Description

Medical needle with protector
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a medical needle with a protector.
Background
Conventionally, a medical needle with a protector, which includes a needle body and a cylindrical protector capable of housing the needle body, is known (for example, see patent document 1). The needle body is composed of a needle tube with a sharp front end and a needle seat for supporting the needle tube, the needle seat supports the rear end part of the needle tube at the top end, and a flexible tube is connected at the rear end.
In the medical needle with a protector, it is desirable that the needle tube does not fall off after puncturing a blood vessel or the like, and the needle tube housed in the protector after use does not protrude any more and causes erroneous puncturing. Therefore, the medical needle with the protector includes: a 1 st locking member for releasably locking the needle body to the protector in a state where the needle tube protrudes from the protector, and a 2 nd locking member for non-releasably locking the needle body to the protector in a state where the needle tube is housed in the protector.
According to the medical needle with the protector, when the needle tube is inserted into a blood vessel or the like in a state where the needle tube protrudes from the protector, the needle body is locked to the protector by the 1 st locking member, and therefore, the needle tube can be prevented from dropping out of the blood vessel. After use, the needle tube can be housed in the protector by releasing the lock by the 1 st locking member.
Further, according to the medical needle with a protector, when the needle tube is housed in the protector, the needle body is locked in the protector by the 2 nd locking member, and therefore, the needle body does not protrude any more, and erroneous puncture can be prevented.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the above-described conventional medical needle with a protector, both the needle body and the protector are made of a synthetic resin material by injection molding. However, if the needle body and the protector which are molded separately are to be assembled, the 1 st locking member or the 2 nd locking member becomes an obstacle, and there is a problem that the assembly cannot be performed.
In order to solve the above problems, it is conceivable that one of the needle main body and the protector is molded in advance, and the other of the needle main body and the protector is molded by insert molding by disposing the one of the needle main body and the protector in a mold during injection molding, thereby obtaining the product in which the needle main body and the protector are in an assembled state.
However, there are disadvantages that a mold having a complicated structure is required and the operation is complicated when the insert molding is performed.
The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a medical needle with a protector, which can eliminate such a problem and can easily assemble the needle body and the protector, which are molded separately.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, a medical needle with a protector according to the present invention includes: a needle body including a needle tube having a sharp front end and a hub supporting a rear end portion of the needle tube at a tip end and connected to a flexible tube at a rear end; a cylindrical protector which can be assembled with the needle body and can house the needle tube; a 1 st locking member that releasably locks the needle main body to the protector in a state where the needle tube protrudes from the protector; and a 2 nd locking member that locks the needle main body to the protector in a non-releasable manner in a state where the needle tube is housed in the protector;
the medical needle with the protector is characterized in that,
the 1 st locking member includes: 1 pair of arms which are arranged along the length direction of the needle seat at the side part of the needle seat and can freely elastically deform relative to the needle seat; a hook provided at a tip of the arm; and 1 pair of locking parts which are arranged on the side part of the protector and locked with the hook part;
the 2 nd locking member includes: a 1 st projecting portion provided at a distal end portion of the hub projecting from the protector when the needle body is locked to the protector by the 1 st locking member, and having a slope (slope) at a rear end side; a 2 nd projecting portion provided closer to a tip side than the 1 st projecting portion of the hub with a predetermined interval from the 1 st projecting portion; and an engaging member provided at a rear end side of the protector so as to be elastically deformable outward, the engaging member being guided by the inclination of the 1 st projecting portion and being engaged with a gap between the 1 st projecting portion and the 2 nd projecting portion when the needle tube is housed in the protector; the 1 st locking part has 1 pair of arms arranged symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the needle holder; the 1 st projection and the 2 nd projection of the 2 nd locking member are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hub at positions corresponding to a line perpendicular to a line connecting the 1 pair of arms; the protector has a 1 st groove part and a 2 nd groove part which are arranged in the total length from the front end part to the rear end part of the inner peripheral surface, wherein the 1 st groove part is arranged in the direction corresponding to the wire which connects the 1 st locking part and the 2 nd locking part of the 2 nd locking component; the 2 nd groove portion is provided in a direction corresponding to a line perpendicular to a line connecting the 1 pair of lock portions.
The medical needle with a protector according to the present invention includes a needle body including a needle tube having a sharp distal end and a hub having a distal end supporting a rear end portion of the needle tube and having a flexible tube connected to the rear end, and a tubular protector incorporating the needle body, and is provided so as to be able to accommodate the needle tube.
The medical needle with a protector of the present invention is used for puncturing a blood vessel or the like in a state where the needle tube protrudes from the protector, and supplying a drug solution or the like to the blood vessel or the like through the flexible tube and the needle tube. In this case, in the medical needle with a protector according to the present invention, the needle body is locked to the protector by the 1 st locking member, so that the needle tube can be prevented from coming off the blood vessel or the like. The 1 st locking member locks the needle main body to the protector by locking a hook portion provided at a tip end of the arm portion of the needle holder to a locking portion provided to the protector.
When the medical needle with the protector of the present invention is removed from a blood vessel or the like, the locking of the needle body and the protector by the 1 st locking member is released. The release of the lock by the 1 st locking member may be performed by pushing the arm portion toward the needle holder side so as to be separated from the locking portion of the protector.
When the locking by the 1 st locking member is released, the needle holder is retracted to draw the needle tube into the protector. When the needle holder is retracted, the 1 st protruding portion and the 2 nd protruding portion of the 2 nd locking member are guided by the 2 nd groove portion, and thus the needle holder can be smoothly retracted.
When the 1 st protruding portion and the 2 nd protruding portion of the 2 nd locking member retreat to the rear end portion of the 2 nd groove portion, the engaging member is deformed outward by the inclination provided on the rear end side of the 1 st protruding portion. When the engaging member passes over the 1 st protruding portion due to the retraction of the needle main body, the engaging member is restored to its original shape by its own elasticity and is engaged in the gap between the 1 st protruding portion and the 2 nd protruding portion.
As a result, the needle body is locked to the protector by the 2 nd locking member so as to be unreleasable from the protector, and is prevented from moving forward and backward, so that the needle tube accommodated in the protector does not protrude any more.
Next, when the needle body is assembled to the protector, the tip end side of the needle holder is inserted to the rear end side of the protector. At this time, when the tip end side of the needle holder is inserted into the rear end side of the protector in a posture in which the 1 pair of arm portions of the needle holder are locked to the locking portions of the protector, the 2 nd projecting portion provided at the tip end portion of the needle holder collides with the engaging member, and thus the insertion is impossible.
Thus, the protector and the hub are rotated relatively by 90 ° about their central axes. In this way, the collision between the 2 nd projecting portion provided at the distal end portion of the hub and the engaging member is avoided, and the 2 nd projecting portion and the 1 st projecting portion can be accommodated in the 1 st groove portion provided in the direction corresponding to the wire connecting the 1 pair of locking portions. The needle holder can be inserted into the protector by setting the 2 nd projecting portion and the 1 st projecting portion in a posture in which they are accommodated in the 1 st groove portion, but when the 1 pair of arm portions collide with the rear end portion of the protector, the needle holder cannot be further inserted.
Thus, the protector and the hub are relatively rotated by 90 ° about their central axes in the opposite direction to the previous rotation. Thus, the needle holder is in a posture in which the 1 pair of arm portions are locked by the 1 pair of locking portions of the protector, and is further inserted into the protector in a state in which the 1 pair of arm portions are pressed and deformed in the direction of the needle holder. When the arm is released from being pushed when the hook provided at the distal end of the arm reaches the lock portion, the arm is restored to its original shape by its own elasticity, and the hook is locked to the lock portion, whereby the needle body is assembled to the protector.
Therefore, according to the medical needle with a protector of the present invention, the needle body and the protector, which are separately molded, can be easily assembled without insert molding or the like.
In the medical needle with a protector according to the present invention, it is preferable that the 1 st projecting portion and the 2 nd projecting portion of the 2 nd locking member are provided in 1 pair on the outer peripheral surface of the hub at positions corresponding to a line perpendicular to a line connecting 1 pair of the arm portions of the 1 st locking member, and the 1 pair of the 1 st projecting portion and the 1 pair of the 2 nd projecting portion are formed symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the hub.
The 1 st and 2 nd protrusions of the 2 nd locking member may be provided only in 1 set on the outer peripheral surface of the needle holder at a position corresponding to a line perpendicular to a line connecting the 1 pair of arm portions of the 1 st locking member. However, by providing 1 pair of the projecting portions so as to be symmetrical with respect to the center axis of the hub, the needle body can be reliably locked to the protector.
In the medical needle with a protector according to the present invention, it is preferable that the protector includes 1 pair of wing-shaped members. By folding the 1 pair of wing-shaped members together and pinching the medical needle with a protector of the present invention, the needle tube can be easily inserted into a blood vessel or the like. In the medical needle with a protector of the present invention, after the needle tube is inserted into a blood vessel or the like, the 1 pair of wing-shaped members may be spread and fixed to the skin by an adhesive tape or the like.

Detailed Description
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the medical needle with protector 1 of the present embodiment includes: a needle body 3 for supporting a needle tube 2 having a sharp distal end, a tubular protector 4 in which the needle body 3 is assembled, and a pair of wing-like members 5 externally fitted to the protector 4.
The needle body 3 is composed of a needle tube 2 and a hub 7. The needle holder 7 supports the rear end of the needle tube 2 at the distal end thereof and is connected to the flexible tube 6 at the rear end. The hub 7 is formed by injection molding of synthetic resin such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin (ABS resin). The protector 4 is formed by injection molding of polypropylene resin or the like and is made to be able to accommodate the needle tube 2, and the wing-like member 5 is formed by injection molding of soft resin such as vinyl chloride resin.
As shown in fig. 3, the hub 7 constituting the needle body 3 includes a needle tube support portion 72, into which the needle tube 2 is inserted and supported, on the distal end side of a cylindrical hub body 71, and a connecting tube portion 73, to which the flexible tube 6 is connected, on the rear end side. The needle tube support portion 72 and the connecting tube portion 73 communicate with each other via a hollow portion 74 provided therebetween.
Further, 1 pair of arm portions 75, 75 are provided at the rear end portion of the hub main body 71 so as to be symmetrical with respect to the center axis of the hub 7. The arms 75, 75 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the hub main body 71 with a space from the hub main body 71. A hook 77 is provided at a tip end portion of the arm 75 via a neck 76, and an inclined surface 78 formed from the tip end side toward the rear end side is formed at the tip end of the hook 77, the inclined surface 78 being made sharp on the side close to the hub main body 71.
Since the header 7 is formed of ABS resin as described above, the arms 75, 75 can be elastically deformed in the direction of the header body 71 by pressing the arms 75, 75 in the direction indicated by the arrow. Further, if the pressing of the arm portions 75, 75 is released, the arm portions 75, 75 can be restored to their original shape by their own elastic force.
As shown in fig. 4, when the hub 7 is viewed from the distal end of the hub 7, the 1 st projecting portion 79 and the 2 nd projecting portion 80 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the hub main body 71 at positions corresponding to a line perpendicular to the lines connecting the arm portions 75, 75. The 1 pair of projections 79,80 are provided at positions symmetrical with respect to the center axis of the hub 7, respectively. The projections 79 and 80 may be provided in 1 piece on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the hub main body 71 at positions corresponding to a line perpendicular to the line connecting the arm portions 75 and 75, respectively.
The 1 st protruding portion 79 has an inclination 79a at the rear end portion, and 1 pair of inclinations 79a are provided on the left and right with a space left therebetween. The 2 nd projecting portion 80 is provided closer to the distal end side of the hub main body 71 than the 1 st projecting portion 79 with a predetermined interval from the 1 st projecting portion 79.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, the protector 4 includes a widened portion 42 that is gradually widened from the distal end side toward the rear end side when viewed from the top at the rear end portion of the cylindrical protector body 41, and includes insertion portions 43, 43 into which the arm portions 75, 75 are inserted at the rear end portion of the widened portion 42. The insertion portion 43 is provided with a window portion 44 in a lateral direction, and the hook portion 77 of the arm portion 75 inserted into the insertion portion 43 is locked to the window portion 44. That is, the arm portion 75, the hook portion 77, the insertion portion 43 of the protector 4, and the window portion 44 of the hub 7 constitute the 1 st locking member.
The protector body 41 further includes a 1 st groove portion 45 and a 2 nd groove portion 46 extending over the entire length from the distal end portion to the rear end portion on the inner peripheral surface. The 1 st groove portion 45 is provided in a direction corresponding to a line connecting the insertion portions 43, 43; the 2 nd groove portion 46 is provided in a direction corresponding to a line perpendicular to a line connecting the insertion portions 43, 43. The space where the grooves 45, 46 intersect is set so that the hub main body 71 can slide, and both the grooves 45, 46 are provided so that the protruding portions 79,80 shown in fig. 4 can pass. Further, the rear end of the 1 st groove portion 45 communicates with the insertion portion 43.
Further, an engaging member 47 is provided at the rear end of the 2 nd groove portion 46. As shown in fig. 6, the engaging member 47 is an L-shaped member connected to the rear end of the protector body 41 in cross-sectional view, and is provided so as to close the rear end of the 2 nd groove 46.
Since the protector 4 is formed of polypropylene resin as described above, the engaging member 47 can be elastically deformed outside (in the vertical direction in the drawing) the protector main body 41 by being guided by the slope 79a of the 1 st projecting portion 79. When the engaging member 47 passes over the 1 st protruding portion 79, it can return to its original shape by its own elastic force and engage with the gap between the 1 st protruding portion 79 and the 2 nd protruding portion 80. That is, the projecting portions 79 and 80 of the hub 7 and the engaging member 47 of the protector 4 constitute the 2 nd locking means.
Next, with reference to fig. 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B, the operation of the medical needle 1 with a protector when the needle tube 2 is removed from a blood vessel or the like and stored in the protector 4 will be described.
When the needle tube 2 is pierced into a blood vessel or the like, as shown in fig. 7A, the hook 77 provided at the tip of the arm 75 of the hub 7 is locked to the window 44 of the protector 4, whereby the needle tube 2 is protruded from the protector 4. Therefore, when the needle tube 2 is removed from the blood vessel or the like, the arm 75 is pushed in the direction of the arrow by the arm, and the arm 75 is elastically deformed in the direction of the hub main body 71, thereby releasing the lock between the hook 77 and the window 44. As shown in fig. 7B, the needle holder 7 is retracted while the arm portion 75 is deformed in the direction of the needle holder main body 71, whereby the needle tube 2 is drawn into the protector main body 41.
At this time, as shown in fig. 8A, the 1 st projecting portion 79 and the 2 nd projecting portion 80 formed at the distal end portion of the hub main body 71 are guided by the 2 nd groove portion 46, and therefore, can be smoothly retracted in association with the retraction of the hub 7. When the 1 st protruding portion 79 abuts against the engaging member 47, the engaging member 47 can be elastically deformed as described above, and therefore, the engaging member 47 is guided by the inclination 79a of the 1 st protruding portion 79 and is deformed outside (in the vertical direction in the drawing) the protector main body 41.
Thereafter, when the needle holder 7 is further retracted, as shown in fig. 8B, the engaging member 47 passes over the 1 st protruding portion 79 and returns to its original shape by its own elastic force, thereby engaging in the gap between the 1 st protruding portion 79 and the 2 nd protruding portion 80. At this time, the needle tube 2 is accommodated in the protector body 41, and the lock between the engaging member 47 and the protruding portions 79 and 80 cannot be released unless the engaging member 47 is deformed outward.
Therefore, the needle tube 2 housed in the protector body 41 does not protrude any more, and erroneous puncture can be prevented.
Next, the operation of assembling the separately molded needle body 3 (hub 7) and protector 4 will be described with reference to fig. 9A and 9B.
When the needle body 3 is assembled to the protector 4, as shown in fig. 9A, the tip end side of the needle holder 7 is inserted to the rear end side of the protector 4. At this time, when the tip end side of the needle holder 7 is inserted to the rear end side of the protector 4 in a posture in which the 1 pair of arm portions 75, 75 of the needle holder 7 is inserted into the insertion portion 43 of the protector body 41 and the hook portion 77 is locked to the window portion 44, the 2 nd projecting portion 80 provided at the tip end portion of the needle holder 7 collides with the engaging member 47, and insertion is disabled. Therefore, the protector 4 and the hub 7 are rotated by 90 ° about the central axis thereof as shown by the arrow in fig. 9A.
As shown in fig. 9B, the hub 7 is thus in the following posture: interference of the 2 nd projecting portion 80 with the snap member 47 is avoided so that the projecting portions 79,80 can be accommodated in the 1 st groove portion 45. Fig. 9B shows a state where the protector 4 is rotated by 90 ° with respect to fig. 9A. Therefore, when advancing the needle holder 7, the projections 79,80 can be guided by the 1 st groove portion 45 to advance smoothly with the advance of the needle holder 7.
When the needle holder 7 is continuously advanced in the manner as described above, the arm portions 75, 75 collide with the rear end portion of the protector 4, and further advancement is not possible. Thus, the protector 4 and the needle holder 7 are relatively rotated by 90 ° about the central axis thereof in the opposite direction to the previous rotation.
In this way, the hub 7 returns to the posture shown in fig. 9A, and the arm portions 75, 75 are inserted into the insertion portions 43, 43 of the protector 4, and therefore, the arm portions 75, 75 are further advanced and inserted into the insertion portion 43 in a state of being deformed by being pressed in the direction of the hub main body 71. At this time, the arm portion 75 is provided with the inclined surface 78 at the distal end, and therefore can be easily inserted into the insertion portion 43 guided by the inclined surface 78. When the hook 77 provided at the tip of the arm 75 reaches the position of the window 44, the arm 75 is released from the pressing, and the arm 75 returns to its original shape by its own elasticity, and the hook 77 is locked to the window 44.
As a result, the needle body 3 can be assembled to the protector 4.
