Abstract
本发明公开了一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,烘干箱底部下方设有水平的支撑板;支撑板下方设有第一气缸;支撑板上设有竖直的转轴;转轴与支撑板转动连接;转轴顶端伸入到烘干箱内部;烘干箱内设有水平的透风板;转轴顶端与透风板固定连接;透风板与烘干箱内壁之间设有环状水平部;环状水平部与烘干箱内壁固定连接;透风板上方设有通风管道;通风管道上设有出风口;烘干箱顶部设有进风管;进风管内设有鼓风机和加热电阻丝;进风管与通风管道连通;透风板下方设有卸料板;卸料板倾斜设置。本发明的塑料颗粒可分批进入烘干箱内,避免了塑料颗粒的集中,同时塑料颗粒在透风板上被整平摊开,提高了烘干的效果;且收料方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料生产加工设备领域,具体是涉及一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置。
背景技术
塑料在生产时利用挤出机在高温下挤出塑胶料条,冷却成型后的塑料料条干燥后输送到切粒机处,最后切粒机将塑料料条切成颗粒状。塑料料条常用的冷却方式为水冷,在切粒前利用烘干装置能够将塑料料条上的大部分水分除去,但是不能将水分全部去除。切粒后的塑料颗粒仍然带有水分,因此需要将水分去除,以满足后续加工的需要。
现有的烘干设备,塑料颗粒大多数是集中投入烘干设备中进行烘干,存在着烘干时间长、烘干不充分的问题,同时存在着收料不方便的问题。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,解决了烘干不充分和收料不方便的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,包括烘干箱;所述烘干箱顶部设有进料口;所述烘干箱底部下方设有水平的支撑板;所述支撑板下方设有驱动支撑板上下运动的第一气缸;所述支撑板上设有竖直的转轴;所述转轴与支撑板转动连接;所述支撑板上设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与转轴相连,驱动转轴转动;所述转轴顶端穿过烘干箱底部,并伸入到烘干箱内部;所述烘干箱内设有水平的透风板;所述透风板上设有透风孔;所述转轴顶端与透风板固定连接;所述透风板与烘干箱内壁之间设有环状水平部;所述环状水平部与烘干箱内壁固定连接,环状水平部与透风板之间形成间隙;所述透风板上方设有通风管道;所述通风管道上设有出风口;所述出风口开口朝下;所述烘干箱顶部设有进风管;所述进风管内设有鼓风机和加热电阻丝;所述加热电阻丝设置在鼓风机出风方向上;所述进风管与通风管道连通;所述透风板下方设有卸料板;所述卸料板倾斜设置,与烘干箱内壁固定连接;所述烘干箱侧壁上在卸料板倾斜下端处设有出料口。
进一步的:所述烘干箱上方设有进料箱;所述进料箱顶部设有下料口;所述进料箱底部与烘干箱通过进料口连通;所述进料箱内设有定量输送塑料颗粒的定量进料装置。
进一步的:所述定量进料机构包括转动电机、旋转杆和螺旋叶片;所述旋转杆水平设置,旋转杆两端与进料箱转动连接;所述螺旋叶片设置在旋转杆上;所述转动电机设置在进料箱侧壁上,转动电机与旋转杆相连,驱动旋转杆转动。
进一步的:所述透风板上方设有水平的横杆;所述横杆下表面并排垂直设有多个梳齿;所述梳齿靠近透风板上表面;所述烘干箱侧壁上设有第二气缸;所述第二气缸活塞杆穿过烘干箱侧壁,与横杆中部垂直固定连接,驱动横杆来回运动。
进一步的:所述环状水平部上表面向环状水平部中心倾斜设置。
进一步的:所述进风管内在鼓风机进风方向上设有过滤灰尘的过滤网。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的烘干装置,设置了定量进料机构,塑料颗粒可分批进入烘干箱内,避免了塑料颗粒的集中,设置了第二气缸带动梳齿来回运动,使塑料颗粒在透风板上被整平摊开,提高了烘干的效果;第一气缸带动透风板向下运动,并经过旋转后,透风板上的塑料颗粒被甩落下来,并经过卸料板被收集,收料方便。

如图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,包括烘干箱1;烘干箱1顶部设有进料口11;烘干箱1底部下方设有水平的支撑板3;支撑板3下方设有驱动支撑板3上下运动的第一气缸31;支撑板3上设有竖直的转轴32;转轴32与支撑板3转动连接;支撑板3上设有驱动电机33;驱动电机33与转轴32相连,驱动转轴32转动;转轴32顶端穿过烘干箱1底部,并伸入到烘干箱1内部;烘干箱1内设有水平的透风板4;透风板4上设有透风孔41;转轴32顶端与透风板4固定连接;透风板41与烘干箱1内壁之间设有环状水平部42;环状水平部42与烘干箱1内壁固定连接,环状水平部42与透风板4之间形成间隙;环状水平部42上表面向环状水平部42中心倾斜设置,以避免颗粒落在环状水平部上42;透风板4上方设有通风管道6;通风管道6上设有出风口61;出风口61开口朝下;烘干箱1顶部设有进风管7;进风管7内设有鼓风机71和加热电阻丝72;加热电阻丝72设置在鼓风机71出风方向上;进风管7与通风管道6连通;进风管7内在鼓风机71进风方向上设有过滤灰尘的过滤网73;透风板4下方设有卸料板8;卸料板8倾斜设置,与烘干箱1内壁固定连接;烘干箱1侧壁上在卸料板8倾斜下端处设有出料口12。
为促进烘干效果,在烘干箱1上方设有进料箱9;进料箱9顶部设有下料口2;进料箱9底部与烘干箱1通过进料口11连通;进料箱9内设有定量输送塑料颗粒的定量进料装置。定量进料机构包括转动电机91、旋转杆92和螺旋叶片93;旋转杆92水平设置,旋转杆92两端与进料箱9转动连接;螺旋叶片93设置在旋转杆92上;转动电机91设置在进料箱9侧壁上,转动电机91与旋转杆92相连,驱动旋转杆92转动。
为促进烘干效果,在透风板4上方设有水平的横杆51;横杆51下表面并排垂直设有多个梳齿52;梳齿52靠近透风板4上表面;烘干箱1侧壁上设有第二气缸5;第二气缸5活塞杆穿过烘干箱1侧壁,与横杆51中部垂直固定连接,驱动横杆51来回运动,带动梳齿52平整摊开塑料颗粒。
使用时,待烘干的塑料颗粒从下料口2进入进料箱9中,通过螺旋叶片93的推动,定量向烘干箱中送入塑料颗粒。落在透风板4上的颗粒,一方面在梳齿52的来回作用下不断被摊开,另一方面在出风口61吹出的热风下被充分烘干;热风向下运动,经过透风孔42后,从出料口出来。塑料颗粒烘干后,透气板4在第二气缸31的作用下向下运动,离开环状水平部42后,透风板4边缘与烘干箱1的侧壁之间形成下料的间隙。通过驱动电机33驱动透风板4转动,塑料颗粒被甩出,并落入下方的卸料板8上,然后经过出料口12排出。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的烘干装置,设置了定量进料机构,塑料颗粒可分批进入烘干箱内,避免了塑料颗粒的集中,设置了第二气缸带动梳齿来回运动,使塑料颗粒在透风板上被整平摊开,提高了烘干的效果;第一气缸带动透风板向下运动,并经过旋转后,透风板上的塑料颗粒被甩落下来,并经过卸料板被收集,收料方便。

1.一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,包括烘干箱;其特征在于;所述烘干箱顶部设有进料口;所述烘干箱底部下方设有水平的支撑板;所述支撑板下方设有驱动支撑板上下运动的第一气缸;所述支撑板上设有竖直的转轴;所述转轴与支撑板转动连接;所述支撑板上设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与转轴相连,驱动转轴转动;所述转轴顶端穿过烘干箱底部,并伸入到烘干箱内部;所述烘干箱内设有水平的透风板;所述透风板上设有透风孔;所述转轴顶端与透风板固定连接;所述透风板与烘干箱内壁之间设有环状水平部;所述环状水平部与烘干箱内壁固定连接,环状水平部与透风板之间形成间隙;所述透风板上方设有通风管道;所述通风管道上设有出风口;所述出风口开口朝下;所述烘干箱顶部设有进风管;所述进风管内设有鼓风机和加热电阻丝;所述加热电阻丝设置在鼓风机出风方向上;所述进风管与通风管道连通;所述透风板下方设有卸料板;所述卸料板倾斜设置,与烘干箱内壁固定连接;所述烘干箱侧壁上在卸料板倾斜下端处设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述烘干箱上方设有进料箱;所述进料箱顶部设有下料口;所述进料箱底部与烘干箱通过进料口连通;所述进料箱内设有定量输送塑料颗粒的定量进料装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述定量进料机构包括转动电机、旋转杆和螺旋叶片;所述旋转杆水平设置,旋转杆两端与进料箱转动连接;所述螺旋叶片设置在旋转杆上;所述转动电机设置在进料箱侧壁上,转动电机与旋转杆相连,驱动旋转杆转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便收料的塑料颗粒烘干装置,其特征在于:所述透风板上方设有水平的横杆;所述横杆下表面并排垂直设有多个梳齿;所述梳齿靠近透风板上表面;所述烘干箱侧壁上设有第二气缸;所述第二气缸活塞杆穿过烘干箱侧壁,与横杆中部垂直固定连接,驱动横杆来回运动。
