The invention belongs to the field of underground sump cleaning, and particularly relates to a method for treating coal slime of an underground sump, which comprises the following steps of isolating the sump to be cleaned, plugging the water inlet of the sump to be cleaned by using a plug, closing a communication valve of a water suction well, opening a drainage pump, and reducing the water level in the sump to be cleaned to the minimum; then extracting the coal slime, fully stirring the coal slime by using coal slime stirring equipment, sucking out the coal slime by using a slurry machine, and introducing the coal slime into a stirring box for fully stirring to separate the coal slime into thick coal slime and thin coal slime; conveying the thick coal slime to the ground by using a belt conveyor; the method comprises the following steps of (1) enabling dilute coal slime to sequentially pass through a filtering buffer device and a filter pressing device to respectively form a coal slime cake and return water, conveying the coal slime cake to the ground through a mine car, and sending the return water to other water bins through a conveying pipeline; and after the coal slime cleaning work is finished, removing the blockage and opening each valve to ensure that the water sump to be cleaned circulates. The invention can increase the speed of cleaning the water sump, avoid the environmental pollution to the underground transportation roadway and reduce the working strength of workers.

(4) opening the water sump to be cleaned; after the coal slime cleaning work is finished, removing a blockage at the water inlet of the water sump to be cleaned, opening a communicating valve of a suction well, and simultaneously moving coal slime stirring equipment from the deep part of the water sump to be cleaned to an outlet to enter a mine water flushing pump overflowing part and a conveying pipeline of the water sump to be cleaned so as to avoid blockage; and the pumped mine water flows back into the water bin to be cleaned along the drainage ditch.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the method for treating the underground sump coal slime is simple to operate, effectively shortens the sump cleaning time, reduces the risk of sump operation, ensures the safety of main drainage of a mine, improves the capability of the sump to resist flood disasters, avoids environmental pollution to an underground transportation roadway, and is beneficial to underground safe transportation; and the pollution of the above-ground treatment of the slime water to the environment is avoided.

(2) extracting coal slime; fully stirring and sucking out the coal slime and water at the bottom of the sump to be cleaned by using coal slime stirring equipment, and introducing the sucked-out mixed coal slime into a stirring box for fully stirring and then outputting;
(3) treating the coal slime; if the output mixed coal slime is thick coal slime, the thick coal slime is conveyed to the ground by utilizing conveying equipment, the conveying equipment is a belt conveyor, the thick coal slime is directly pumped to the belt conveyor and is mixed with coal blocks on a belt, the fluidity of the thick coal slime is weakened, and the thick coal slime is conveyed to the ground along with raw coal through the belt; if the output mixed coal slime is dilute coal slime, the dilute coal slime sequentially passes through a filtering and buffering device and a pressure filtration device to form coal slime cakes and return water, the coal slime cakes are conveyed to the ground through a conveying device, and the return water is conveyed to other water bins through conveying pipelines;
(4) opening the water sump to be cleaned; after the coal slime cleaning work is finished, removing a blockage at the water inlet of the water sump to be cleaned, opening a communicating valve of a suction well, and simultaneously moving coal slime stirring equipment from the deep part of the water sump to be cleaned to an outlet to enter a mine water flushing pump overflowing part and a conveying pipeline of the water sump to be cleaned so as to avoid blockage; and the pumped mine water flows back into the water bin to be cleaned along the drainage ditch.
