Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,将结晶三氯化铝与乙酰丙酮混合反应进行疏水改性,干燥后拌入液体石蜡烘干至恒重,向液体环氧树脂中滴加柠檬酸改性,再加入疏水改性结晶三氯化铝混合得到改性液体环氧树脂,将氧化钡、氧化锌煅烧与淀粉研磨,之后将石墨烯、防沉剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合硅藻土与改性液体环氧树脂制备成涂料。本发明通过疏水改性结晶三氯化铝,之后在改性环氧树脂,使其具有良好的机械性能与稳定性,制备的涂料具有疏水性与抗菌性。

一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料加工领域,具体涉及一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
环氧树脂是一种热固性树脂,因具有优异的粘接性、机械强度及电绝缘性等特性,而广泛应用于胶粘剂、涂料和复合材料基体等方面。环氧树脂是聚合物基复合材料中应用最广泛的基体树脂之一,由具有环氧基的化合物与多元羟基或多元醇化合物进行缩聚反应而制得的产品,具有优异的粘结性、耐化学腐蚀性、电气绝缘性能、力学性能,以及易于加工、收缩率低、线胀系数小和成本低廉等优点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,本发明通过疏水改性结晶三氯化铝,之后在改性环氧树脂,使其具有良好的机械性能与稳定性,制备的涂料具有疏水性与抗菌性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)疏水改性结晶三氯化铝
将10-15重量份结晶三氯化铝与18-23倍无水乙醇混合并充分搅拌使配制成溶液,待搅拌均匀后将20-30乙酰丙酮缓慢滴加到结晶三氯化铝溶液中再搅拌均匀,将此溶液在50ºC水浴条件下搅拌1-2小时,喷雾干燥,加入1-5重量份液体石蜡搅拌混匀,常温下搅拌5-8小时,烘干至恒重;
(2)改性液体环氧树脂
向70-80份液体环氧树脂中滴加1-5重量份柠檬酸溶液,加热至110-150℃,加入(1)中所得疏水改性结晶三氯化铝,升温至80-100℃搅拌1-2小时,冷却至室温,得到改性液体环氧树脂;
(3)煅烧
将10-15重量份氧化钡、10-15重量份氧化锌在120-125℃热风烘箱中干燥3-4h,经1500-1600℃高温煅烧2-4小时,加入5-12份淀粉,研磨至200-300目,待用;
(4)制备增韧疏水环氧树脂涂料
向100-150重量份水中加1-3重量份石墨烯、0.1-0.3重量份防沉剂、1-2重量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌3-5分钟后,步骤(3)所得物进行搅拌3-5分钟,加40-60重量份硅藻土搅拌15-20分钟,步骤(2)中所得改性液体环氧树脂搅拌20-25分钟,加0.4-0.5重量份分散剂、0.1-0.3重量份消泡剂和0.3-0.5重量份流平剂混合混匀,得到抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料。
所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂及间苯二酚型环氧树脂中的两种或三种组成。
所述环氧树脂加热至110-150℃,,加热方法采用水浴加热。
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将结晶三氯化铝与乙酰丙酮混合反应进行疏水改性,干燥后拌入液体石蜡烘干至恒重,向液体环氧树脂中滴加柠檬酸改性,再加入疏水改性结晶三氯化铝混合得到改性液体环氧树脂,将氧化钡、氧化锌煅烧与淀粉研磨,之后将石墨烯、防沉剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合硅藻土与改性液体环氧树脂制备成涂料。本发明将将结晶三氯化铝与乙酰丙酮混合反应进行疏水改性,氧化铝是高活性物质,将液体石蜡将粉末进行包覆,提高了疏水性能,之后向液体环氧树脂中滴加柠檬酸改性,与环氧树脂的环氧基发生聚合反应,交联生成立体网状结构的聚合物,柠檬酸增加聚合物的交联度,从而改变组合物的机械性能,同时可使得疏水改性结晶三氯化铝交联到分子链上,形成稳定的结构,煅烧后氧化钡、氧化锌后采用淀粉使得,二者复合成组合物,可稳定存在在涂料中,氧化锌可增加涂料的抗菌型,本发明通过疏水改性结晶三氯化铝,之后在改性环氧树脂,使其具有良好的机械性能与稳定性,制备的涂料具有疏水性与抗菌性。
具体实施方式
一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)疏水改性结晶三氯化铝
将12重量份结晶三氯化铝与20倍无水乙醇混合并充分搅拌使配制成溶液,待搅拌均匀后将24乙酰丙酮缓慢滴加到结晶三氯化铝溶液中再搅拌均匀,将此溶液在50ºC水浴条件下搅拌1.5小时,喷雾干燥,加入3重量份液体石蜡搅拌混匀,常温下搅拌6小时,烘干至恒重;
(2)改性液体环氧树脂
向75份液体环氧树脂中滴加3重量份柠檬酸溶液,加热至130℃,加入(1)中所得疏水改性结晶三氯化铝,升温至80℃搅拌1小时,冷却至室温,得到改性液体环氧树脂;
(3)煅烧
将12重量份氧化钡、12重量份氧化锌在120℃热风烘箱中干燥3.5h,经1500℃高温煅烧2-4小时,加入10份淀粉,研磨至200-300目,待用;
(4)制备增韧疏水环氧树脂涂料
向100重量份水中加2重量份石墨烯、0.2重量份防沉剂、1.5重量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌3-5分钟后,步骤(3)所得物进行搅拌3-5分钟,加50重量份硅藻土搅拌15分钟,步骤(2)中所得改性液体环氧树脂搅拌20分钟,加0.45重量份分散剂、0.2重量份消泡剂和0.4重量份流平剂混合混匀,得到抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料。
所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂及间苯二酚型环氧树脂中的两种或三种组成。
所述环氧树脂加热至140℃,,加热方法采用水浴加热。
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
疏水改性结晶三氯化铝
将10-15重量份结晶三氯化铝与18-23倍无水乙醇混合并充分搅拌使配制成溶液,待搅拌均匀后将20-30乙酰丙酮缓慢滴加到结晶三氯化铝溶液中再搅拌均匀,将此溶液在50ºC水浴条件下搅拌1-2小时,喷雾干燥,加入1-5重量份液体石蜡搅拌混匀,常温下搅拌5-8小时,烘干至恒重;
(2)改性液体环氧树脂
向70-80份液体环氧树脂中滴加1-5重量份柠檬酸溶液,加热至110-150℃,加入(1)中所得疏水改性结晶三氯化铝,升温至80-100℃搅拌1-2小时,冷却至室温,得到改性液体环氧树脂;
(3)煅烧
将10-15重量份氧化钡、10-15重量份氧化锌在120-125℃热风烘箱中干燥3-4h,经1500-1600℃高温煅烧2-4小时,加入5-12份淀粉,研磨至200-300目,待用;
(4)制备增韧疏水环氧树脂涂料
向100-150重量份水中加1-3重量份石墨烯、0.1-0.3重量份防沉剂、1-2重量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌3-5分钟后,步骤(3)所得物进行搅拌3-5分钟,加40-60重量份硅藻土搅拌15-20分钟,步骤(2)中所得改性液体环氧树脂搅拌20-25分钟,加0.4-0.5重量份分散剂、0.1-0.3重量份消泡剂和0.3-0.5重量份流平剂混合混匀,得到抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料。
2.根据权利要求1一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂及间苯二酚型环氧树脂中的两种或三种组成。
3.根据权利要求1一种抗菌疏水环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂加热至110-150℃,,加热方法采用水浴加热。
