The invention provides an air conditioner outdoor unit, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a chassis 2, a housing 3 covering the chassis 2, an air conditioner outdoor unit motor bracket 1 arranged on the chassis 2 and positioned in the housing 3, an outdoor fan 5, an outdoor heat exchanger 6, a compressor 7 and a partition board component 4, wherein the outdoor fan 5 is arranged on the front side of the air conditioner outdoor unit motor bracket 1, an air inlet 31 is arranged on the rear side surface of the housing 3 corresponding to the position of the outdoor fan 5, an air outlet is arranged on the front side surface of the housing 3 corresponding to the position of the outdoor fan 5, an air channel of the air conditioner outdoor unit is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet, the outdoor heat exchanger 6 is positioned between the air conditioner outdoor unit motor bracket 1 and the air inlet 31, and the compressor 7 is arranged on one side of the air channel and is communicated with a refrigerant pipe of the outdoor heat exchanger 6.
It will be appreciated that the air conditioner outdoor unit generates operating noise during operation, and that a part of the operating noise is generated from vibration noise generated during operation of the compressor 7, and another part is generated from impact noise generated when the air flow generated from the outdoor fan 5 directly impacts the air conditioner outdoor unit bracket 1. In this embodiment, in order to reduce the vibration noise, a compressor installation cavity 21 (the partition plate assembly 4, the chassis 2 and the housing 3 are enclosed, and one side of the outdoor fan 5 is a fan cavity 22) is formed above the chassis 2, the compressor is installed in the compressor installation cavity 21, and the compressor installation cavity 21 is filled with a noise reduction filler, for example, but not limited to, the noise reduction filler is damping particles; it will be appreciated that, with such an arrangement, vibration generated by the compressor 7 is transmitted to the damping particles around the compressor 7, and under the action of the vibration, the damping particles can collide with each other and rub against each other, so as to convert the vibration kinetic energy of the compressor 7 into frictional heat energy for discharge, thereby reducing the working noise of the compressor 7. In order to reduce the impact noise, the invention provides an air conditioner outdoor unit motor bracket 1:
in embodiment 1 of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the air conditioner outdoor unit bracket 1 includes a bracket body 11, the bracket body 11 having a mounting surface for mounting the outdoor fan 5, and a windward side opposite to the mounting surface; and
the first windward plate 12 is arranged on the windward side, so that a first interlayer 16 is formed by surrounding the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11 together, and the joint of the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11 is connected and transited.
It can be understood that the connection part of the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11 is in connection and transition, which indicates that the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11 are in a two-split structure, and are connected and enclosed into the first interlayer 16 through other connection structures, and the connection structures are not limited to flanging, coaming and the like.
When the air conditioner outdoor unit works, air flow generated by the outdoor fan 5 enters from the air inlet 31 and collides with the first interlayer 16 after passing through the heat exchanger 6, and the first interlayer 16 is used for effectively buffering the air flow, so that the air flow collision suffered by the bracket body 11 is relieved, and the collision noise is reduced. In this embodiment, the middle part of the bracket body 11 is used for installing the outdoor fan 5, the upper part and the lower part of the bracket body 11 are further provided with a first air passing port 111 for air to pass through, and the first windward plate 12 is provided with a second air passing port 121 corresponding to the first air passing port 111. In addition, in the present embodiment, the air conditioner outdoor unit motor bracket 1 further includes a first connecting portion 13, a second connecting portion 14, and a third connecting portion 15, the first connecting portion 13 extending forward from the upper end of the bracket body 11 to connect with the front side surface of the housing 3, the second connecting portion 14 extending rearward from the upper end of the bracket body 11 to connect with the outdoor heat exchanger 6, the third connecting portion 15 extending forward from the lower end of the bracket body 11 to connect with the chassis 2; of course, in other embodiments, the outdoor unit motor bracket 1 may be fixedly installed in the outdoor unit by other manners, and the design is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the first windward plate 12 is a sheet metal member made of metal material, however, in other embodiments, the first windward plate 12 may be made of plastic (such as PVC) and the design is not limited thereto.
According to the technical scheme, the first windward plate 12 is introduced, and the first windward plate 12 is arranged on the windward side of the support body 11 to form a sandwich structure together with the support body 11, so that the sandwich structure can effectively buffer air flow generated by the outdoor fan 5 from the back of the air conditioner outdoor unit motor support 1, reduce impact of the air flow on the air conditioner outdoor unit motor support 1, and reduce impact noise of the air flow on the air conditioner outdoor unit motor support 1, thereby effectively reducing overall working noise of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the first interlayer 16 is disposed in a closed manner, and the first windward plate 12 is provided with sound absorbing holes 123 communicating with the first interlayer 16, so that the first interlayer 16 forms a sound absorbing cavity. It can be understood that the air flow generated by the outdoor fan 5 enters from the air inlet 31, passes through the heat exchanger 6 and enters into the sound absorption cavity from the sound absorption hole 123, and resonates with the cavity wall of the sound absorption cavity to eliminate noise (the air flow repeatedly rubs and collides with the inner wall of the sound absorption cavity back and forth, so that energy is greatly consumed), and the impact suffered by the motor bracket 1 of the air conditioner outdoor unit is better reduced, and the impact noise is reduced. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11 are formed with sound absorbing openings at intervals in the front-rear direction, which communicate with the first interlayer 16. In this embodiment, the thickness of the first windward plate 12 ranges from 0.2mm to 4mm, and it can be understood that the thickness of the first windward plate 12 is too large, and the depth of the sound absorbing holes 123 is too large, which is not beneficial to production and processing; the thickness of the first windward plate 12 is too small, the structural strength is too low, and the first windward plate is easy to collide and damage; for example, but not limited to, the thickness of the first windward plate 12 is 0.5mm.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a connection structure between the bracket body 11 and the first windward plate 12 is a flange; specifically, the bracket body 11 is provided with a first flange 112 connected with the windward side, the first windward plate 12 is provided with a second flange 122 corresponding to the first flange 112, and the first flange 112 is connected with the second flange 122 in a fitting manner. It can be understood that the arrangement effectively improves the reliability of the connection of the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11 on one hand, and can effectively ensure the tightness of the sound absorption cavity on the other hand, prevent the air leakage at the connection position of the first windward plate 12 and the bracket body 11, and weaken the sound absorption effect of the sound absorption cavity. It should be noted that the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the first flange 112 and the second flange 122 are spliced.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the sound absorbing holes 123 are provided in a slit shape. It can be understood that the slit-shaped holes are widely used process holes in the prior art, have a simple structure, and are arranged in such a way, on one hand, the process difficulty of the sound absorbing holes 123 is reduced, so that the overall production cost of the motor bracket 1 of the air conditioner outdoor unit is reduced, and on the other hand, the absorption effect of the medium-high frequency sound is good. It should be noted that, the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the sound absorbing holes 123 may be provided in other shapes. In this embodiment, the width of the sound absorbing hole 123 is in the range of 0.2mm to 3mm, and it can be understood that the width of the sound absorbing hole 123 is too small, the air flow entering the sound absorbing cavity is small, and the sound absorbing cavity absorbs excessive sound; the width of the sound-absorbing hole 123 is too large, and the air flow entering the sound-absorbing cavity is easy to rush out from the sound-absorbing hole 123 before the air flow sufficiently resonates with the cavity wall of the sound-absorbing cavity, so that the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing cavity is weakened; for example, but not limited to, the sound absorbing holes 123 have a width of 1mm. In addition, in the present embodiment, the plurality of sound absorbing holes 123 are arranged on the first windward plate 12 at intervals, and at least a part of the sound absorbing holes 123 in the plurality of sound absorbing holes 123 are inconsistent with the other sound absorbing holes 123 in the length direction, preferably, a part of the sound absorbing holes 123 are in the left-right direction, and another part of the sound absorbing holes 123 are in the up-down direction, so that the air flow blown to the first windward plate 12 in a plurality of directions in unit time can smoothly enter the sound absorbing cavity, and the working efficiency of the sound absorbing cavity is improved; the total area of the plurality of sound-absorbing holes 123 is 1% -10% compared with the area of the first windward plate 12, it is understood that, similar to the width range defining the sound-absorbing holes 123, the total area of the plurality of sound-absorbing holes 123 is too small, the air flow entering the sound-absorbing cavity is small, and the sound absorption of the sound-absorbing cavity is excessive; the total area of the plurality of sound-absorbing holes 123 is excessively large, and the air flow entering the sound-absorbing cavity is easily punched out of the sound-absorbing holes 123 before being sufficiently resonated with the cavity wall of the sound-absorbing cavity, that is, the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing cavity is weakened, for example, but not limited to, the total area of the plurality of sound-absorbing holes 123 is 3%.
Further, the thickness range of the first sound absorption cavity is 5 mm-50 mm; it will be appreciated that the thickness range of the first sound-absorbing chamber is related to the sound frequency range for which it is intended to absorb, both of which must be mutually adapted; in addition, the thickness of the first sound-absorbing cavity is not too large, and the thickness of the first sound-absorbing cavity is too large, so that the overall structure size of the air conditioner outdoor unit motor bracket 1 is easily increased, and the space for placing other structures in the air conditioner outdoor unit is occupied; for example, but not limited to, the first sound absorbing cavity has a thickness of 20mm.
Further, the first interlayer 16 is filled with a sound absorbing material. It can be understood that the air flow entering the sound-absorbing cavity is effectively absorbed by the sound-absorbing material after colliding with the sound-absorbing material while resonating with the cavity wall of the sound-absorbing cavity, so that the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing cavity is better improved. In this embodiment, the sound absorbing material is sound absorbing cotton, and it is understood that the sound absorbing cotton has advantages of stable structure and easy obtaining, and of course, in other embodiments, the sound absorbing material may be wood sound absorbing particles, and the design is not limited thereto.
Example 2
An outdoor unit motor bracket according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, is different from embodiment 1 in that the sound absorbing holes 123 are provided in a circular shape.
Further, the diameter of the sound absorbing hole 123 is in the range of 0.2mm to 3mm, and it can be understood that the diameter of the sound absorbing hole 123 is too small, the air flow entering the sound absorbing cavity is small, and the sound absorbing cavity absorbs excessive sound; the diameter of the sound-absorbing hole 123 is too large, and the air flow entering the sound-absorbing cavity is easy to rush out from the sound-absorbing hole 123 before the air flow sufficiently resonates with the cavity wall of the sound-absorbing cavity, so that the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing cavity is weakened; for example, but not limited to, the sound absorbing holes 123 have a diameter of 1mm.
Example 3
An outdoor unit motor bracket according to another embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that a part of the plurality of sound absorbing holes 123 is circularly arranged and another part is slit-shaped as shown in fig. 9.
Example 4
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner outdoor unit motor support is different from embodiment 1 in that the air conditioner outdoor unit motor support further includes a second windward plate, the second windward plate is mounted on a surface of the first windward plate facing away from the windward surface, a second interlayer is formed by surrounding the second windward plate together, and a junction between the second windward plate and the first windward plate is in joint transition. The second windward plate is provided with another sound absorption hole communicated with the second interlayer, or the second windward plate and the first windward plate are separated to form a sound absorption opening; so set up, be equivalent to forming two hollow sandwich structures at the back of support body, it can be understood that forming more hollow sandwich structures at the back of support body is because the hollow sandwich structure of different thickness, can have the targeted elimination to different abnormal sound frequency, so adopts the combination of the hollow sandwich structure of a plurality of different thickness, is favorable to the elimination of the abnormal sound of wider band.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioner outdoor unit, wherein the specific structure of the air conditioner outdoor unit refers to the embodiment, and as the air conditioner adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the air conditioner at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.
