Abstract

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment provides an outer glass unit panel that can be integrally installed directly after in-situ processing, or after processing and manufacturing in a processing plant.
The outer glass unit plate comprises a bearing beam 2, a hanging clamp 5, a hanging clamp adapter 1, a glass upper notch component 4 and outer large plate glass 7;
the hanging clamp adapter is formed by welding a hanging lug outside a T-shaped part and is mutually fixed with the bearing beam in a welding mode;
the hanging clamp can be of a structure shown in fig. 6 or other structures which can be used for hanging glass, an outer layer large plate glass is arranged at the opening part of the hanging clamp, and the wedge-shaped clamping pieces of the hanging clamp are adhered to the glass design position by using AB glue and non-woven fabrics on two sides of the glass hanging clamp position. In the installation process, the hanging clamp and the wedge-shaped clamping piece are pre-tensioned, so that the hanging clamp and the glass are in a hanging state.
The ends of the suspension clamp are fixedly mounted with the suspension clamp adapter by fastening bolts 6.
The side edge of the bearing beam is provided with a positioning L-shaped steel through 3, and the L-shaped steel is welded on the bearing beam in a through length mode.
The upper notch component of the glass is a U-shaped groove body, and is welded and installed with the bearing beam through L-shaped steel. During the welding process, the locations separating the clips are welded to the load beam in sections, as shown in fig. 1.
The outer large plate glass is inserted into the U-shaped groove, and two sides of the glass are fixed at proper positions in the middle of the upper notch through elastic rubber, wherein the proper positions refer to the installation height which is flush with the peripheral hanging clamps. The fixing is performed by an upper anti-torsion angle iron clamping piece 11 on the upright post. The glass unit panels are secured between the lower backup steel plate and the upper anti-twist angle clamps by fasteners 12.
The lower end of the outer large plate glass is fixed with a lower glass notch component 13 which is welded or fixedly arranged on a corresponding bearing beam through a fastener and other structures. The installation method improves the installation speed, saves time and realizes the construction without welding on site.

step two, mounting a lower bearing piece on the upright post;
step three, after the glass unit plate is installed on the lower supporting piece, fixing the glass unit plate with the anti-torsion piece;
the double-layer breathing type glass curtain wall comprises an outer layer glass unit plate, an upright post and a lower bearing piece;
the lower supporting piece is welded and installed on the upright post;
the outer glass unit plate is arranged on the lower supporting piece;
the anti-torsion component is also included;
the anti-torsion piece is fixedly arranged on the upright post through a fastener;
the outer glass unit plate is clamped between the anti-torsion piece and the lower supporting piece;
the outer glass unit plate is characterized in that: the device comprises a bearing beam, a hanging clamp adapter, a hanging clamp, a glass upper notch component and glass;
the hanging clamp adapter is welded and mounted on the upper side of the bearing beam;
