is not sent to the portable terminal or confirmation information is not sent to the portable terminal; and secondly, when a detection result that the intelligent door lock is not successfully locked is received, an alarm signal is sent to the portable terminal. At this time, the method also comprises the following steps: the portable terminal receives the alarm signal sent by the service terminal to alarm; the portable terminal comprises a voice module or a buzzer, and alarms according to alarm voice set in the system to remind a user.

The unlocking confirmation information comprises unlocking information and unlocking level information, and the condition that a user inputs wrong unlocking characteristic information or the system matches wrong unlocking information or the system judges wrong unlocking level is prevented.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, before the portable terminal collects the unlocking feature information and sends it to the service terminal S101, the method further includes the steps of:
s100 detects a gesture operation applied to the mobile terminal, and activates the mobile terminal.
The gesture operation may include, but is not limited to, drawing a specific gesture symbol, clicking, touching, long-pressing, sliding, and other gesture operations on the display interface of the portable terminal. The gesture input operation by the user may be in any one area of the display interface of the portable terminal or in a specific area of the display interface, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. It can be understood that before the gesture operation acting on the portable terminal is detected, the portable terminal is in a sleep mode or other working modes, so that energy is saved, and memory occupation is reduced.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a remote unlocking method, as shown in fig. 9, including the following steps:
s201, receiving unlocking characteristic information transmitted remotely;
s202, matching the unlocking characteristic information with pre-stored unlocking information to obtain a matching result;

Further, the step of the intelligent door lock executing the unlocking/locking operation according to the received control command comprises:
s2041, receiving the unlocking control instruction, and executing unlocking operation;
s2042 receives the locking control instruction, and executes locking operation and disables manual unlocking in the door, so that the intelligent door lock cannot be manually unlocked from the inside of the door.
The specific situations of the foregoing embodiments are described in the remote unlocking system provided in the first aspect and the remote unlocking method provided in the second aspect of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those within the art that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustrations, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustrations, can be implemented by computer program instructions. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer program instructions may be implemented by a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, implement the features specified in the block or blocks of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustrations of the present disclosure.
Compared with the prior art, the remote unlocking system and the remote unlocking method have the following beneficial effects:
(1) the portable terminal collects unlocking characteristic information and sends the unlocking characteristic information to the service terminal, the service terminal matches the received unlocking characteristic information with prestored unlocking information and obtains a matching result, when the matching is successful, the service terminal sends a corresponding control instruction to the intelligent door lock based on the matching result, and the intelligent door lock receives the control instruction sent by the service terminal and responds to the control instruction to execute unlocking/locking operation; unlocking is performed through remote operation, different control instructions are obtained according to different unlocking characteristic information, different unlocking operations are completed, and the method is suitable for different application scenes.
(2) The intelligent door lock can receive an unlocking control instruction sent by the service terminal and execute unlocking operation, and can also receive a locking control instruction sent by the service terminal and execute locking operation and forbid manual unlocking in the door, so that the intelligent door lock cannot be manually unlocked from the door; the intelligent door lock is safer and more perfect when being unlocked remotely.
(3) When a service terminal receives a detection result of unsuccessful locking sent by an intelligent door lock, an alarm signal is sent to a portable terminal, and the portable terminal receives the alarm signal sent by the service terminal to give an alarm; the intelligent door lock can remind a user of the state of the intelligent door lock in time, loss is prevented, and the safety of remote unlocking of the intelligent door lock is improved.
(4) When the unlocking characteristic information is successfully matched with the stored unlocking information and before the service terminal sends a corresponding control instruction to the intelligent door lock based on the matching result, the service terminal also sends unlocking confirmation verification information to the portable terminal, and judges whether to send the control instruction to the intelligent door lock according to whether confirmation feedback information is received or not; through the secondary verification, the unlocking caused by misoperation is avoided, and the safety performance of remote unlocking is also improved.
(5) Before a portable terminal collects unlocking characteristic information and sends the unlocking characteristic information to a service terminal, gesture operation acting on the portable terminal needs to be detected, and the portable terminal is activated; namely, before the gesture operation is detected, the portable terminal is in a sleep mode or other working modes, so that the energy of the portable terminal is saved, the memory occupation of the portable terminal is reduced, and the user experience is enhanced.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. A remote unlocking system is characterized in that,
the intelligent door lock comprises a service terminal, a portable terminal and an intelligent door lock, wherein the portable terminal and the intelligent door lock are respectively in communication connection with the service terminal;
the portable terminal is used for acquiring unlocking characteristic information and sending the unlocking characteristic information to the service terminal, wherein the unlocking characteristic information is fingerprint information;
the service terminal is used for prestoring different fingerprint information as unlocking information, the unlocking information comprises first unlocking information corresponding to a first finger of a user and second unlocking information corresponding to a second finger of the user, the received unlocking characteristic information is matched with the prestored first unlocking information and the prestored second unlocking information to obtain a matching result, and when the matching is successful, a corresponding control instruction is sent to the intelligent door lock based on the matching result; the control instructions include: an unlocking control instruction corresponding to the first unlocking information, or a locking control instruction is sent to the intelligent door lock when the unlocking control instruction is sent and the preset time is reached when the second unlocking information is successfully matched with the first unlocking information;
the intelligent door lock comprises an image acquisition module, and the intelligent door lock is used for acquiring a real-time image through the image acquisition module when unlocking request information is received, and transmitting the acquired image to the portable terminal through the service terminal, so that a user of the portable terminal inputs different unlocking characteristic information according to different unlocking request persons; the different unlocking characteristic information is different fingerprint information acquired by the portable terminal, and the different fingerprint information acquired by the portable terminal corresponds to the unlocking information prestored by the service terminal;
the intelligent door lock is also used for receiving a control instruction sent by the service terminal and responding to the control instruction to execute unlocking/locking operation.
2. The remote unlocking system according to claim 1,
the intelligent door lock is used for receiving the locking control instruction sent by the service terminal, and executing locking operation and forbidding in-door manual unlocking so as to prevent the intelligent door lock from being manually unlocked from the interior of the slave door.
3. The remote unlocking system according to claim 2,
the intelligent door lock is also used for self-detecting the locking state of the intelligent door lock and sending a detection result to the server after receiving the locking control instruction, executing locking operation and forbidding manual unlocking in the door;
and the service terminal is also used for receiving the detection result sent by the intelligent door lock and selecting whether to send an alarm signal to the portable terminal.
4. The remote unlocking system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the portable terminal comprises one of a smart band, a smart phone or a tablet computer.
5. A remote unlocking method based on the remote unlocking system of any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a portable terminal collects unlocking characteristic information and sends the unlocking characteristic information to a service terminal, wherein the unlocking information comprises first unlocking information corresponding to a first finger of a user and second unlocking information corresponding to a second finger of the user;
the service terminal matches the received unlocking characteristic information with the pre-stored first unlocking information and the second unlocking information to obtain a matching result;
when the matching is successful, the service terminal sends a corresponding control instruction to the intelligent door lock based on the matching result; specifically, the service terminal sends an unlocking control instruction corresponding to the first unlocking information to the intelligent door lock, or when the service terminal is successfully matched with the second unlocking information, the service terminal sends an unlocking control instruction to the intelligent door lock and sends a locking control instruction to the intelligent door lock when the preset time is reached;
the intelligent door lock comprises an image acquisition module, and when the intelligent door lock receives unlocking request information, real-time images are acquired through the image acquisition module, and the acquired images are sent to the portable terminal through the service terminal, so that a user of the portable terminal inputs different unlocking characteristic information according to different unlocking request persons; the different unlocking characteristic information is different fingerprint information acquired by the portable terminal, and the different fingerprint information acquired by the portable terminal corresponds to the unlocking information prestored by the service terminal;
the intelligent door lock also receives a control instruction sent by the service terminal and responds to the control instruction to execute unlocking/locking operation.
6. The remote unlocking method according to claim 5, wherein the service terminal sends a corresponding control instruction to the intelligent door lock based on the matching result, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the service terminal judges the unlocking level of the matching result and sends a corresponding control instruction to the intelligent door lock according to the unlocking level.

8. The remote unlocking method according to claim 7, wherein the intelligent door lock receives a control command sent by a service terminal, and the step of executing the unlocking/locking operation in response to the control command comprises the steps of:
the intelligent door lock receives the unlocking control instruction sent by the service terminal and executes unlocking operation;
the intelligent door lock receives the locking control instruction sent by the service terminal, and executes locking operation and forbids manual unlocking in the door, so that the intelligent door lock cannot be manually unlocked from the interior of the door.

The remote unlocking method according to claim 8, wherein after the intelligent door lock receives the locking control command sent by the service terminal, the intelligent door lock performs locking operation and disables manual unlocking inside the door, so that the intelligent door lock cannot be manually unlocked from inside the door, the method further comprises the following steps:
the intelligent door lock detects the locking state of the intelligent door lock and sends a detection result to the server;
and the service terminal receives the detection result sent by the intelligent door lock and judges whether to send an alarm signal to the portable terminal.
10. The remote unlocking method according to claim 5, further comprising the steps of:
