The invention relates to a quick-assembly structure of a drain valve, in particular to a quick-assembly structure of an external functional component of the drain valve.
Background
The drain valve is the drainage device who is used for controlling closestool water tank, if need realize the function of drain valve in some functional unit of top fixed mounting of drain valve, need disassemble the drain valve from the water tank earlier usually, pass through the screw with functional unit and drain valve or glue and fix the back, pack into the water tank with whole subassembly again, and the installation procedure is complicated, and is inefficient.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a quick-mounting structure for a drain valve external connection functional component, in which the functional component and the quick-mounting assembly are assembled in advance, so that when the drain valve functional component needs to be installed additionally, the quick installation can be realized, and the problem that the whole drain valve needs to be disassembled when the functional component is installed in the background art is solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a fast-assembling structure of external functional unit of drain valve, including drain valve body, functional unit and fast-assembling subassembly. The quick-assembly component comprises a shell and a plurality of elastic pieces, one end of the shell is fixedly connected with a functional part, and the other end of the shell is provided with a mounting hole matched with the shape of the boss. The elastic piece comprises a clamping block and elastic clamping jaws which are integrally formed, the clamping block is arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole, and the elastic clamping jaws protrude inwards relative to the wall surface of the mounting hole. The shell pass through the cooperation of mounting hole and boss is installed on the drain valve body and passes through the elasticity jack catch chucking is fixed.
Furthermore, one end of the elastic clamping jaw is a fixed end connected with the clamping block, the other end of the elastic clamping jaw is a free end, and the free end of the elastic clamping jaw is arranged in an upward inclined mode.

Further, the boss and the mounting hole are both cylindrical, the diameter of the boss is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the mounting hole, and the height of the mounting hole is the same as that of the boss.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the quick assembly component can be assembled with the functional part before leaving a factory, when the functional part of the drain valve needs to be additionally assembled, only the whole component needs to be applied with force from top to bottom, and the clamping piece in the quick assembly component automatically realizes the clamping assembly of the component and the drain valve; the operation is simple, a screwdriver or glue is not needed, and meanwhile, the elastic clamping jaw of the clamping piece has strong adaptability to drain valves of different manufacturers and different outer diameters.

The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and detailed description.
As shown in figure 1, the fast-assembling structure of the external functional component of the drain valve comprises a drain valve body 1, a functional component 2 and a fast-assembling component, wherein a cylindrical boss 11 is arranged at the upper end of the drain valve body 1.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the quick assembly includes a housing 3 and four elastic members 4, and four mounting grooves 31 for mounting the elastic members 4 are uniformly distributed on the housing 3 along the circumferential direction. The elastic member 4 comprises a clamping block 41 and elastic jaws 42, two side edges of the clamping block 41 are respectively provided with a protrusion 411, two sides of the mounting groove 31 are provided with a clamping groove 311 matched with the protrusion 411, and the clamping block 41 is fixedly mounted in the mounting groove 31 through interference fit of the protrusion 411 and the clamping groove 311. One end of the shell 3 is provided with a threaded hole 32, and the functional component 2 is fixedly connected with the shell 3 through a screw 5.
The other end of the shell 3 is provided with a mounting hole 33 matched with the shape of the cylindrical boss 11, and the diameter of the cylindrical boss 11 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 33. The four clamping blocks 41 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 33, one end of each elastic claw 42 is a fixed end 421 connected with the clamping block 41, the other end of each elastic claw 42 is a free end 422, the free ends 422 of the elastic claws 42 are arranged in an upward inclined mode, and the elastic claws 42 protrude inwards relative to the wall surface of the mounting hole 32. The outer shell 3 is arranged on the drainage valve body 1 through the matching of the mounting hole 33 and the boss 11 and is clamped and fixed through the elastic claw 42.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the quick assembly is installed, the elastic claw 42 of the elastic part 4 can be outwards stretched under the action of the side wall of the cylindrical boss 11, at the moment, the elastic claw 42 has no holding force on the cylindrical boss 11, and the quick assembly can be smoothly installed in the cylindrical boss 11 of the drain valve 1. After the installation, if there is external force to make the upwards pine of functional unit 2 take off, elastic component 4 can be for the upward motion of drain valve 1 this moment, and elasticity jack catch 42 can be to the circular shrink of shell 3 under the frictional force of cylindrical boss 11 lateral wall, forms similar back-off effect, and the result is that elasticity jack catch 42 can be chucking more on cylindrical boss 11 lateral wall and difficult pine takes off.
