The application of the antibacterial non-woven fabric for medical and health care in preparing surgical gowns and masks is provided. The medical and health antibacterial non-woven fabric is processed according to a conventional process to obtain the surgical gown or the mask.
Example 5
An antibacterial nonwoven fabric for medical hygiene is prepared by soaking nonwoven fabric in antibacterial finishing liquid and drying.
The antibacterial finishing liquid is prepared by the following method: adding 0.3 part by weight of sodium polyacrylate, 0.4 part by weight of polyacrylamide, 0.3 part by weight of 1,2,3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid, 0.3 part by weight of coupling agent, 4.5 parts by weight of acrylate emulsion, 0.08 part by weight of 1-chloro-3-hydroxymethyl-5-epoxypropyl-S-triazine trione, and 0.16 part by weight of 2-chloro-4- (4-sulfophenylamino) -6- (3-hydroxypropyl-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin) -1,3, 5-triazine into 95 parts by weight of deionized water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the product.

Test example 1
The antibacterial nonwoven fabrics for medical care prepared in examples 1 to 4 were tested for their properties. The specific test results are shown in table 1.

According to the medical and sanitary antibacterial non-woven fabric, the performance of the medical and sanitary antibacterial non-woven fabric is greatly improved by modifying the coupling agent. The non-woven fabric with the broad-spectrum antibacterial function has the antibacterial and bactericidal capacity, and can be well used for medical articles such as surgical gowns, protective clothing, masks and the like; the antibacterial fabric has the advantages of soft hand feeling, wide antibacterial spectrum, durable antibacterial performance, safety, reliability, capability of meeting the requirements of surgical gowns, antibacterial performance, air permeability, radiation protection, wearing comfort and the like, and wide application prospect.
Claims (4)
1. An antibacterial non-woven fabric for medical and health care is characterized in that the antibacterial non-woven fabric is obtained by dipping the non-woven fabric in an antibacterial finishing liquid and then drying; the antibacterial finishing liquid is prepared by the following method: adding 0.2-0.5 part by weight of dispersant, 0.3-0.7 part by weight of polyacrylamide, 0.1-0.4 part by weight of cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of coupling agent, 1-6 parts by weight of acrylate emulsion and 0.05-0.4 part by weight of antibacterial agent into 88-98 parts by weight of water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based antibacterial agent;
the coupling agent is modified isocyanic acid propyl triethoxy silane; the modified isocyanic acid propyl triethoxy silane is prepared by the following method: 3-pentadecylphenol, hydroxyethyl acrylate, isopropyltriethoxysilane isocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate in a mass ratio of 1: (2-3): (5-9): (0.0001-0.0005) adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, and stirring and reacting for 0.5-2.5h at the temperature of 70-90 ℃ to obtain modified isopropyl triethoxysilane;
the antibacterial agent is prepared from 1-chloro-3-hydroxymethyl-5-epoxypropyl-S-triazine trione, 2-chloro-4- (4-sulfophenylamino) -6- (3-hydroxypropyl-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin) -1,3, 5-triazine in a mass ratio of 1: (2-3);
the dispersing agent is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or sodium polyacrylate, and the crosslinking agent is 1,2,3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid.
2. The antibacterial nonwoven fabric for medical care and hygiene according to claim 1, wherein the material of the nonwoven fabric is cotton, polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, spandex or acrylic.
3. The method for preparing the antibacterial non-woven fabric for medical care according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the antibacterial non-woven fabric for medical care is obtained by dipping the non-woven fabric in the antibacterial finishing liquid at 30 to 50 ℃ for 25 to 45min, and drying the dipped non-woven fabric at 45 to 65 ℃ for 15 to 35 h.
4. Use of the antibacterial nonwoven fabric for medical care and health use according to claim 1 or 2 for the production of surgical gowns and masks.
