技术领域
本发明涉及笔杆加工设备技术领域,具体地说是一种笔杆自动冲孔机。
背景技术
笔是一种非常常用的办公用品,也是一种较快的损耗品。笔具有笔芯、笔筒和笔盖,笔筒在生产过程当中,需要经历打孔工序。目前有一部分的打孔方式,还是采用人工打孔,需要较多的工人操作,而且工作效率对工人自身的技术熟练程序具有很大的依托,随着工人疲劳感的增加,工作效率也会增加,也容易出现操作失误,导致不良品的出现。还有一部分采用打孔设备,然而,目前的打孔设备结构较为复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种笔杆自动冲孔机,自动化操作,提高了生产效率,适于批量生产。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种笔杆自动冲孔机,包括机架,所述机架上设有送料器和支撑架,支撑架上设有送料机构,送料器的出料端装接有下料斗,下料斗的下端与送料机构连接,机架上还设有位于送料机构前方的底座,该底座上设有电动冲床,电动冲床底部设有冲模,送料机构将物料送至冲模,机架上还设有与电动冲床、送料器、送料机构连接的控制箱,该控制箱上设有操作触摸屏,底座上设有接料斗,该接料斗向下穿过机架。
所述送料机构包括设在支撑架上的导轨、推动气缸、顶料气缸和设在导轨上的滑动块,滑动块上装设有物料托板,物料托板一侧设有正对着顶料气缸的顶块,推动气缸的驱动轴装接有推板,该推板上设有升降气缸,升降气缸的驱动轴装接有夹块。
所述冲模上设有供物料插装固定的固定孔。
所述支撑架上还设有用于限位阻挡顶块的限位挡块。
所述物料托板包括与滑动块固定连接的底板和设在底板上的导料板,该导料板沿轴线设有导料槽,下料斗正对着该导料槽。
所述下料斗通过固定架安装在支撑架上。
所述电动冲床与底座之间还设有导向柱。
所述送料器为圆形送料器。
所述机架底面设有支撑脚和万向轮。
本发明从送料到完成打孔操作,全部自动化操作,有效提高了生产效率,便于批量化生产。另外,设备运行稳定,加工精度高,使得产品品质得到有效保障,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如附图1和2所示,本发明揭示了一种笔杆自动冲孔机,包括机架1,所述机架1上设有送料器12和支撑架15,支撑架15上设有送料机构,送料器的出料端装接有下料斗9,下料斗9的下端与送料机构连接,机架1上还设有位于送料机构前方的底座3,该底座3上设有电动冲床6,电动冲床6底部设有冲模4,送料机构将物料送至冲模,机架上还设有与电动冲床、送料器、送料机构连接的控制箱,该控制箱上设有操作触摸屏10,底座3上设有接料斗2,该接料斗2向下穿过机架1。打孔完成的笔杆从接料斗下落,可在接料斗下放置储存箱,便于收集产品。电动冲床优先选择1吨规格的电动冲床,确保冲孔的顺利进行。可采用PLC进行控制,使得各电气元件精准配合。送料器为圆形送料器,可为振动类型送料器,也可以为其他的结构类型,为现有技术产品,在此并无具体限定型号和类型,只需要满足笔杆的送料即可。下料斗通常由两块外壳板拼合形成内部空腔腔体的结构,送料器将笔杆从下料斗的上端送入,然后从下料斗中落下到送料机构中。
所述送料机构包括设在支撑架15上的导轨8、推动气缸24、顶料气缸14和设在导轨8上的滑动块13,滑动块13上装设有物料托板18,物料托板18一侧设有正对着顶料气缸14的顶块11,推动气缸24的驱动轴装接有推板23,该推板23上设有升降气缸21,升降气缸21的驱动轴装接有夹块22。冲模4上设有供物料插装固定的固定孔,通将待冲孔的笔杆插装在固定孔中实现固定,然后冲压打孔。物料托板18包括与滑动块13固定连接的底板1801和设在底板1801上的导料板1802,该导料板1802沿轴线设有导料槽19,下料斗正对着该导料槽,便于输送笔杆。
此外,支撑架15上还设有用于限位阻挡顶块11的限位挡块5,可以有效防止物料托板的运动程过大,实现精确的加工。
下料斗9通过固定架20安装在支撑架15上。
所述电动冲床6与底座3之间还设有导向柱7,保证冲压打孔的准确性。
另外,所述机架1底面设有支撑脚17和万向轮16,方便移动和调整。
本发明中,可在操作触摸屏上方便的进行设置加工参数,并且便于查看。将待冲孔的笔杆放置在送料器中,然后使送料器运行工作。送料器将笔杆一个一个的输送到下料斗,笔杆从下料斗落到物料托板上的导料板的导料槽中,顶料气缸运行向前抵顶顶块,使滑动块沿着导轨朝向冲模移动,移动到限位挡块后,升降气缸下降带动夹块将笔杆夹住,然后再上升到冲模的对应高度,通过推动气缸的前移,将笔杆插装在冲模的固定孔中,然后电动冲床开始运作,带动冲压模具下压,在笔杆上冲出相应的孔,然后升降气缸再移动到指定高度夹住已经完成冲孔的笔杆,再由推动气缸移动,使得该笔杆从接料斗中落下到指定位置,完成整个冲孔流程。依此过程重复操作,实现连续生产。

1.一种笔杆自动冲孔机,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架上设有送料器和支撑架,支撑架上设有送料机构,送料器的出料端装接有下料斗,下料斗的下端与送料机构连接,机架上还设有位于送料机构前方的底座,该底座上设有电动冲床,电动冲床底部设有冲模,送料机构将物料送至冲模,机架上还设有与电动冲床、送料器、送料机构连接的控制箱,该控制箱上设有操作触摸屏,底座上设有接料斗,该接料斗向下穿过机架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的笔杆自动冲孔机,其特征在于,所述送料机构包括设在支撑架上的导轨、推动气缸、顶料气缸和设在导轨上的滑动块,滑动块上装设有物料托板,物料托板一侧设有正对着顶料气缸的顶块,推动气缸的驱动轴装接有推板,该推板上设有升降气缸,升降气缸的驱动轴装接有夹块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的笔杆自动冲孔机,其特征在于,所述冲模上设有供物料插装固定的固定孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的笔杆自动冲孔机,其特征在于,所述支撑架上还设有用于限位阻挡顶块的限位挡块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的笔杆自动冲孔机,其特征在于,所述物料托板包括与滑动块固定连接的底板和设在底板上的导料板,该导料板沿轴线设有导料槽,下料斗正对着该导料槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的笔杆自动冲孔机,其特征在于,所述下料斗通过固定架安装在支撑架上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的笔杆自动冲孔机,其特征在于,所述电动冲床与底座之间还设有导向柱。
