Abstract
本发明公开了一种自行车架及制法,它由空心
管,前车管,五通管,座垫车管及后叉等连接构件组
成,其特征是在空心管与各连接构件间塞设有连接
体,在空心管与各连接构件的结合处包裹有含热固性
树脂的碳纤维片,最后,在成型模具中加热加压使空
心管与连接构件的接合处硬化成型即可制得本发明
提出的自行车架。本发明提出的自行车架避免了因
焊接所造成的种种缺陷。
Description
本发明涉及一种自行车架及制法。
现有的自行车架是由空心钢管与各种连接构件焊接而成。因车架承担了大部份负载,故要求焊接处须紧密衔接,不能有漏焊、开焊现象,这增加了焊接工艺的难度;另外、焊接时的高温易使焊接处变脆而断裂。
本发明旨在提出一种无须焊接的自行车架及制法,以避免因焊接所造成的种种缺陷。
本发明提出的自行车架由空心管、五通管、座垫车管及后叉等连接构件组成,在空心管与各连接构间塞设有连接体,该连接体由含热固性树脂的碳纤维片包裹发泡体而成,在空心管与各连接构件结合处包裹有含热固性树脂碳纤维片。
空心管与各连接构件可采用凹凸槽配合套接。
发泡体可选用乙烯醋酸乙烯脂或聚氨脂。
本发明提出的自行车架的制作方法是:
1)将碳纤维浸以热固性树脂、再编织成板片状后裁剪成细条状,并包裹在发泡体上构成连接体;
2)将连接体的一端塞进空心管中,另一端塞进连接构件中,再用含热固性树脂碳纤维片包裹空心管与连接构件使之外观上一体化,之后,
3)置入成型模具中加热加压使空心管与连接件的结合处硬化成型。
由于本发明使用发泡体及用含热固性树脂的碳纤维片包裹空心管与各连接构件,当高温时,发泡体产生的应力使空心管与各连接构件紧密结合在一起,由于含热固性树脂的碳纤维片的热固成形作用,使得空心管与各连接构件具有较高的结合强度。同时,由于连接体含有发泡材料能吸收焊接处的振动,这有利于延长自行车架的使用寿命。
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
图1是本发明提出的自行车架示意图。
图2是本发明之空心管与五通管连接构件结合部位的剖面示意图。
图3是本发明之空心管与前车管连接构件结合部位的剖面示意图。
图中,10是空心管、21是前车管、22是五通管、23是座垫车管、24是后叉、30是发泡体,31是含热固性树脂碳纤维片,30及31合称为连接体。
参照图2(可作为本发明实施例的一部分),将包裹有含热固性树脂碳纤维片的发泡体塞进空心管中(可选用空心钢管),使其紧贴钢管内壁,另一端塞进五通管中,并使其紧贴五通管,空心管与五通管可采用凹凸槽对接,再用含热固性树脂碳纤维片包裹空心钢管与五通管的结合处使之一体化。两空心钢管间可置入发泡体后再包裹含热固性树脂碳纤维片使两空心钢管间可置入发泡体后再包裹含热固性树脂碳纤维片使两空心钢管与五通管的结合处成一体,最后,置入成型模具中加热加压使之固化成形。即可完成空心管与五通管的结合工序。
参照图3(可作为本发明实施例的一部份),将包裹有含热固性树脂碳纤维片的发泡体塞进前车管21中,使其紧贴前车管内壁,另一端塞进空心管中,用含热固性树脂碳纤维片包裹空心钢管与前车管的结合处使之一体化、两空心钢管间塞置发泡体后再用含热固性树脂碳纤维片包裹,再置入成型模具中加热加压即可使两空心钢管与前车管紧密结合。
同上,分别将空心钢管与座垫车管23及后叉24连接即可完成本发明提出的自行车架。
Claims (2)
1、自行车架,由空心管10、前车管21、五通管22、座垫车管23及后叉24等连接构件组成,其特征是:空心管与各连接构件间塞设有连接体,该连接体由含热固性树脂的碳纤维片31包裹发泡体30而成,在空心管与各连接构件的结合处包裹有含热固性树脂的碳纤维片。
2、自行车架的制作方法,其特征是:
1)将碳纤维浸以热固性树脂,再编织成板片状后裁剪成细条状31,并包裹在发泡体30上构成连接体;
2)将连接体的一端塞进空心管10中,另一端塞进连接构件21、22、23、24中,再用含热固性树脂碳纤维片31包裹空心管与连接构件的结合处,之后,
3)置入成型模具中加热加压使空心管与各连接构件的结合处硬化成型。
