As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a connector with stable air tightness includes a first connection terminal 11, a second connection terminal 12, a third connection terminal 13, a fourth connection terminal 14, a fifth connection terminal 15, an inner seal 20, and an outer seal 30. The first connection terminal 11, the second connection terminal 12 and the third connection terminal 13 are parallel to each other and have the same structure, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 are parallel to each other and have the same structure. Intermediate sections of the first connection terminal 11, the second connection terminal 12, the third connection terminal 13, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 are respectively sealed and inlaid in the inner-layer sealing piece 20, the inner-layer sealing piece 20 is sealed and inlaid in the outer-layer sealing piece 30, and two ends of the first connection terminal 11, the second connection terminal 12, the third connection terminal 13, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 respectively extend out of the outer-layer sealing piece 30.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the intermediate sections of the first connection terminal 11, the second connection terminal 12, the third connection terminal 13, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 are respectively sealed and inlaid in the inner-layer sealing member 20, and the inner-layer sealing member 20 is sealed and inlaid in the outer-layer sealing member 30, so that the connector can well meet the air tightness and waterproof test.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second connection terminal 12 and the third connection terminal 13 are respectively identical in structure to the first connection terminal 11. The first connection terminal 11 is composed of a first fold 111 extending horizontally to the right from the initial end, a second fold 112 folded upward, a third fold 113 folded horizontally to the right, a fourth fold 114 folded obliquely to the right front, and a fifth fold 115 folded horizontally to the right; the second fold 112, the third fold 113 and the fourth fold 114, the rear section of the first fold 111, and the front section of the fifth fold 115 are respectively sealed and inlaid within the inner seal 20. The bent structure of the first connection terminal 11 increases the air tightness and the waterproof property of the connector.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 are parallel to each other and are identical in structure. The fourth connection terminal 14 is composed of a first extension plate 141 extending horizontally from the initial end to the right, a second extension plate 142 extending forward, a third extension plate 143 extending upward, a fourth extension plate 144 extending horizontally to the right, and the middle part of the fourth extension plate 144 is sealed and embedded in the inner seal 20. The first extension panel 141 is parallel to the first fold 111 and the fourth extension panel 144 is parallel to the third fold 113.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the surfaces of the third extension plate 143 and the fourth extension plate 144 are provided with embossments, the rear section of the first extension plate 141, the second extension plate 142, the third extension plate 143, the rear section of the fourth extension plate 144 are sealingly inlaid in the outer seal 30, and the distal end of the fourth extension plate 144 protrudes out of the outer seal 30. The surfaces of the third extension plate 143 and the fourth extension plate 144 are provided with embossments, and the third extension plate 143 and the fourth extension plate 144 are integrally injection-molded with the outer seal 30, and the embossments are embedded in the outer seal 30, so that the air tightness and the water resistance of the connector are better.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the inner seal member 20 and the outer seal member 30 are made of plastic materials; the second fold 112, the third fold 113 and the fourth fold 114, the rear section of the first fold 111, and the front section of the fifth fold 115 are respectively injection molded with the inner seal 20 as a unitary structure, and the inner seal 20 and the outer seal 30 are injection molded as a unitary structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first connection terminal 11, the second connection terminal 12, the third connection terminal 13, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 are injection molded integrally with the inner seal 20, respectively, ensuring dimensional stability of the connector: reducing the dimension accumulation error.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the outer seal member 30 is provided with a clamping groove structure and a screw hole connected with an external controller, and one end of the first connection terminal 11, the second connection terminal 12, the third connection terminal 13, the fourth connection terminal 14 and the fifth connection terminal 15 are connected with corresponding interfaces of the external controller, and the other end is connected with a power line. The outer seal 30 is fixedly connected with an external controller by means of screws.

the first connecting terminal is composed of a first fold extending horizontally from the initial end to the right, a second fold folded upwards, a third fold folded horizontally to the right, a fourth fold obliquely to the right front and a fifth fold horizontally to the right; the second fold, the third fold, the fourth fold, the rear section of the first fold and the front section of the fifth fold are respectively and hermetically inlaid in the inner layer sealing piece;

the inner sealing piece and the outer sealing piece are made of plastic materials; the second fold, the third fold, the fourth fold, the rear section of the first fold and the front section of the fifth fold are respectively injection-molded with the inner-layer sealing piece to form an integrated structure, and the inner-layer sealing piece and the outer-layer sealing piece are injection-molded to form an integrated structure.
