The snow melting agent can be sprayed on the road surface in advance before ice and snow arrive, so that the freezing point of ice and snow on the road is effectively delayed; the snow melting agent provided by the invention directly melts ice and snow in a pre-wetting mode, so that the snow melting time is shortened; the snow-melting agent takes potassium carbonate inorganic salt as a main snow-melting component, and does not contain Cl of corrosive metal‑The corrosion of the snow-melting agent to metal and concrete is effectively prevented; the snow melting agent has a low freezing point, ensures that ice and snow are melted and then flow away in liquid water so as not to freeze on a road, and ensures the driving safety.

Particularly, in cold rainy and snowy weather, because the water area is below the bridge surface or the bridge is suspended, the temperature of the bridge surface is usually lower than that of a road, the bridge surface is easy to freeze, the friction coefficient of the road is obviously reduced, and road traffic accidents are easily caused.
The complex weather conditions seriously affect the conditions of the road surface, the conditions of snow accumulation, frost, thin ice and the like occur occasionally, great risks are brought to the running of vehicles, the traffic smoothness in the city is seriously affected, the running safety is affected, and even the serious loss of national property and the life and property of people is caused. Therefore, the active anti-icing and dust removal is realized by adopting advanced technical means, the urban traffic safety under the severe ice and snow weather is ensured, and particularly the traffic safety and smoothness of key nodes such as urban overpasses, ramp-up and ramp-down ramps and the like are ensured, so that the practical problem which needs to be solved urgently is solved. At present, the snow melting and deicing measures for the fields of expressways, airport runways, bridges, urban roads and the like mainly comprise mechanical snow removal, manual snow removal and snow removal by snow melting agents. The use of solid snow-melting agents also has drawbacks, mainly manifested in the following aspects: firstly, when the solid snow-melting agent is spread for operation, the road surface is slippery, and the solid snow-melting agent is ejected out of the road surface and splashed into the road shoulder, so that the waste is great; secondly, when the dry snow-melting agent is scattered on the snow, heat and moisture need to be absorbed, and if sufficient heat and moisture are not absorbed, the solid snow-melting agent does not react chemically; thirdly, the solid snow-melting agent needs longer time for melting the ice and snow, especially under the climate condition with lower temperature.

Detailed Description
The invention prepares the road snow-melting agent with environment protection and no corrosiveness in the following steps:
(1) putting 1, 3-propylene glycol and diethylene glycol into a mixing tank with stirring, and uniformly stirring at room temperature and the stirring speed of 180 r/min;
(2) adding potassium carbonate, potassium acetate and urea into a mixing tank under stirring, stirring for 15min at room temperature, and stirring at the rotating speed of 180 r/min;
(3) adding dicyclohexylamine nitrite, sodium tetraborate, oxaloacetic acid, sodium lactate and phytic acid into a mixing tank under stirring, stirring at room temperature for 30min at the stirring speed of 300r/min, and discharging after uniform stirring to obtain the environment-friendly and non-corrosive road snow-melting agent;
(4) when in use, distilled water is added into the environment-friendly and non-corrosive road snow-melting agent to prepare a snow-melting agent solution with a certain concentration, and the solution is uniformly mixed for later use.
Examples 6-8 also used the above method, and the corresponding starting materials contained in examples 6-8 were added in each step, and the starting materials not referred to in examples 6-8 were not added.
The following groups of examples were prepared according to the above-mentioned method, and the components and contents of each group of examples are shown in table 1, and the properties of the liquid road snow-melting agent obtained by each group of examples are shown in table 2.

3. Corrosion test of carbon steel sheet by environment-friendly and non-corrosive road snow-melting agent
The carbon steel corrosion rates of the snow-melting agents obtained in examples 1 to 8 were measured with reference to national standard GBT 23851-2009.

Preparing a sodium chloride solution by the same method, soaking a carbon steel sheet with the thickness of 50mm x 2mm in the sodium chloride solution for 7 days, and basically corroding the carbon steel sheet completely after soaking for 180 days.
