A suspended ceiling system is characterized by comprising a trimming keel, a hanging piece and an integrated belt; the plurality of edge collecting keels are arranged around the integrated belt, the edges of the bottom surface of the integrated belt are all lapped on the edge collecting keels, and the edge collecting keels are connected with the top space through hanging pieces; wherein,
the edge-receiving keel is provided with a hanging structure, a lap joint structure and a connecting plate; the hanging structure is arranged at the top end of the connecting plate and is connected with the hanging piece; the lap joint structure is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting plate and is arranged to support the integrated belt; the connecting plate is provided with a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface is provided with a smooth plane decoration surface, and the second side surface is provided with a connecting surface of a hanging structure and a lap joint structure;
the hanging piece is provided with a hanging structure and a tightening structure; the hanging structure is provided with hanging holes which are arranged to be inserted into the connecting rods so as to realize connection with the top space; the tightening structure is provided with a fixed supporting plate and a movable supporting plate, and is connected with the edge-collecting keel; the fixed support plate is fixedly connected with the hanging structure, the movable support plate is provided with a tightening bolt, the tightening bolt is used for connecting and tightening the movable support plate and the fixed support plate, and a space between the fixed support plate and the movable support plate is used for clamping a connecting part of a keel to be hung;
the second side surface of the connecting plate is provided with a splicing groove which is arranged as a splicing batten to realize the connection and fixation between adjacent edge folding keels; the inserting groove is provided with a first clamping edge and a second clamping edge; the first clamping edge is arranged on the bottom surface of the hanging structure, and a space between the first clamping edge and the connecting plate is arranged to accommodate and clamp one side edge of the plugging batten; the second card limit sets up the top surface at overlap joint structure, and the space between second card limit and the connecting plate sets up to hold and chucking grafting lath's opposite side.
2. The suspended ceiling system of claim 1, wherein,
the hanging structure is provided with a C-shaped structure, and the opening direction of the C-shaped structure is far away from the lap joint structure; the C-shaped structure is provided with oppositely arranged folded edges, and the oppositely arranged folded edges are used for clamping the connecting part of the hanging piece; the C-shaped structure is provided with a C-shaped cavity which is arranged to accommodate the connecting part of the hanging piece; the lapping structure is provided with a lapping plate which is arranged to support the edge part of the integrated belt.
3. The suspended ceiling system of claim 1, wherein,
an included angle between the first side end surface and the rear side surface of the edge folding keel is set to be 45 degrees, and an included angle between the second side end surface and the rear side surface is also set to be 45 degrees;
wherein the rear side surface is arranged to coincide with the side surface of the connecting plate far away from the lap joint structure; the first side end surface is arranged to coincide with the first end surface of the lap joint structure; the second side end surface is arranged to coincide with the second end surface of the overlap structure.
4. The suspended ceiling system of claim 1, wherein,
the fixed support plate is connected to the bottom end of the hanging structure, two symmetrically arranged grooves are formed in the upper surface of the fixed support plate, and the grooves are used for accommodating folded edges connected with the edge folding keels to be hung; the movable supporting plate is arranged above the fixed supporting plate, an anti-slip rubber pad is embedded on the lower surface of the movable supporting plate, the anti-slip rubber pad is arranged to increase friction between the movable supporting plate and a connecting part of the edge-folding keel to be hung, and the hanging structure is arranged to be a hanging plate.
5. The suspended ceiling system of claim 1 or 4, wherein the stationary support plate and the suspended structure are provided as a unitary design of sheet material bending.
6. The suspended ceiling system of claim 1 or 4, wherein the fixed support plate is welded to the suspended structure.
