In addition, a plurality of cylinder rollers which are arranged in parallel are arranged below the conveyor belts of the incoming material conveying device, the outgoing material conveying device and the crushed material conveying device, the cylinder rollers support the conveyor belts, vegetables are transported on the cylindrical rollers, and friction force borne by the conveyor belts can be reduced.
The limiting mechanism adopts a positioning cylinder and a proximity switch to stop the incoming material conveying device, the proximity switch and the positioning cylinder are installed on a working table frame below a driving mechanism of the incoming material conveying device, and when vegetables move to the position of the proximity switch, the driving mechanism stops running, the positioning cylinder extends out to limit the vegetables, so that the vegetables are prevented from sliding out of a root cutting station under the action of inertia; clamping mechanism adopts die clamping cylinder and spacing platform to realize the clamp of vegetables, and die clamping cylinder and spacing platform set up respectively in the both sides at the conveyer belt, and when vegetables stopped at the root cutting station, start die clamping cylinder with vegetables top tight at spacing bench, drive mechanical gripper snatchs vegetables.
In order to improve the degree of automation control, the automatic root cutting machine further comprises a controller, wherein the driving mechanisms of the material feeding and conveying device, the material removing and conveying device and the crushed material conveying device are electrically connected with the controller, the cutting motor, the transverse moving motor, the lifting cylinder, the telescopic cylinder and the stepping motor of the root cutting device are electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling and coordinating to realize the automatic root cutting operation of vegetables. The controller is used for controlling the mechanical paw to act, the controller is used for sending a signal to the root cutting device and the crushed material conveying device to enable the root cutting device and the crushed material conveying device to work after the mechanical paw grabs vegetables, the root cutting device and the crushed material conveying device stop working after the root cutting is finished, the material removing conveying device is started to convey the vegetables with the roots cut away, and the mechanical paw returns to the original position to finish the automatic control of the whole process.

the incoming material conveying device, the material removing conveying device and the crushed material conveying device are identical in structure and respectively comprise a working table frame, a driving mechanism and a conveying belt, the conveying belt is arranged at the top of the working table frame, and the root cutting device is arranged on the side face of the working table frame of the material removing conveying device;
the root cutting device comprises a support, a cutting motor, a cutting saw, a driving wheel and two guide wheels, wherein the support is fixed on the side face of a working table frame of the material removing and conveying device; the top of the cutting saw is higher than the conveying belt of the material removing and conveying device, and the saw teeth of the cutting saw are parallel to the central shaft of the guide wheel; the upper end of the guide plate is arranged below the cutting saw between the two guide wheels, and the lower end of the guide plate is arranged above the conveying belt of the material removing and conveying device;
the upper part of the bracket is provided with a long hole for mounting the two guide wheels;
the vegetable root cutting machine further comprises a limiting mechanism and a clamping mechanism, the limiting mechanism adopts a positioning air cylinder and a proximity switch to stop the incoming material conveying device, and the proximity switch and the positioning air cylinder are installed on a working table frame below a driving mechanism of the incoming material conveying device; the clamping mechanism adopts a clamping cylinder and a limiting table to clamp vegetables, and the clamping cylinder and the limiting table are respectively arranged on two sides of a conveying belt of the incoming material conveying device;
the mechanical gripper comprises a telescopic cylinder, a connecting assembly and a mechanical gripper for gripping vegetables, the mechanical gripper comprises a supporting seat, a fixed finger, a movable finger and a driving part for driving the movable finger to move in a translation mode relative to the fixed finger, the movable finger and the driving part are all arranged on the supporting seat, and the fixed finger and the movable finger are arranged in parallel; the driving part comprises a screw rod and a stepping motor, and a screw rod nut matched with the screw rod is arranged at the end part of the movable finger.
