一种仿生无痛注射器针头属医疗器械技术领域,本发明中针尖、针管和连接头为一体结构,所述的针管的横截面为圆形,上表面由ab连线组成曲线A,俯视角度下的针管,以纵轴线c‑c为中心,其两侧对称设有滑轨Ⅰ和滑轨Ⅱ;滑轨Ⅰ中起点为e,终点为f,ef连线组成曲线B,滑轨Ⅱ中起点为c,终点为d,cd连线组成曲线B’。曲线A的数学表达式为:y1=3.115×10‑5x3‑0.04847x2+27.36x‑4688其中:350≤x≤410;曲线B的数学表达式为:y2=5.407×10‑5x3‑0.07635x2+38.27x‑6025其中:340≤x≤400;本发明模仿大土蜂蜂针部分的曲线特征,设计注射器的针头,用以无痛注入人体皮肤,能减轻人体的疼痛感。

Description

一种仿生无痛注射器针头
技术领域
本发明属医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种仿生无痛注射器针头。
背景技术
皮下注射是当前较为常见的医疗方法,该方法为使用注射器刺破人体皮肤将药物直接输入体内。在注射医疗过程中,针头刺入人体内产生的疼痛感跟人体皮肤内的感觉器官有关。人体皮肤由表皮,真皮和皮下组织三部分组成,痛觉感受器位于表皮内,其髓神经纤维进入表皮即失去神经膜,并分支成网状或小球状,分散于表皮细胞间隙内,在皮肤表面有痛点存在,分布密集,所以表皮痛觉特别敏感。感受器取决于刺激的强度,变化速率,作用时间,作用面积四个因素,注射时决定疼痛的四个因素中变化速率和作用时间与注射器针头无关,作用面积取决于针头型号,因此刺激的强度是注射痛觉感中唯一可以改变的因素。从当前市场看,现在尚未有一种减痛效果优,加工工艺成熟,价格合理,同时在药物临床作用效果方面,可以完全取代普通注射器的产品。
另一方面,从仿生学的角度来看,大土蜂的蜂针呈弯曲状,和注射针头平滑的片面相比,弯曲状的蜂针和皮肤组织接触的阻力变小,减少了对于神经的刺激,所以产生的疼痛感大大降低。
基于上述情况,本发明拟研制一种模仿大土蜂蜂针的医用注射针头,这种针头在扎进皮肤的时候不会让人感到疼痛,非常适合用于开发新型医用注射器。
发明内容
针对注射器针头的作用形式,本发明利用仿生学原理,对注射器的针头进行了再设计,使其能够无痛刺入人体皮肤。
本发明由针尖1、针管2和连接头4组成,针尖1、针管2和连接头4为一体结构,所述的针管2的横截面为圆形,上表面由ab连线组成曲线A。
俯视角度下的针管2,以纵轴线c-c为中心,其两侧对称设有滑轨Ⅰ3和滑轨Ⅱ5。
滑轨Ⅰ3中起点为e,终点为f,ef连线组成曲线B,滑轨Ⅱ5中起点为c,终点为d,cd连线组成曲线B’。
曲线A的数学表达式为:y1=3.115×10-5x3-0.04847x2+27.36x-4688
其中:350≤x≤410。
曲线B的数学表达式为:y2=5.407×10-5x3-0.07635x2+38.27x-6025
其中:340≤x≤400。
所述的针头长度L1为16-60mm,针管2的外径L2为0.4-1.76mm,针管2的厚度L3为0.124-0.273mm;所述的针尖1的夹角α为11-17°。
滑轨Ⅰ3的起点e和滑轨Ⅱ5的起点c所在圆的圆弧角β为120-170°;滑轨Ⅰ3和滑轨Ⅱ5的横截面为圆弧形,圆弧半径L4为0.019-0.037mm,圆弧角γ为90-120°,滑轨Ⅰ3的终点d、和滑轨Ⅱ5的终点f点所在圆的圆弧角δ为85-115°。
本发明模仿大土蜂蜂针部分的曲线特征,设计注射器的针头,用以无痛注入人体皮肤,能减轻人体的疼痛感。

下面结合附图对本发明进行描述。
如图1至图5所示,本发明由针尖1、针管2和连接头4组成,针尖1、针管2和连接头4为一体结构,所述的针管2的横截面为圆形,上表面由ab连线组成曲线A。
俯视角度下的针管2,以纵轴线c-c为中心,其两侧对称设有滑轨Ⅰ3和滑轨Ⅱ5。
滑轨Ⅰ3中起点为e,终点为f,ef连线组成曲线B,滑轨Ⅱ5中起点为c,终点为d,cd连线组成曲线B’。

1.一种仿生无痛注射器针头,由针尖(1)、针管(2)和连接头(4)组成,针尖(1)、针管(2)和连接头(4)为一体结构,其特征在于,所述的针管(2)的横截面为圆形,上表面由ab连线组成曲线A;俯视角度下的针管(2),以纵轴线c-c为中心,其两侧对称设有滑轨I(3)和滑轨II(5);滑轨I(3)中起点为e,终点为f,ef连线组成曲线B;滑轨II(5)中起点为c,终点为d,cd连线组成曲线B’;
曲线A的数学表达式为:
y1=3.115×10-5x3-0.04847x2+27.36x-4688
