The outer component 2 is intended to enclose the inner component 1, and on one side is a groove 21 for enclosing the inner component, and on the opposite side is a contact impact surface 22 having a wave-like 23 or curved 24 shape. The wavy or curved shape of the contact impact surface 22 is effective to reduce the impact and vibration caused by the collision during the collision of the notebook computer.

The protective groove is made of EVA, TPE and TPR materials with toughness, resilience and firmness. The material of the inner component 1 and the material of the outer component 2 are respectively one of EVA, TPE and TPR. The EVA material has the characteristics of high rebound resilience, high tensile strength and high toughness, and has good shock resistance and buffering performance; the TPE material is environment-friendly, nontoxic and safe, soft in touch, excellent in processing performance, free of vulcanization, recyclable, low in cost and capable of being subjected to secondary injection molding; the TPR material has the rebound resilience of rubber, good wear resistance, and excellent anti-skid and shock-absorbing properties.
When the inner component 1 is embedded in the outer component 2, the closed cavity 31 is formed by the contact between the buffer surface 12 and the inner side surface contacting the impact surface 22.
The size of the cavities 30 is determined by the curvature of the impact surface 22 or cushioning surface 12, and the number of cavities is determined by the number of curved surfaces of the impact surface 22 or cushioning surface 12. In the collision process, the larger the volume and the larger the number of the cavities, the smaller the impact on the notebook computer.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the outer assembly notch is provided with a plurality of adjustment holes 25 for mounting or removing the inner assembly, the adjustment holes 25 being used to adjust the size of the outer assembly notch. The adjustment holes 25 may make it easier and faster to insert or separate the inner assembly 1 from the outer assembly 2.

Claims (10)
1.
