if the legality check is passed, a preset written document generating mode is used for subsidizing the written document, meanwhile, the subsidizing state of the written document is updated to be the handling state, and the handling state is sent to the client;
if the written document is successfully completed, printing the completed written document;
if the written document is printed successfully, updating the written document subsidizing state to be a completion state, and sending the completion state to the client;
the written document filing application information includes information of an applicant of the written document, and if the written document filing success, the written document generating method further includes:
acquiring current system time as the subsidy time of the written document;
recording the applicant information and updating the successful transaction times of the written document;
counting the times that the applicant information of the written document is different from the attribution information of the written document, and determining the working state of the attribution according to the times, wherein the working state comprises a busy type and a leisure type;
determining the handling frequency of the affiliate according to the complementary handling time;
determining the character type of the attribution according to the successful handling times of the written document;
and sending user reminding information containing the working state, the handling frequency or the character type to the client.

The method of generating written documents according to claim 1, wherein the written document filing application information further includes identification information of the written document requested to be filed and attribution information of the written document requested to be filed, and the legality checking of the written document filing application information includes:
in a written document database, if the attribution information is inquired, acquiring target written document identification information corresponding to the attribution information, or in the written document database, if the identification information is inquired, acquiring target attribution information corresponding to the identification information, wherein the written document database records the written document attribution information, the written document identification information and the corresponding relationship between the written document contents;
and if the identification information of the target written document is consistent with the identification information of the written document requested to be subsidized, or the information of the target attribution person is consistent with the information of the attribution person of the written document requested to be subsidized, confirming that the validity check is passed.
