技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带及其制备方法,属于输送带技术领域。
背景技术
轻型输送带是输送带中的精细产品,以棉、聚酰胺(PA)、涤纶等织物作为带芯或骨架材料,以橡胶(包括橡塑)或塑料作为覆盖层(也可无覆盖层带),表面可以是光滑的,也可以有各种图案的深浅花纹或横向型条、挡板和波纹挡边。轻型输送带具有带体轻薄、尺寸稳定性好、精度高、色彩明快、张力高、安全无毒等特点。同时,随着制备技术的发展,可供用户选择的产品种类和性能范围越来越广,可具有防静电、耐腐蚀、阻燃、低噪音等各种特殊性能。
根据国家标准GB/T23677 2009轻型输送带,按轻型输送带的覆盖层的材料类型可将其分为两大类:橡胶型(包括橡塑型)和塑料型(包括聚氯乙烯PVC、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体TPU、聚乙烯PE等)。传统的橡胶输送带由美国杜邦公司发明生产并用于各种物品输送,至今已有100多年的历史。基本上以天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶等为主。目前,通过塑料增强橡胶和橡胶增韧塑料等改性原材料的使用,促使以橡胶为主要原料的输送带转向了新型橡塑复合材料输送带。
高分子材料改性技术的发展对输送带用新材料的发展起到了极大的推动作用,通过对高分子材料的改性,可获得高强度、高黏结性、高摩擦以及具有阻燃、抗静电、环保等多种附加性能的新型输送带材料。
输送带一般用于运输散货物料,对于特殊的工况场合就需要具有特殊性质的输送带来完成输送,例如在食品加工就需要一种耐高温、耐油、防粘的输送带来完成对饼干、糖果、糕点的输送。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足之处,提供一种聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带及其制备方法,其制备过程环保,产品能够达到耐高温、防粘连的目的。
本发明的技术方案,聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,自上至下依次包括特氟龙薄膜层、聚氨酯胶质层、底层织物层和聚酯织物骨架;
按重量份计所述聚氨酯胶质层包括TPU粉90-110份和稳定剂7-9份;
所述底层织物层包括PU胶90-110份,润滑剂2-4份和网络交联剂4-6份。
所述聚酯织物骨架采用聚酯纤维编织而成,具体通过经线和纬线编织而成。聚酯纤维其最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力。聚酯纤维编织形成聚酯织物骨架使得传送带的抗拉强度提高。
所述经线包括第一经线和第二经线,所述第一经线采用单根聚酯纤维构成,所述第二经线采用多根纤维构成,所述第一经线与第二经线间隔设置。通过采用上述技术方案,多根纤维构成的第二经线其会形成突出条结构,从而形成加强筋,进而使得整个传送带的抗拉强度得以提高。
所述稳定剂具体为钙锌稳定剂。钙锌稳定剂由钙盐、锌盐、润滑剂、抗氧剂等为主要组分采用特殊复合工艺而合成。它不但可以取代铅镉盐类和有机锡类等有毒稳定剂,而且具有相当好的热稳定性、光稳定性和透明性及着色力。实践证明,在 PVC 树脂制品中,加工性能好,热稳定作用相当于铅盐类稳定剂,是一种良好的无毒稳定剂。本发明采用XY104型钙锌稳定剂,该产品无毒环保,无有害重金属,可替代铅盐、有机锡类稳定剂,有利于环境保护;具有优良的热稳定性,初期着色性出色,长期稳定性及耐候性优良;兼具增韧和促进熔融作用,塑化流动性好,无析出;具有独特偶联作用,赋予填充剂良好的分散性,增进与树脂的包裹,提高制品的色泽鲜艳度和牢固度,改善制品外观,提高制品性能。
所述润滑剂具体为聚乙烯蜡或低分子量聚丙烯。低分子量的聚合物也广泛地用做润滑剂,其内、外润滑性都较好,且无毒。聚乙烯蜡适用于TPU等材料挤塑、压延加工,用量一般是0.1~1phr,可提高加工效率,防止薄膜粘连,改善填料或颜料的分散性,相容性和透明性不是很好;不规整结构低分子量聚丙烯可作为TPU的润滑剂,性能优良,能改善其它助剂的分散性。
所述网络交联剂具体为交联剂TAC。交联剂又称作架桥剂,是聚烃类光致抗蚀剂的重要组成部分,这种光致抗蚀剂的光化学固化作用,依赖于带有双感光性官能团的交联剂参加反应,交联剂曝光后产生双自由基,它和聚烃类树脂相作用,在聚合物分子链之间形成桥键,变为三维结构的不溶性物质。本发明采用安邦化工交联剂——JN852由三聚氯氰,丙烯醇组合成反应制得的交联剂TAC。其理化性质是:凝固点为26℃,比重为1.113,折射率为N26D3:1.504,粘度30℃时为12.55×10-3Pa.s,能与丙酮、苯、氯仿、二恶烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醇互溶。在水下溶解度为0.6g/100g水,在碱性时稳定,遇酸易水解,与钼、镍、锰和汞能加速聚合,用作各类橡胶及塑料的交联剂和敏化剂。
化学名称:三烯丙基氰脲酸酯,分子式:C12H12N3O3,相对分子量:249.27,可显著地缩短硫化时间、提高机械性能,提高耐磨性、耐候性和耐溶剂性;可明显提高耐热性和机械强度,耐热性可提高至200℃以上。
所述特氟龙薄膜又称之为聚四氟乙烯薄膜,是由悬浮聚四氟乙烯树脂经模压、烧结、冷却成毛坯,再经压延制成的。
所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)底层织物层的制备:取PU胶90-110份,润滑剂2-4份和网络交联剂4-6份,充分混合均匀,将其涂覆于聚酯织物骨架上,涂覆厚度为0.5-0.6mm,随后在180-200℃高温塑化0.1-0.2h,得到底层织物层;
(2)聚氨酯胶质浆料的制备:取TPU粉90-110份,稳定剂7-9份,充分混合均匀,研磨至900-1000目,得到聚氨酯胶质浆料;
(3)涂覆:将步骤(2)所得聚氨酯胶质浆料所得底层织物层上,涂覆厚度为0.3-0.4mm,在180-200℃高温塑化0.1-0.2h,得到输送带初品;

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的输送带通过输送带表面聚氨酯胶质层复核特氟龙达到食品加工过程中耐高温、防粘连的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1
所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)底层织物层的制备:取PU胶90份,润滑剂2份和网络交联剂4份,充分混合均匀,将其涂覆于聚酯织物骨架上,涂覆厚度为0.5mm,随后在180℃高温塑化0.2h,得到底层织物层;
(2)聚氨酯胶质浆料的制备:取TPU粉90份,稳定剂7份,充分混合均匀,研磨至900目,得到聚氨酯胶质浆料;
(3)涂覆:将步骤(2)所得聚氨酯胶质浆料所得底层织物层上,涂覆厚度为0.3mm,在180℃高温塑化0.2h,得到输送带初品;
(4)粘结:将厚度为0.1mm的特氟龙薄膜粘合在步骤(3)所得输送带初品的聚氨酯胶质层表面上,在190℃下高温固化0.2h,即得产品聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带。
所述聚酯织物骨架采用聚酯纤维编织而成,具体通过经线和纬线编织而成。所述经线包括第一经线和第二经线,所述第一经线采用单根聚酯纤维构成,所述第二经线采用多根纤维构成,所述第一经线与第二经线间隔设置。
所述稳定剂具体为钙锌稳定剂。
所述润滑剂具体为聚乙烯蜡或低分子量聚丙烯。
所述网络交联剂具体为交联剂TAC。
实施例2
所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)底层织物层的制备:取PU胶110份,润滑剂4份和网络交联剂6份,充分混合均匀,将其涂覆于聚酯织物骨架上,涂覆厚度为0.5-0.6mm,随后在180℃高温塑化0.2h,得到底层织物层;
(2)聚氨酯胶质浆料的制备:取TPU粉110份,稳定剂9份,充分混合均匀,研磨至1000目,得到聚氨酯胶质浆料;
(3)涂覆:将步骤(2)所得聚氨酯胶质浆料所得底层织物层上,涂覆厚度为0.4mm,在200℃高温塑化0.1h,得到输送带初品;
(4)粘结:将厚度为0.2mm的特氟龙薄膜粘合在步骤(3)所得输送带初品的聚氨酯胶质层表面上,在200℃下高温固化0.1h,即得产品聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带。
所述聚酯织物骨架采用聚酯纤维编织而成,具体通过经线和纬线编织而成。所述经线包括第一经线和第二经线,所述第一经线采用单根聚酯纤维构成,所述第二经线采用多根纤维构成,所述第一经线与第二经线间隔设置。

实施例3
所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)底层织物层的制备:取PU胶100份,润滑剂3份和网络交联剂5份,充分混合均匀,将其涂覆于聚酯织物骨架上,涂覆厚度为0.55mm,随后在190℃高温塑化0.15h,得到底层织物层;
(2)聚氨酯胶质浆料的制备:取TPU粉100份,稳定剂8份,充分混合均匀,研磨至950目,得到聚氨酯胶质浆料;
(3)涂覆:将步骤(2)所得聚氨酯胶质浆料所得底层织物层上,涂覆厚度为0.35mm,在190℃高温塑化0.15h,得到输送带初品;
(4)粘结:将厚度为0.1-0.2mm的特氟龙薄膜粘合在步骤(3)所得输送带初品的聚氨酯胶质层表面上,在195℃下高温固化0.15h,即得产品聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带。
所述聚酯织物骨架采用聚酯纤维编织而成,具体通过经线和纬线编织而成。所述经线包括第一经线和第二经线,所述第一经线采用单根聚酯纤维构成,所述第二经线采用多根纤维构成,所述第一经线与第二经线间隔设置。

Claims (7)

1.聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,其特征是:自上至下依次包括特氟龙薄膜层、聚氨酯胶质层、底层织物层和聚酯织物骨架;
按重量份计所述聚氨酯胶质层包括TPU粉90-110份和稳定剂7-9份;
所述底层织物层包括PU胶90-110份,润滑剂2-4份和网络交联剂4-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述聚酯织物骨架采用聚酯纤维编织而成,具体通过经线和纬线编织而成。
3.如权利要求1所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述经线包括第一经线和第二经线,所述第一经线采用单根聚酯纤维构成,所述第二经线采用多根纤维构成,所述第一经线与第二经线间隔设置。
4.如权利要求1所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述稳定剂具体为钙锌稳定剂。
5.如权利要求1所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述润滑剂具体为聚乙烯蜡或低分子量聚丙烯。
6.如权利要求1所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述网络交联剂具体为交联剂TAC。
7.权利要求1-6之一所述聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带的制备方法,其特征是按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)底层织物层的制备:取PU胶90-110份,润滑剂2-4份和网络交联剂4-6份,充分混合均匀,将其涂覆于聚酯织物骨架上,涂覆厚度为0.5-0.6mm,随后在180-200℃高温塑化0.1-0.2h,得到底层织物层;
(2)聚氨酯胶质浆料的制备:取TPU粉90-110份,稳定剂7-9份,充分混合均匀,研磨至900-1000目,得到聚氨酯胶质浆料;
(3)涂覆:将步骤(2)所得聚氨酯胶质浆料所得底层织物层上,涂覆厚度为0.3-0.4mm,在180-200℃高温塑化0.1-0.2h,得到输送带初品;
(4)粘结:将厚度为0.1-0.2mm的特氟龙薄膜粘合在步骤(3)所得输送带初品的聚氨酯胶质层表面上,在190-200℃下高温固化0.1-0.2h,即得产品聚氨酯表面复合特氟龙的轻型输送带。
