五味子，性味：酸、咸、温。归经：入肺、肾经。功能：敛肺止咳、滋肾涩精，上泻，止汗。
远志，性味：辛、苦、温。归经：入心、肾、肺经。安神、祛痰、消炎。
桔梗，味苦、辛、平，微寒。归肺经。具有祛痰止咳，利咽，排脓的功效。
当归，性味：甘、辛、温。归肝、心、脾经。补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。
天冬，性味：甘、苦、寒。归肺、肾、胃、大肠经。养阴生津，白喉，败毒抗癌，清势化痰、滋阴润燥。
柏子仁，味甘，性平，归心、肾、大肠经。养心安神，润肠通便，止汗。
酸枣仁，味甘、酸，性平，归肝、胆、心经。养心补肝，宁心安神，敛汗，生津。
生地，甘，寒。归心，肝，肾经。清热凉血，养阴，生津。
干地黄，甘，苦，微寒。归心、肝、肾经。滋阴清热，凉血补血。
山萸肉，味酸，微温，入肝、肾经。补肝肾，涩精气，固虚脱。
丹皮，苦、辛、寒，入心、肝、肾经。功能：清热凉血，活血化瘀。
泽泻，性味：甘寒，入肾、膀胱经。功能：利水渗湿泻热。
山药，性味：甘、平，入脾、肺、肾经。功能：健脾开胃，补气养阴，止泻涩精。
肉桂，性味：辛甘、大热。归经：入肝、肾、脾经。功能：温脾胃、暖腰肾、通血脉，散散止痛。
附子，味辛，性大热，有毒，温里散寒、助阳行水、补火、止痛和局麻等功效。
水蛭，性味：咸、苦、平、有毒。归经：入肝、膀胱经。功能：通经、破瘀、消肿。
三七，性味：甘、微苦、温。归经：入肝、胃经。功能：止血化瘀、消肿止血。
川芎，味辛、性温，入肝、胆经。行风开郁，祛风燥湿，活血止痛。
丹参，性味：苦，微寒。归经：人心，肝经。功能：活血通络，凉血消肿，除烦清心。
鸡血藤，性味：苦，温。归经：入肝、肾经。功能：补血行血，通经络，强筋骨。
三棱，性味：苦，平。归经：入肝、脾经。功能：破血行气，消积止痈。
莪术，性味：苦、辛，温。归经：入肝、脾经。功能：行气破血，消积止痛。
郁金，性味：辛、苦、寒。归经：入心、肝肺经。功能：舒气解郁，凉血破瘀，利胆。
甘草，性味：甘，平。归经：入十二经。功能：补脾益气，清热解毒，润肺止咳，为缓和剂调补药。
本发明所选用的原料药材药性效互补，规避了药物之间配伍的相恶、相畏、相杀之选，使药物相须、相使作用显著，各药物相互配伍组合，互为补充，可发挥协同作用，对于改善冠心病有显著疗效，且无明显毒副作用，达到标本兼治、不易复发的效果。
经过实践证明，本发明治疗冠心病的效果显著。治疗过100例，未发现1例有副作用，统计100例患者，其中男50例，女50例，年龄在25～65岁之间，治疗总有效率达到100％。
具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明的技术方案，现结合实例说明本发明的具体实施方式；
实施例1：
本发明的一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料药制成：黄芪20-30份，党参25份，玄参10份，白茯苓20份，五味子25份，远志25份，桔梗10份，当归25份，天冬30份，柏子仁30份，酸枣仁25份，生地10份，干地黄25份，山萸肉15份，丹皮10份，泽泻8份，山药10份，肉桂5份，附子5份，水蛭2份，三七3份，川芎15份，丹参10份，鸡血藤10份，三棱10份，莪术10份，山渣10份，郁金5份，甘草5份。
实施例2：
本发明一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料药制成：黄芪30份，党参35份，玄参15份，白茯苓20份，五味子35份，远志20份，桔梗15份，当归35份，天冬30份，柏子仁35份，酸枣仁30份，生地10份，干地黄30份，山萸肉20份，丹皮10份，泽泻10份，山药10份，肉桂5份，附子5份，水蛭5份，三七8份，川芎20份，丹参15份，鸡血藤15份，三棱10份，莪术10份，山渣10份，郁金5份，甘草5份。
实施例3：
本发明一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料药制成：黄芪20份，党参30份，玄参15份，白茯苓20份，五味子30份，远志20份，桔梗15份，当归30份，天冬30份，柏子仁30份，酸枣仁30份，生地10份，干地黄24份，山萸肉15份，丹皮10份，泽泻10份，山药12份，肉桂5份，附子3份，水蛭3份，三七4份，川芎20份，丹参15份，鸡血藤15份，三棱10份，莪术10份，山渣10份，郁金5份，甘草3份。
将上述配方煎服，早晚各一次，十天为一个疗程，一般两个疗程症状明显减轻。病症久长者，需四到六个疗程。
病例1：李某，男，45岁，心悸胸闷、胸痛头晕，偶尔出现心绞痛，临床诊断为冠心病。使用本发明实施例1的药物两个疗程后临床症状明显减轻，心绞痛发作间隔时间逐渐变长，后续巩固治疗两个疗程后，临床症状全部消失，随访一年未复发。
病例2：钱某，男，55岁，心绞痛、胸闷、胸痛、呼吸困难，临床诊断为冠心病。经使用本发明实施例2的药物3个疗程后，患者临床症状明显减轻，巩固治疗两个疗程后，临床症状全部消失，随访两年未复发。
病例3：赵某，女，30岁，心前区疼痛，并伴有恶心呕吐、心慌胸闷症状，临床诊断为冠心病。使用本发明实施例3的药物一个疗程后，患者临床症状明显减轻，巩固治疗两个疗程后，临床症状全部消失，随访两年未复发。

1.一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料药制成：黄芪20-30份，党参25-35份，玄参10-20份，白茯苓15-25份，五味子25-35份，远志15-25份，桔梗10-20份，当归25-35份，天冬25-35份，柏子仁25-35份，酸枣仁25-30份，生地8-12份，干地黄20-30份，山萸肉10-20份，丹皮8-15份，泽泻8-10份，山药10-15份，肉桂3-7份，附子2-5份，水蛭2-5份，三七3-8份，川芎15-25份，丹参10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，三棱5-15份，莪术5-15份，山渣8-12份，郁金3-7份，甘草2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料药制成：黄芪20份，党参30份，玄参15份，白茯苓20份，五味子30份，远志20份，桔梗15份，当归30份，天冬30份，柏子仁30份，酸枣仁30份，生地10份，干地黄24份，山萸肉15份，丹皮10份，泽泻10份，山药12份，肉桂5份，附子3份，水蛭3份，三七4份，川芎20份，丹参15份，鸡血藤15份，三棱10份，莪术10份，山渣10份，郁金5份，甘草3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述三棱采用醋炙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药是粉剂、胶囊、片剂、口服液或煎剂之中的任一种。
